Abstract

This study aimed to investigate and analyze the influence of motivation and discipline to employee performance at PT Sinar Banjaran Abadi. The method used is path analysis (path analisys), because this research in addition to want to get an overview of the performance of employees associated with the motivation and discipline of work, also get an idea of the pattern of the relationship and the influence of variable- variable research that has been set. Based on the research results can be that the motivation of the employees at PT SIBA at a low level towards good enough, then owned by employees working discipline in a low position towards good enough. In general, motivation and discipline affect the performance of employees at PT SIBA, and motivation is the most significant influence on employee performance. The effect of partially variable motivation on employee performance of 50.36%, variable discipline to employee performance amounted to 24.50%.Simultaneously influence the motivation and discipline to employee performance amounted to 74.86%, while 25.1% is influenced by other variables that tida examined in this study.From the research that is done, then the variable motivation and discipline when combined will have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Sinar Abadi Banjara (SIBA).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of quality product, quality service and customers satifaction PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk KFC Store Merdeka Bandung. Using the explanatory survey, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 89 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) Software IBM Version 23. From the data obtained, the result (1) quality product has a significant positive effect on customers satisfaction (2) Service quality has a significant positive effect on customers satisfaction (3) The quality product and service quality significant positive effect on customers satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to know the Attitudes, Motivations, and Interestsof Student Entrepreneurship (Case Study of Banten Jaya University Students in Serang City). This research is expected to be useful and provide an overview of the extent to which attitudes and motivations foster student interest in running entrepreneurship. This study, researchersused a quantitative method, with 57 respondents. The research method uses simple linear regression analysis method to conduct data analysis. Data collectionusing a questionnaire. Data isprocessedusing SPSS assistance. The results showed that the attitude and motivation significantly influence the interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

For companies that has been go public, the wealth of the owner is reflected from their value in the stock market. The higher the value of the stock market is, the greater the wealth of the owner is. Company value in the agricultural sector experienced a trend of decline during the years 2015-2019. Factors that affect company value are capital structure, corporate risk, and profitability of the company. This research uses a sample of 8 companies obtained through the method of judgemental sampling. The Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis model 1 and multiple regression analysis model 2, which has been tested by classic assumption supported by the company’s value measurement according to several tools of measurement. The results showed that the structure of capital, profitability, and corporate risk simultaneously affect the company’s value significantly. Partially, corporate risk and capital structure have a negative effect and are not significant to the company's value. While profitability has a positive effect and significantly affects the company’s value. With the placement of measured control variable for the company, the influence of capital structure and profitability increase the value of the company, although not significantly. The management doesn’t need to add debt because will has no effect on the company’s value. Profitability should be noticed because it can be a positive signal for investors who have an impact on the company’s value.

Abstract

Opportunities to intregrate business and service can e realized in managing the diversity of traditional cultural arts and creative entrepreneurship, which is very open in the area of banten Province, which is actively developing itself in various development sectors in order to improve the economy of Trans-Sumatra and Java islands and the National and International regions, supported by the existense of Tanjung Lesung Sepecial Economic Zone in Pandeglang Regency and the Sukarno-Hataa International Airport in tangerang City which is adjacent to Jakarta the Capital of the Unitary State of Republik Indonesia. The opportunity for a combination of business and preservation of cultural arts can be done by all parties from the Creative Economy Business Acto businessrs, Government and Society, as well as the Word of Education in Higher Education in the Region and National. These business opportunities need to be prepared through learning and research methods, as well as field practices initiated in synergy through the word of education in Higher Education, in that case they are also part of the Tri Dharma Higher Education’s practice of community service. Armed with critical, progressive and innovative thinking, studens shoul also be equipped with a real business movement in Existing Campus Life as Bridge to Create Business Opportunities in Banten Art and Culture Arena, which is also directly to realize the preservation of Regional Cultural Arts assets generally become the assets of National Culture Arts

Abstract

The problem of human resources is currently still the center of attention and a focus for an organization or company to be able to survive in the era of globalization accompanied by increasingly fierce levels of competition. The problem often faced by companies is the absence of a performance measurement system that is able to support the role of HR towards company strategy. Human Resource Scorecard is a method used to measure the contribution of HR. The HR Scorecard is also the development of the Balanced Scorecard Performance appraisal through the HR Scorecard approach can be a high-level performance indicator (Key Performance Indicator / KPI) of the HR management function. The true HR Scorecard allows the HR function to perform 2 important functions at the same time: (1) managing HR as a strategic asset; and (2) demonstrating the contribution of HR to the financial success of the company.

Abstract

Competitive quality of products and services requires marketers to be able to provide some quality products and satisfactory service. This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction by taking samples of 93 customers Muamalah savings sampling technique. Research data in the analysis using SEM-PLS method. Based on the result of research shows that service quality has positive and significant effect to customer loyalty, product quality has positive and significant effect to customer loyalty, service quality has positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, product quality has positive and significant impact to customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has positive effect significant to customer loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know the workforce diversity and work environment together and partially on the performance of the employees of PT. Parkland World Indonesia Plant 2. This study provides an overview of the extent to which the effect of workforce diversity and work environment on employee performance. The objects in this study were 53 employees of PT. Parkland World Indonesia Plant 2. The research method uses simple linear regression analysis method to conduct data analysis. The results of the study simultaneously, the diversity of the workforce and work environment affect the work performance of employees. The diversity of the workforce in this study has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment in this study has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is known that workforce diversity and work environment are important factors in order to improve employee performance at this Parkland World Indonesia Plant 2 company. For this reason, management needs to increase the diversity of the workforce of its employees and to improve a positive work environment for its employees in improving employee performance

Abstract

Sebagai mana diketahui wabah penyakit virus corona Covid-19 meledak diakhir tahun 2019 berasal dari Negara Tiongkok yang dengan cepat menyebar ke Negara-negra diseluruh dunia, termasuk yang menyebar di Indonesia awal bulan Maret tahun 2020. Kondisi pandemic virus corona atau Covid 19 yang terjadi secara global tersebut membuat munculnya ramalan-ramalan menakutkan dari beberapa pelaku usaha kecil menengah sampai pelaku usaha berskala besar. Pandemic virus corona atau covid-19 membuat pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) harus menata ulang strategi bisnis dan berinovasi untuk menjaga keberlangsungan usahanya. Namum para pelaku UMKM juga harus belajar beradaptasi dengan perubahan tersebut, diantaranya dengan melakukan riset serta banyak belajar dari pengusaha yang sudah berpengalaman dan berhasil dengan mengelola Sisten Informasi Manajemen untuk menunjang sarana atau alat yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi atau mengukur hasil keputusan yang akan berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan usaha pada situasi apaun. Dalam kondisi usaha dimasa pandemic corona yang tidak menentu, maka sistem informasi mutlak diperlukan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang logis sehingga sangat membutuhkan pemahaman tentang permasalahan dan pengetahuan mengenai stategi dan alternative pemecahannya supaya usahanya tetap dapat berjalan. Sistem informasi yang lebih tepat akan menghasilkan suatu keputusan yang lebih baik, disamping hal tersebut kualitas suatu informasi yang lebih tepat dan berkualitas, dan kehandalan kualitas suatu informasi tergantung dari tiga hal yaitu; informasi harus akurat, tepat waktu dan relevan. Unsur-unsur dalam pengambilan keputusan yang harus dipertimbangkan adalah: tujuan pengambilan keputusan, identifikasi alternatif keputusan untuk menyelesaikan masalah, perhitungan faktor-faktor yang tidak dapat diketahui sebelumnya atau di luar jangkauan manusia (kejadian yang tidak terkendali) dan sarana atau alat yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi atau mengukur hasil keputusan akan berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan usaha disituasi tertentu

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen laba terhadap biaya modal ekuitas melalui pengungkapan CSER sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakanModel Kothari (2005) sebagai pengukuran manajemen laba. Pengungkapan CSER diukur menggunakan scoring method berdasarkan Global Reporting Index (indeks GRI). Selain itu metode pengukuran biaya modal ekuitasmenggunakan model Ohlson yang telah dimodifikasi dengan menggunakan random walk. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar pada Kompas 100 pada periode 2008- 2011 dan mempublikasikan annual report nya di website BEI. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur untuk melihat pengaruh dari variabel independen yaitu pengungkapan manajemen labaterhadap variabel dependen yaitu biaya modal ekuitas melalui variabel intervening yaitu pengungkapan CSER. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) manajemen laba berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap biaya modal ekuitas, (2) manajemen laba berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSER, (3) pengungkapan CSER berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap biaya modal ekuitas, dan (4) pengungkapan CSER bukan sebagai variabel intervening dalam pengaruh manajemen laba pada biaya modal ekuitas
