Abstract

Abstract The development of computerized systems through networks is increasing. The internet is a public network. Its existence is indispensable both as a medium of information and free communication. One of the uses of the internet is the distance learning system through electronic learning or better known as E-Learning. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research with a field research approach (Field Research). Arabic language lectures at Nurul Jadid Paiton University are conducted using E-learning media in Arabic and non-language study programs. The results showed that the E-learning application can help facilitate lecturers and students in carrying out the learning process more deeply. This is because both students and lecturers can collect assignments, distribute assignments, assess assignments at home or anywhere without being bound by time limits or class hours. Abstract

Human resoursces are an asset that will always be useful in every generation. In order to create better human resources, it is necessary to increase the quality of better education. This increase was not spared by technology that was already rampant. It can be said that students today can enjoy the use of technology at home and at school. For that, it is very possible to apply technology-based learning in the scope of learning. Abstract

Abstract: Imam Shafi'i is one of the Imam of the fiqh schools of the four schools of fiqh. Imam Syâfi'î is a teacher of Imam Ahmad and he is also a student of Imam Mâlik and has also studied with a student of Imam Abû Hanîfah namely Imam Muhammad Ibn al-Hasan al-Syaibanî. Therefore, Imam Syâfi'î fiqh was formed from across intellectuals with a combination and meeting of knowledge of fiqh ahl al-hadîts (Imam Mâlik) and fiqh ahl al-ra'y (Imam Abû Hanîfah). This paper aims to examine Imam Syâfi'î as a mujtahid and Imam of the Fiqh School in historical, juridical and sociological studies. Imam Syâfi'î succeeded in formulating the legal thought of ahl al-hadîts, the version of Imam Mâlik with the thought of the law of ahl al-ra'y, the version of Imam Abû Hanîfah. The epistemology of the ushul fiqh of Imam Shafi'î in istinbath al-Ahkam, namely al-Quran, as-Sunnah, ijma ', qaul shahabi, and qiyas. The uniqueness of Imam Syâfi'î fiqh with the existence of qaul qadim and qaul jadid is also influenced by the social setting in which the fatwa was formulated. Abstract

The problem of this study aims to determine how the role of PAI teachers in addressing the impact of the development of communication technology in fifth grade students at SDN Telukjambe I in the 2019/2020 school year. This study aims: (a) To find out the positive and negative impacts of communication technology development for fifth grade students at SDN Telukjambe I, (b) To find out the objective conditions of PAI teachers at SDN Telukjambe I, and (c) To find out the role of PAI teachers in addressing the impact of the development of communication technology on fifth grade students at SDN Telukjambe I. This type of research is qualitative research. The sources and in this study were divided into two, namely primary data sources namely principals, PAI teacher class V, and homeroom teachers (class Va and Vb) at SDN Telukjambe I, and secondary data sources, namely data in the form of documents there are such as books, theses, archives and school documents that are related to the subject matter being investigated. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of PAI teachers in responding to the impact of the development of communication technology in fifth grade students at SDN Telukjambe I has succeeded in carrying out several responsibilities and their role towards students in terms of protecting students from the negative effects of communication technology. Before these effects affect students, the role of PAI teachers in providing precautions through several beneficial activities provided to students is urgently needed

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe and analyze the syllabus development needs of 1st grade at MI Kalibening, (2) find out the form of syllabus development of 1st grade at MI Kalibening, (3) determine the effectiveness of the application of integrative thematic syllabus towards the changing of 1st-grade students character at MI Kalibening. The method of this study is Research and Development (R&D). The research model used is an instructional design model used is ADDIE (Analysis – Design – Develop – Implement – Evaluate). The result of this study are (1) the syllabus development from grade 1-6 at MI Kalibening is very needed, because that syllabus development as a reference for preparing lesson plan in implementing teaching-learning process every day, (2) the syllabus development of 1st grade consists of several components, namely: load the content of IMTAQ, standard competence (SK), basic competence (KD), the material/learning, teaching-learning process, the indicators of competence achievement, assessment, time allocation, and learning resources, (3) the use of integrative syllabus is effectively used to improve the 1st-grade student’s character at MI Kalibening. The result can be seen from the t-test that Mean score of the student's IMTAQ character in the second meeting class 1B is 79,90 and the second meeting class 1A is 90,38 and the t-test result obtained sign = 0,000 because it was significant, lower than 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) therefore H1 is accepted. It means the use of an integrative syllabus is effectively can be used to improve student's IMTAQ character, p-value 0,000 < 0,05

Abstract

Abstrak : Permasalahan dalam Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi Pembelajaran akidah akhlak dalam Pembentukan Karakter Religius Peserta didik di kelas VIII SMP Al-Mushlih Karawang, faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta Hasil dari implementasi pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak dalam pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Al-Mushlih Karawang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Al-Mushlih Karawang. Subjek penelitian dan Informan adalah guru mata pelajaran akidah akhlak kelas VIII dan peserta didik kelas VIII. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu berupa pemaparan tertulis baik data yang tertulis atau lisan dari objek penelitian yang ada pada lembaga tersebut. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data Miles and Huberman yaitu reduksi data, model data (display data), dan atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa implementasi mata pelajaran akidah akhlak dalam pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Al-Mushlih menggunakan metode keteladanan dan pembiasaan seperti berdoa sebelum pembelajaran dimulai, sholat berjamaah, mengikuti program Tahsinul Qur’an, membiasakan perilaku terpuji, serta menghormati guru dan teman. Hal tersebut agar mendukung nilai-nilai karakter religius peserta didik yang akan diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan menjadi contoh. Adapun faktor penghambat antara lain : Alokasi waktu yang tidak cukup. Kata Kunci: Implementasi Pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak,Pembentukan Karakter Religius, Peserta didik Kelas VIII di SMP Al-Mushlih Karawang.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana pelaksanaan tradisi Ngijing yang terdapat didusun Jatirejo Jumapolo Karanganyar pada Upacara Selametan Nyewu merupakan rangkaian sejarah masa lalu yang mengandung nilai-nilai moral yang dapat dijadikan pedoman dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan melihat realitas sekarang ini, yakni masuknya budaya luar yang dapat berdampak positif maupun negatif, maka diperlukan usaha penanaman kembali nilai-nilai moral melalui tradisi yang ada. Selain itu juga untuk mendokumentasikannya agar tradisi ini tidak hilang ditelan jaman. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan latar belakang dilakukannya Tradisi Ngijing Pada Upacara Selametan Nyewu dan menjelaskan nilai-nilai Islam dalam tradisi Ngijing pada upacara selametan nyewu dan untuk menjelaskan nilai-nilai Islam dalam tradisi Ngijing yang mempengaruhi prilaku keagamaan masyarakat dusun Jatirejo. Abstract

Abstract : The type of research used in this research is juridical-normative with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach Legal materials in this research are primary sources of law, secondary sources of law, tertiary sources of law, which are collected by using library research techniques (literature study) and analyzed using prescriptive techniques. Instruksi Wakil Kepala Daerah DIY NO. K.898/I/A/1975 limits the authority of the Notary and PPAT in making land deeds for non-Indigenous Indonesians. Notaries and PPAT have been given the authority to make land deeds for all Indonesian citizens equally regardless of non-Indigenous or Indigenous Indonesians. But Instruksi Wakil Kepala Daerah DIY NO. K.898/I/A/1975 even placed limits on that authority. Law Impact from Instruksi Wakil Kepala Daerah DIY NO. K.898/I/A/1975 to Notary and PPAT and can be related with the theory of justice and legal certainty where in Instruksi Wakil Kepala Daerah DIY NO. K.898/I/A/1975 does not guarantee legal certainty because it does not comply with the theory of legal certainty in the theory of Lon Fuller (1971) say a law contain 8 (eight) principles to be said to have met the principle of legal certainty, one of which is "Not contradicting with other laws and regulations". Beside Instruksi Wakil Kepala Daerah DIY NO. K.898/I/A/1975 also not representing a sense of justice and not fulfill the principle of justice as described by John Rawls (1971), one of which is the equality of treatment in every opportunity. Instruksi Wakil Kepala Daerah DIY NO. K.898/I/A/1975 Should be erased and not enforced so as not to limit authority of Notary and PPAT Instruksi Wakil Kepala Daerah DIY NO. K.898/I/A/1975 should be prepared by considering legal certainty and justice for the community. Keywords : PPAT, Authority, Non Indigenous Indonesians.

Abstract

Abstract The article aims to find out the comprehension of the International Phonetic Alphabet role after the students had learned the phonology and phonetics materials in “Introduction to Linguistics” course. Qualitative approach was conducted to answer the problem of this study. To collect the data, the researcher used closed questionnaires to the 2nd semester students of English Study Program of Hasanuddin Islamic High School, Pare-Kediri in the academic year 2019/2020. The results of this study indicates that respondents have the same comprehension after being assisted by phonology and phonetics materials in improving their pronunciation errors. They were able to read phonetics transcription through phonetics dictionary application called with toPhonetics and increase confidence when pronouncing the words. They increasingly realized the importance of International Phonetic Alphabet in English pronunciation, so that they had the ability to read phonetics dictionary easily. It was proved from 22 respondents answering eight points related to the instrument that the average percentage in the strong agreement was 50%, mild agreement was 44%, less agreement was 7,5%, and disagreement was 0%. So, it can be concluded that the students have the same comprehension of International Phonetic Alphabet role to reduce errors in pronouncing the words to achieve successful oral communication.
