Abstract

Job analysis is an important part of human resource management activities. Because one of the things that delivers organizational success is the existence of accurate data about the profile of each position, the type of skills and abilities needed as well as the experience and education required to occupy a position and can create a positive organizational culture. Organizational culture can be defined as a set of systems, values, beliefs, assumptions or norms that have been relatively long in force, agreed upon and followed by all members of the organization As behavioral norms in solving organizational problems. This study aims to determine the role of job analysis on organizational culture in the perspective of human resources at Artee Law Offiice. This research method uses qualitative research methods and the data sources used in this study use primary data sources and secondary data. So that the data collected apart from books, journals, websites are also sourced from the results of interviews conducted by researchers. The results of this study can be concluded by the existence of job analysis which consists of two main parts, namely job description and job specification able to maximize the potential of human resources owned. So that the job analysis is also able to create a positive organizational culture because all parties involved such as lawyers, paralegals and management have their own job descriptions and job specifications.

Abstract

The role of customs is vital in the implementation of FTAs. However, relatively little research is devoted to the role of customs under the FTA scheme. The juridical problem regarding the role of the customs authority from the aspect of international trade law can be seen from the many disputes over FTA import duty tariff by customs. International disputes regarding the Rules of Origin (RoO) continue to escalate more with the increasing volume of international trade devoted to preferential treatment, such as the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) scheme. Identification of the problems studied in this study is how to reconstruct the role of customs in free trade under international cooperation legal politics. Normative legal research is carried out using two approaches, namely: a conceptual approach (conceptual approach) and a statutory approach (statute approach), to examine problems in the content of legal norms, which are the legal basis for Customs Administration actions. The research aims to direct the establishment of law in the field of FTAs in line with Indonesian legal and constitutional politics. The results findings indicate that there is a conflict of interest in the main task of collecting state revenues with the consequences of the FTA in the form of tariff reductions. The target of state revenue from the international trade sector is eroded with the reduction in FTA import duties. A reconstruction of the role of Customs is needed in the development of FTA law in line with The Politics of International Cooperation Law. The reconstruction is carried out, firstly, by reforming the customs vision so that it is not merely revenue-oriented. Secondly, Reconstructing customs law that is clear, detailed, simple, and has legal certainty so that there is no ambiguity, multiple interpretations, and inconsistency in its application. Then, building a new paradigm of compliance framework based on cooperative compliance to create transparency and mutual understanding between importers and customs authorities and, finally, enhance tariff liberalization and synergy with Tax Administration.

Abstract

The potential of waqf in Indonesia is vast, but it has not been matched by the maximization of more productive management in the era of increasing Islamic financial growth. This opportunity is the background for the emergence of investment instruments in the form of sukuk waqf as an effort to maximize the potential of waqf. Provisions and restrictions related to sukuk waqf in Indonesia refer to DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 131 of 2019, so this study aims to analyze the concept of sukuk waqf in DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 131 of 2019 based on Al-Syatibi's Maqashid Syariah perspective using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The results of this study indicate that through optimizing the utilization of Waqf Linked Sukuk is one of the concrete steps to protect religion, protect the soul, improve the quality of human resources, the formation of future generations of the nation that will have an impact on society through infrastructure networks, and is expected to be maximized to overcome poverty

Abstract

Al-Qur'an memorization activities are gaining more and more space in many institutions, however not a few students feel afraid to memorize the Al-Qur'an. At JQH IDIA a method has been implemented that is expected to answer this fear, namely the Enter-Exit method. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the process of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study revealed that the foundation of the enter-exit method is the qaul of Imam Nawawi. The application of the enter-exit method uses functionalist structural: 1)The adaptation of the method was carried out on Islamic teachings, JQH and IDIA. 2) Goal Attainment is carried out by formulating four method objectives 3)The integration of methods is created from the role of each functionary and the creation of solidarity among members. 4) Latencies is carried out by maintaining things that are in accordance with the JQH IDIA environment Keywords: Exit-enter method, JQH memorization program, functional structural theory

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principal's leadership in developing the Islamic Religious Education curriculum. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Principal leadership is the ability to mobilize existing resources in schools, while teacher pedagogical competence is the ability to manage learning activities. This study aims to describe the principal's leadership and teachers' pedagogical competence at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Wates. This research used descriptive qualitative case study method. The principal has carried out his leadership role by mobilizing teachers and staff to actively participate in the implementation of the school's vision and mission, in the form of direction from the principal to teachers in learning. The PAI program of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Wates adopts a stand-alone program in accordance with the instructions of the DIKDASMEN Assembly of PWM DIY

Abstract

Marriage is a form of worship in Islam which is considered holy and sacred. In Javanese tradition, there are unwritten rules that must be obeyed by the bride and groom, namely the calculation of the day of birth, known as weton. This research uses a qualitative approach based on people's beliefs in the Javanese weton tradition in marriage. The results of this research can be concluded that the people in Bendowulung Village view weton as something that binds individuals from the moment of birth. Because of its importance in society, weton is considered information that should be kept confidential to protect the safety of each individual. They still respect the existence of weton as a legacy from their ancestors that must be preserved even though it is considered idolatrous in Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Ruqyah has long been practiced even before the establishment of Muhammad's prophethood. Even now, with the characteristics of modern society that tends to be rationalist, ruqyah remains an option when medical treatment efforts have been carried out but have not yielded results. Seeing the considerable public interest and interest in the practice of ruqyah, indicates that the existence of ruqyah can be accepted and felt the benefits by modern society. The purpose of this study is to reason the existence of ruqyah in hadith literature and to reason how ruqyah can be accepted in the perspective of science. This research is a type of qualitative research using a library research approach. Data collection is carried out by looking for references that have conformity with the research theme, namely explanations of ruqyah in the Prophet's hadith, laws and practices justified by the Prophet of Allah; and how the truth of ruqyah is acceptable to reason and science. This research yielded several things. First, that religion permits the practice of ruqyah as long as the recitation is spoken in accordance with the guidance of the Shari'ah and does not contain shirk. Secondly, the practice of ruqyah is justified in the point of science, including water as a medium in ruqyah has the ability to capture messages around it, the prayers recited are able to affect one's body and ruqyah has similarities with hypnotherapy.

Abstract

One of the indicators of achieving increased prosperity for business operators can be observed through the widening market share of the products they produce. To expand market share, a product must comply with its legal aspects and increase consumer interest, including obtaining halal certification. This research aims to assess the enhancement of halal certification while considering the principles of Maqasid Sharia. This is a qualitative field research study conducted by gathering data and information through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research results indicate that halal certification contributes to building consumer trust and increasing revenue obtained from the expanding market share. Halal standardization refers to the halal assurance system of MUI. From the perspective of Maqasid Sharia, halal certification is oriented toward preserving religious, spiritual, intellectual, lineage, and wealth aspects

Abstract

The legal protection of women workers is an essential part of the concept of human rights and gender equality. The aim of this study is to study the legal protection of female workers from the perspective of human rights and gender equality. The study identifies methods of normative jurisprudence, i.e. by examining literature or articles – articles and legislative regulations – of applicable law and related to the problem studied. Studies of literature have found that the protection of female workers is part of human rights and women are at a vulnerable level. Legislative regulations – laws and international conventions have been established to protect and guarantee women's rights and gender equality, however, some parties have blocked Indonesia from moving towards gender. This is due to the patriarchal culture of more respect for women at home and men at work, the lack of awareness of women's rights, and the stigma of the society that believes that women are low human beings and strong men. Gender protection and equality must be fought in the light of the numerous cases of discrimination, violations of women's rights and duties, and gender inequality in Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesian Positive Law stipulates that part of joint property is the wife's right and the other part is the husband's right in the event of a divorce. This provision is based on the husband's responsibility to earn a living, while the wife's job is to take care of the household and support her husband. However, the division of responsibilities as stated in the law has shifted. Nowadays, some wives not only act as housewives, but also work to earn a living or often even become the backbone of the family. The aim of this research is to find out about the Sharing of Assets with Women Careers of Halal Business Actors Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama and Aisiyah Muhammadiyah Perspectives. This writing uses qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained was then reduced to data, then presented the data and concluded conclusions to find out the distribution of assets with career women who are business actors from a halal perspective Muslimat Nahlatul Ulama and Aisiyah Muhammadiyah.
