Abstract

ABSTRACT The phenomenon of corruption in Indonesia in various aspects of life is not a new thing. Likewise, corrupt behavior has often occurred in everyday life. In fact, ironically, a person sometimes does not know that his actions are corrupt behavior. Corruption is a crime committed either individually or in groups, taking what is not their right with the aim of enriching themselves. Corruption is carried out as a shortcut to enrich oneself without being responsible for the aftermath. The government has taken many ways to make Indonesia free from corruption. However, to realize an Indonesia that is honest and free from acts of corruption is an agenda that requires attention and a very long effort by leaders who are aware of honesty and are free from acts of corruption that are deeply rooted in Indonesian culture. This study aims to: 1) determine the implementation of anti- corruption education in improving the morality of PPKn Untirta students, 2) to find out the learning strategies of anti-corruption education courses in improving the morality of PPKn Untirta students, 3) To find out the forms of morality reflected in PPKn Untirta students. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the Head of the PPKn Untirta Department, Lecturers of Anti-Corruption Education Courses, and PPKn Students. Data was collected using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results showed that: 1) Implementation of Anti-Corruption Education in Improving the Morale of PPKn Untirta Students, (a) Supporting activities: socialization, seminars, habits. 2) Increasing student morality in implementing anti- corruption values.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Implementation of the 2013 curriculum at SMA Al Husna Kedaung in 2015. With the regulation of the minister of education and culture regarding the implementation or implementation of the 2013 curriculum in elementary and senior high schools, the curriculum has been implemented in a many areas. Al Husna Kedaung High School is trying as much as possible in order to make the regulations of the Minister of Education and Culture successful and to realize national goals. (1) To find out the Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in PPKn Learning at SMA Al Husna Kedaung.(2) To find out what are the teacher's obstacles in implementing 2013 Curriculum in Civics Learning at Al Husna Kedaung High School. (3) To find out the teacher's efforts in overcoming the obstacles to implementing the 2013 curriculum in Civics learning at SMA Al Husna Kedaung. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been obtained from the research results are processed using qualitative descriptive analysis with primary data as many as 2 PPKn subject teachers at SMA Kedaung. The results of the study on the Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum for Civics in SMA Al Husna Kedaung showed that: (1) Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum for Civics subjects at SMA Al Husna Kedaung had not run effectively because some teachers had not mastered the 2013 curriculum in the form of lesson plans, syllabus, KI- KD, prota, prosem, indicators, learning methods, learning strategies, learning approaches and assessment of learning outcomes. (2) Obstacles experienced by teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum for Civics subjects at Al Husa Kedaung High School. (3) The efforts made by PPKn teachers in overcoming the obstacles faced in implementing the 2013 curriculum are: Implementation of the 2013 curriculum at Al Husna Kedaung High School, by the 2013 curriculum guidelines.

Abstract

ABSTRACT An understanding of copyright is a must-have for every music worker or person in the music industry, because this is closely related to the protection of every work created by musicians so that they are not misused by irresponsible parties and take good profits. financially and existentially. This study aims to determine the awareness of musicians related to Law Number 28 of 2014 Year concerning Copyright and the occurrence of copyright infringement, especially song copyrights in Serang City. The research method used is research with a qualitative approach with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the influence of the Copyright Law for music workers in Serang City who are members of the Salbai 34 Venue community has not had a significant influence in providing legal protection, because in each of their published musical works, almost on average they have not met to get royalties. per month due to several digital platform rules that put limits on getting royalties from each work that is played and there are still many copyright infringement cases, by unscrupulous music workers, both by musicians and content creators. The level of legal awareness of music workers in Serang City regarding copyright in terms of Law Number 28 of 2014 Year is not yet or still lacks legal awareness. There are four indicators to determine that music workers in Serang City do not yet have good legal awareness, where each of these indicators is a stage for the next stage, namely legal knowledge, legal understanding, legal attitudes, and patterns of understanding community behavior.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to reveal how the understanding of adult age according to applicable law in Indonesia is for students of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program (PPKn) semester 1 (one) for the 2021-2022 academic year. The students in the subject of this research are aspiring teachers. Citizenship Education has the goal of making good citizens. The research method used is a case study approach to determine the extent of knowledge and understanding of legal adulthood in these students. Observations and interviews with semester 1 (one) students are to ensure the results of case study research. The implications of this legal age of adult knowledge will have an impact on understanding their rights and obligations as citizens. Students as legal subjects should know and understand the age of adulthood according to applicable law in Indonesia. This knowledge is very useful for students to protect their rights and interests in the life of the nation and state.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine how the implementation of guidance for convicts in the Penitentiary Class IIB Pariaman. The correctional system is no longer aimed at retribution and resocialization, however, it has the goal of social reintegration. This study uses a qualitative method by conducting a literature study. The author looks for data sourced from scientific works, such as books on coaching in prisons, and also from news stories in the media. From the data from various sources, it was found that the implementation of guidance in correctional institutions is regulated by PP 31 of 1999 concerning the Guidance and Guidance of Correctional Inmates. Where in the coaching consists of various stages where there is initial coaching in the form of admission and orientation, followed by advanced coaching such as assimilation and skills development and the final coaching stage with assimilation and integration. In fostering prisoners, they highly respect the dignity of prisoners as whole human beings, every prisoner's rights must be fulfilled and must not be arbitrary to them.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to increase students' learning motivation in PPKN lessons Based online in Class 1 SMP Negeri 1 Ciruas Serang. This research is a classroom action research (classroom action research). The subjects of this study were seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Ciruas Serang. This study aims to determine the increase in active participation and online-based PPKN learning motivation in seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Ciruas Serang. This research is a classroom action research (classroom action research). The subjects of this study were students of class VII F at SMP Negeri 1 Ciruas Serang . From the results of the PPKN learning motivation in the pre-action, the average score was 56.63. The number of students who achieved high motivation was 7 students (36.84%), while 12 students (63.16%) had not yet achieved the criteria of low motivation. Based on these results, the researchers and teachers intend to improve and increase the motivation to learn PPKN grade VII students by using online-based PPKN learning. Based on the results of research starting from pre-action, cycle I, to cycle II, it can be explained that students' motivation to learn PPKN online increased after the implementation of PPKN learning using the student discussion method. The increase in online learning motivation can be seen from the average score obtained of 55.55 in the pre-action, increasing to 67.79 in the first cycle and increasing again to 72.5 in the second cycle. rom the description above, it can be concluded that the use of PPKN online learning can increase motivation in class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Ciruas Serang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the extent of the suitability of a teacher in compiling a learning implementation plan on Civics subjects at SMA Maulana Yusuf Kota Serang with the learning process carried out by the teacher during the teaching process in the classroom so that the flow of the learning implementation plan prepared by the teacher can be said. appropriate and serve as teaching guidelines and by the stages of learning steps from the introduction, core, and closing. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive method because in this study, the title Preparation of the PPKn Teacher Learning Implementation Plan on the Suitability of the Learning Process in Civics Subjects, was by this research method, the data obtained were processed by descriptive analysis. And the results of this study it can be said that the preparation of the PPKn Teacher Learning Implementation Plan on the Suitability of the Learning Process in Civics Subjects at Maulana Yusuf High School it can be said to have been by the learning process carried out by Civics Education teachers at Maulana Yusuf High School Serang City with the support from the head schools, namely by supervising teachers of Civics subjects during the learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

ABSRACT The Serang City Social Service is one of the government affairs assistance agencies of Serang City which carries out its duties in the social sector. One of his duties is the care of neglected children, which is stated in the 1945 Constitution Article 34 Paragraph 1 which explains that the poor and neglected children are cared for by the state. This study aims to determine the extent to which the maintenance of neglected children is carried out by the city government through the Serang City Social Service in 2021. The method used in this study is a qualitative research where the results of the findings in this study will be analyzed and described in detail and clearly. The year 2021 is a very limited year, both in terms of budget, facilities, and direct implementation. PPKM policies issued by the government have had many impacts on existing government elements and the Serang City Social Service is no exception which has experienced many obstacles in the care of neglected children so that in carrying out its role as an authorized institution in the care of abandoned children it does not run optimally.

Abstract

Abstract In practice, the marriage agreement deed made by a notary can be cancelled by the court. The cancellation causes losses for the party who made it. So it becomes a problem how the notary's responsibility for the cancellation of the marriage agreement deed made in the form of a notary deed carried out by the court. This study aims to analyse the notary's responsibility for cancelling the marriage agreement deed made by the court. The research method used is normative juridical research using a statutory approach and a case approach. The results showed that the notary's responsibility for the marriage agreement deed was cancelled by the court's decision, especially in case number 598 PK/PDT/2016, providing information because the case was included in the administrative area.Furthermore, in the Law on Notary Positions, the notary's responsibility to the deed he makes is that the notary's responsibility is charged to his position. So the result is that the marriage agreement in case Number 598 PK/PDT/2016 is null and void because it does not meet the requirements in Article 29 paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law Article 147 of the Civil Code, namely the marriage agreement, must be made before or when the marriage takes place and is made in a notary deed and ratified by the marriage registrar. Concerning the cancellation of the marriage agreement, it returns to its original state as did not occur in the previous agreement, namely the merger of assets during the marriage and its distribution. Notaries, as public officials, can be held accountable for authentic deeds, resulting in null and void that they make based on the distribution of responsibilities. In this case, the notary's responsibility is borne by the position.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Religious differences that often occur among elementary school children trigger conflicts between majority and minority religious groups. The emergence of these conflicts shows the low attitude of religious tolerance in elementary school students. This research aims to instill an attitude of religious tolerance through multicultural-based social studies learning, where multiculturalism teaches students to always appreciate differences. This article uses a type of literature study method or literature review on the cultivation of tolerance in elementary school students through learning social studies (ips). The steps in the literature study are (1) choosing a topic; (2) determining the focus of information; (3) formulating the focus of research; (4) collecting data sources; (5) preparing data presentation (6) compiling a report. The method/technique of data collection in this article uses the documentation method, meaning that researchers look for data relevant to the topic by using reading materials such as books, articles and journals. The results showed that multicultural-based social studies learning has a great influence on the cultivation of religious tolerance attitudes in elementary school students.
