Economic growth is always synonymous with development, it is impossible for economic growth to be achieved without going through development. Development should have an impact on improving the economic order, especially increasing production capacity. If not, development will not benefit at all. This study aims to see the impact caused by airport construction for the community around the airport. The data were collected through respondents on a Likert scale with the sample taking technique using the roscoe formula which said the number of samples was at least 10 times of the number of variables. The sample in this study is 50 x 2 = 100 respondents, were determined by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing is t test and determination coefficient test. Pemerintah Indonesia mengeluarkan Undang – Undang Desa yang bertujuan untuk mempercepat pembangunan wilayah pedesaan melalui alokasi keuangan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara yang disebut dengan Dana Desa (DD). Dana desa diharapkan akan mengurangi ketimpangan pembangunan yang selama ini terjadi antara wilayah pedesaan dan perkotaan. Namun besarnya uang yang ada di desa apabila tidak diikuti dengan kemampuan pemerintahan desa dalam pengelolaannya maka mengakibatkan pengelolaan keuangan desa menjadi tidak maksimal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Lembung Timur Kecamatan Lenteng Kabupaten Sumenep. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah ketidakmampuan pengelolaan keuangan desa oleh perangkat desa. Mitra yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini adalah perangkat pemerintahan desa yang sejumlah 10 orang. ada di desa tersebut. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan secara intensif yang meliputi tahapan: 1) Perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan kegiatan, 3) penatausahaan, 4) pelaporan, dan 5) pertanggungjawaban keuangan desa. Dari hasil kegiatan diperoleh hasil yang positif yaitu peningkatan kapasitas perangkat desa dalam mengelola hingga menyusun laporan keuangan dana desa yang baik dan akuntabel.

ANALISIS KELAYAKAN AGROINDUSTRI TAHU (Studi Kasus di Desa Lalangon, Kecamatan Manding, Kabupaten Sumenep) Miftahol Arifin; Hari Sudarmadji; Ahmad Slamet

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kelayakan dan kepekaan/sensitifitas agroindustri tahu di Desa Lalangon, Kecamatan Manding, Kabupaten Sumenep. Dengan menggunakan analisis kelayakan finansial (meliputi: analisis NPV, Net B/C Ratio, dan IRR) dan analisis kepekaan/sensitivitas, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa agroindustri tahu di Desa Batuan, Kecamatan Batuan, Kabupaten Sumenep efisien. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai NPV > 0 yaitu Rp. 87.717.718,60 pada diskon faktor 16%, sedangkan IRR > 16%, yaitu sebesar 51,59% serta Net B/C > 1, sebesar 2,25. Hasil analisis kepekaan/sensitivitas dengan kenaikan harga bahan baku kedelai sebesar 10%, 20%, dan 30% diperoleh masing-masing nilai NPV sebesar Rp. 71.526.474,93, Rp. 55.335.231,60 dan Rp.39.143.988,27, IRR masing-masing sebesar 48,08%, 44,02% dan 39,14%, serta nilai Net B/C masing-masing sebesar 2,02, 1,79 dan 1,46. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa agroindustri tahu di Desa Lalangon Kecamatan Manding Kabupaten Sumenep masih layak diusahakan. Sedangkan pada kenaikan harga bahan baku (kedelai) sebesar 55% agroindustri tahu berada pada kriteria tidak layak diusahakan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai NPV, IRR dan Net B/C masing-masing adalah (1.334.120,06), 13,70% dan 0,9893.

Media sosial telah menjadi perhatian bagi semua orang termasuk akademisi, terutama karena fleksibilitas nya sebagai alat komunikasi. Sejalan dengan itu, penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran media sosial dalam menunjang kinerja dan popularitas institusi pendidikan tinggi. Kami menggunakan data jumlah postingan, viewer, follower, dan subscriber pada masing-masing media sosial yang dikelola oleh perguruan tinggi dan menganalisisnya menggunakan regresi untuk melihat hubungannya dengan kinerja dan popularitas pendidikan tinggi di Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi sosial tweeter dan YouTube berdampak pada kinerja pendidikan tinggi yaitu jumlah mahasiswa. Kami juga menemukan bahwa peningkatan jumlah visitor pada website resmi institusi pendidikan tinggi dipengaruhi oleh jumlah postingan, viewer, dan follower pada akun media sosial Facebook, Instagram, dan tweeter. Dilihat dari perspektif manajemen strategis, kami melihat adanya peluang bagi universitas untuk mengelola media sosialnya secara efektif. Hal tersebut Akan memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan popularitas di dunia maya dan kinerja institusi.

Significantly, Law No. 06 of 2014 concerning the village impacts development in the village. This program aims to provide understanding to village officials in the preparation of the village budget. This stage is crucial so that the direction of village development is structured and follows village conditions. The implementation method includes training and mentoring in making village financial planning, including the Village RPJMD, RKPdesa, and APBDesa. Thus, it is hoped that they can carry out financial management well and achieve accountability in village financial reporting. The implementation of this PkM activity was carried out in Guluk-Guluk Village, Guluk-Guluk District, Sumenep Regency. The activity results show that village officials have increased their ability and understanding of making village financial planning. The involvement of various parties in making village financial planning documents in Guluk-Guluk Village makes the direction of village development directed and follows the village community's expectations. In addition, based on the questionnaire results, it can be concluded that village officials have improved their understanding of village financial planning.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of knowledge management on employee performance, analyze the effect of competence on employee performance, analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance). In this study, samples taken are structural employees PT.centris Kingdom Taxi Yogyakarta. The analysis tool in this study using multiple linear regression with Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). The conclusion of this study showed that the variables of knowledge management has a significant influence on employee performance, competence variables have an influence on employee performance, motivation variables have an influence on employee performance, The analysis showed that the variables of knowledge management, competence, motivation on employee performance.Keywords: knowledge management, competence, motivation, employee performance.

This research is a quantitative descriptive Revenue Regional Tax Sumenep underthe title "Pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk, jumlah Industri dan PDRB terhadap PenerimaanPajak Daerah di Kabupaten Sumenep Tahun 2006 – 2011". The purpose of this studywants to know influence of the population, the total of large and medium industries, theamount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the Local Tax Revenue SumenepYear 2006 to 2011. This study uses quartal time series data from 2006 to 2011. Themethod of analysis using linear regression analysis with the validity of the classicalassumption, so the regression results can be validated at yield. The results usingregression data by the following equation: Y = 5.08E09 – 23968.50X1 - 20595.21X2 +2417.432X3 + 5889. Meaning X1 (Population) has a negative relationship with the localtax revenue Sumenep, X2 (Tolal of Large and Medium) has a negative relationship withthe local tax revenue Sumenep and X3 Domsetik Gross Regional Product Number (GDP)has a positive relationship to the tax revenue Sumenep area. Simultaneously by using thet test and the X3 X2 X1 variables have a significant influence to Sumenep Revenue taxes.so testing Fstatistik partially by test also showed that the variables of population, thenumber of medium and large industries as well as Gross Regional Domestic Product(GRDP) a significant effect on local tax revenues Sumenep. It was proved by F-statistikvalue > F table, 191.068 > 3.4668 with α of 5%. The conclusion of this study is avariable number of residents, the total of medium and large industries as well as GrossRegional Domestic Product (GRDP) a significant effect on local tax revenues Sumenep.

The government as the control holder of a country has several programs in in thewelfare of the society,one of them is the program in the public service. This study aims todetermine the public satisfaction in education public services in Sumenep Regency. Theresearch method used is analysis tools of index of public satisfaction toward publicservice. In addition, this study can showed the characteristics of respondents and desiredpriorities of the public as users of education services and obtained the index of publicsatisfaction of schools in Sumenep Regency. The results showed that the majority of thepublic felt satisfied with the services of the school, because the school responded to anycomplaints from the guardians of the students. The public prioritizes the expertise of theteaching material and the quality of teachers needs to be improved. Index of publicsatisfaction of education services in Sumenep showed the "very good" level.

Pemasaran adalah serangkaian proses untukmenyampaikaninformasi kepadakonsumen. strategi pemasaran ada hal-hal yang harus di perhatikan oleh pengembang dalam menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai yaitu dalam melihat kemampuan perusahaan yaitu dengan analisis SWOT pada PT GRIYA AGUNG SUMEKAR, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasarannya yang telah diterapkan serta solusi alternative dari peneliti untuk perusahaan PT GRIYA AGUNG SUMEKAR sehingga strategi pemasarannyadipakai untuk mencapai tujuan Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yaitu tehnik pengumpulan datanya memakai wawancara, observasi, dan selanjutnya data-data tersebut akan dianalisis memakai analisis SWOT. penelitian ini terdapat strategi yang digunakan oleh PT GRIYA AGUNG SUMEKAR yaitu melalui strategi harga, kualitas, personal seling, dan sales promosi. Begitupun dengan analisis SWOT dimana strategi-strategi yang digunakan untuk pemasaran PT GRIYA AGUNG SUMEKAR berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian PT GRIYA AGUNG SUMEKAR mampu bersaing.

The background of the activity is that there is a unique potential in the cultural heritage of the keris which can be used as a local economic asset but needs to be improved in production and marketing. The keris craft in Aeng Tong Tong Village has developed and become the foundation of people's lives. In addition, this keris craft center has become one of the main tourist destinations in Sumenep Regency, so its existence needs to be preserved. This service activity aims to empower keris artisans in Aeng Tong Tong Village, Sumenep â€“ Madura, in production and business management. The activity includes an initial survey to identify constraints and opportunities, technical training in making keris with a mechanical forging machine, and introduction and training on the concept of good business governance. The participatory approach allows artisans to plan production improvements, financial management, and marketing strategies. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the production of keris through mechanical forging, the improvement both in terms of quality and quantity. Increased production is achieved by implementing automated forging machines to achieve sustainable Keris UMKM. Artisans have also been able to apply the modern techniques taught and adopt more efficient business governance principles. This is reflected in increased income and broader market access. This community service activity increased production and business management at the Keris craftsman center in Aeng Tong Tong Village. This charity program has significantly impacted keris artisans in Aeng Tong Tong Village. Increasing production capacity and improving business governance were achieved in this activity. Participatory approaches and training approaches have proven effective in empowering local communities.
