Abstract

ABSTRACT Blended learning is applied to the PPLK 1 course for 6th-semester students by the lecturer in the PPLK 1 course which must be given to students of the PPLK study program and as a prerequisite before they are sent to school to implement PPLK 2 in the PPLK 1 course. also as a type of lecture in the form of Micro Teaching which will create prospective teachers of the Civics Study Program to become professional educators in the field of teacher training. The purpose of research in the form of a blended learning process is to train and prepare students as professional teacher candidates using a blended learning-based learning process, namely face-to-face learning and e-learning. The form of research used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that by applying blended learning to students in semester 6 of PPLK 1 courses, the PPKn Study Program, the learning process can be said to be successful and give a positive response to blended learning. The results of this study make students not feel that the learning process is monotonous and good. Supporting lecturers and students get good results from the PPLK 1 course learning process and gain experience of learning models using two activities, namely face-to-face learning and e-learning.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The crime of theft that often occurs in society is not only committed by adults but also children. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that cause children to commit theft, how to apply restorative justice to crimes committed by children and what the future concept will be so that the diversion process runs properly. The method used is normative juridical through a statutory approach. The legal materials consist of the 1945 Constitution, Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, Secondary materials consist of books, journals related to research. The data processing technique is obtained from primary and secondary legal materials which are processed in such a way as to be used as material to be studied. The finished data analysis is carried out as an effort to find and organize systematically in order to increase understanding of the subject matter studied. The results of this study are factors that cause children to steal because of endogenous factors from within themselves besides factors from the family and the surrounding environment that can influence children to steal and the last is economic factors and mass media, in addition to the application of restorative justice for criminal acts. theft committed by children is contained in Article 7 of Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the juvenile criminal justice system, but in the Act on the juvenile criminal justice system there are several articles that are considered harmful, therefore for the future concept that the rules are changed so that everything is fair not only the perpetrators but also all the injured parties.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem of handling Human Rights against Indigenous Papuans can be seen by the existence of violence and violations of human rights in all aspects of the lives of Indigenous Papuans in a systematic, sustainable and unstoppable manner. politics where the more indigenous Papuans are involved in politics, the faster the resolution of human rights in Papua because of the large number of representatives who are fighting for the liberation of the Papuan people, meaning that in this problem the Political Rights of Papuan Indigenous People in the National Legislative Body need to get support and protection of human rights on the ground Papua has not been able to run properly due to various indicators that have not been able to run properly. These indicators include the absence of a representative of the National Human Rights Commission; human rights courts, and truth and reconciliation commissions as well as the absence of special fund allocations in the field of human rights in the context of implementing the Special Autonomy Law in Papua, not only that this regulation does not work properly so that it has the potential to be increasingly unstoppable for human rights violations, in its implementation Human rights protection cannot run properly considering that in this regulation there is still uncertainty regarding the meaning, relationship, and purpose of the norms contained in the Papua Special Autonomy Law as well as unclear and limited special powers intended in the Autonomy Law Papua Special. This study emphasizes normative legal research and is balanced by looking at the condition of human rights violations in Papua by multiplying several literacies.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out how the performance of public services at the harbor and port authority offices (KSOP class IV Bagansiapiapi. And what are the factors that affect the performance of public services at the harbor and port authority office (KSOP) class IV Bagansiapiapi. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis recommended by Miles and Huberman (1992), namely: Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusions and Verification of Results. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews (structured and in-depth with informants), and documentation. The results of the research show that the Performance of Public Service Performance at the Port Authority and Class IV Bagansiapiapi Port Authority has been carried out as it should. of the 14 (fourteen) indicators used according to Moeheriono (2012:163), namely, there are 13 (thirteen) indicators that are good (as it should be) but there is one indicator that is not good, namely the Environmental Comfort indicator, this is related to the availability of facilities the existing facilities in the working area of the Port Authority (KSOP) Class IV Bagansiapiapi office, namely Haling Island, Sinaboy and BuluHala. And the factors that affect the performance of public services at the Port Authority Port Authority Office (KSOP) class IV Bagansiapiapi are on the Individual Factor, namely Ability and Expertise, on the Psychological Factor is the Attitude, Personality and Learning and Motivation factor while the Organizational Factor is Resources, Leadership and Awards

Abstract

ABSTRACT The essence of the relationship between children and parents in Law Number 1 of 1974 on Marriage, article 46 Paragraphs (1) and (2) does not provide legal certainty, considering that there are no articles that explain further about the form of parental care that must be carried out by children, the size of the child's maturity , and the legal consequences if you violate it. So that this regulation cannot run or cannot be fulfilled with certainty. The emergence of the problem of the phenomenon of the rise of lawsuits against parents in court cannot be separated from the decline in morality towards parents regarding the value of children's moral education in formal education and non-formal education in the child's environment, this problem is increasingly unstoppable with the absence of further legal policies as elaboration. Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, Article 46 Paragraphs (1) and (2), so that it is clear that the rights of parents are protected and can put the position of parents in what should be desired by these provisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine public awareness in terms of 3 aspects namely Knowledge, Attitude, and Behavior in three stages of Disaster Mitigation, namely Pre-Disaster, Emergency Response, and Post-Disaster.. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation, data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model, data reduction, data display, and data conclusions. The results of this research show: 1) public awareness in pre-disaster disaster mitigation; 2) public awareness in disaster mitigation at the emergency response stage; 3) public awareness in post-disaster disaster mitigation.

Abstract

Abstract Local culture is one of the keys in the realization of the national culture of the Indonesian nation. Strengthening the preservation of local culture that is starting to become extinct, such as cultural heritage, requires the participation of the local community to make it happen so that it is maintained. The Sendang Beji cultural heritage site in Ponorogo Regency has a historical story that must be preserved so that it can be known by future generations. The purpose of writing this article is to reveal the results of research on community participation in the preservation of the Sendang Beji cultural heritage site, Ponorogo Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the form of community participation fulfills 5 components forms of participation, namely: a) participation of ideas; b) energy participation; c) property participation; d) participation skills and skills; and e) social participation

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility program at PT. Ekadura Sei Manding, Rokan Hulu Regency. This research is qualitative with a descriptive case approach The results showed that there are several indicators that must be considered in the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) program at PT. Ekadura Sei Manding Rokan Hulu Regency is the form and content of policies, organizational capabilities with all its resources and environmental influences. If PT. Ekadura Sei Manding Rokan Hulu Regency cannot meet the 3 (three) indicators, there will be obstacles that can trigger failure in the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility program. Therefore, related to the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility program at PT. Ekadura Sei Manding Rokan Hulu Regency as a whole has not been running optimally, effectively and efficiently. Factors inhibiting the implementation of corporate social responsibility program. PT. Ekadura Sei Manding includes the improper use of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) grants, erratic disbursement of aid funds, the misappropriation of business capital, lack of public awareness in utilizing assistance, lack of knowledge and skills of program implementing employees and weak commitment of company leaders in organizing the implementation of corporate social responsibility programs.

Abstract The tourism sector plays an important role in supporting the economy, this makes tourist receiving countries competing to develop the tourism industry. Various efforts have been made to make tourist destinations attractive and able to generate as many tourist visits as possible. Researchers want to see the extent of tourism development in North Rupat based on available data in the relevant Office, as well as the extent of realization in the development of North Rupat Island as stated in the 2016-2021 National Tourism Strategic Area Plan, which is targeted this year and whether tourism development has been realized. sustainably. Researchers also want to see and find out what are the inhibiting factors in tourism development in Bengkalis Regency. This research method is qualitative which results in the finding that tourism development in the perspective of Sustainable Tourism in North Rupat, Bengkalis Regency through the application of the nine principles of sustainable tourism in the North Rupat tourism area has not run as a whole.

Abstract

Abstract The increase in criminal activities occurring in the community has led to an increase in the population of the Institute (LAPAS). The government, as the policymaker in this case, advises prisoners so prisoners do not commit crimes again and are motivated. Work The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship training and work motivation on entrepreneurial interest in prisons. Data collection techniques with literature, observation and interviews. The program observed by researchers is an entrepreneurship education program in the form of skills training and direct communication. The tool used for data collection is the interview form. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant impact of entrepreneurship training and 100% motivation on entrepreneurial interest. This means that entrepreneurship training and better motivation for this Work are carried out by inmates, entrepreneurial interest will increase and vice versa.
