Abstract

This study evaluates the success of the Kukerta Information System using a structured questionnaire covering eight key dimensions. The results show that the system meets the criteria of a successful information system, with most respondents giving Good or Very Good ratings. System Quality achieved an average score of 3.52, indicating ease of use and clarity, though response speed can still improve. Information Quality received the highest score at 3.67, reflecting accuracy and relevance. Service Quality averaged 3.60, showing generally helpful technical support. The Use dimension scored 3.62, demonstrating active utilization, while User Satisfaction reached 3.64 due to reliable system performance. Individual Impact scored 3.65, indicating enhanced user productivity. Organizational Impact and Net Benefits both averaged 3.64, showing improved coordination and benefits that exceed constraints. Overall, the system provides strong performance, useful information, and positive effects for users and the organization.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in goat farming continue to encounter challenges in sales management, livestock data recording, and financial reporting due to reliance on manual processes. These issues often result in recording errors, data inconsistencies, and difficulties in routine business performance monitoring. This research designs and develops GoatPOS, a web-based Point of Sale (POS) system to facilitate goat sales management, ready-to-sell livestock inventory, financial reports, and customer data. Research methods encompass observation, interviews, and literature review, with system development following the Waterfall model. A client-server architecture is employed, utilizing Node.js for backend business logic and API services, alongside React.js for the interactive frontend interface. Findings demonstrate that GoatPOS enhances operational efficiency through transaction automation and real-time reporting, while bolstering data security via role-based access control. Thus, GoatPOS emerges as an information system solution promoting data-driven decision-making and the sustainability of goat farming enterprises.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong perusahaan jasa untuk melakukan transformasi digital guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. YDZ Guitarworks merupakan perusahaan jasa pembuatan dan servis instrumen musik yang masih menjalankan proses bisnis secara manual dan terpisah, sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan integrasi data dan keterlambatan pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang arsitektur enterprise menggunakan framework TOGAF untuk mendukung integrasi sistem ERP berbasis Odoo. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis kondisi eksisting (AS-IS), perancangan arsitektur TO-BE pada lapisan bisnis, aplikasi, dan teknologi, analisis kesenjangan, serta penyusunan roadmap implementasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan arsitektur enterprise mampu mengintegrasikan proses penjualan, produksi, inventori, pembelian, keuangan, dan layanan servis ke dalam satu platform ERP terpadu. Blueprint arsitektur yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan strategis dalam mendukung transformasi digital YDZ Guitarworks

Abstract

Penyakit Varicella (cacar air) merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang umum menyerang anak-anak usia 1–12 tahun dan dapat menyebar dengan cepat di lingkungan padat penduduk. Diagnosis dini sangat penting untuk mencegah komplikasi dan penyebaran lebih lanjut, namun proses pemeriksaan secara manual di fasilitas kesehatan seperti Puskesmas seringkali memerlukan waktu dan sumber daya yang terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pendeteksi dini penyakit Varicella berbasis website menggunakan metode Naive Bayes. Sistem ini menganalisis data gejala seperti demam, lenting pada kulit, riwayat imunisasi, dan kontak dengan penderita untuk menghasilkan diagnosis awal dengan tingkat probabilitas tertentu. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu membantu proses diagnosis secara cepat, efisien, dan dapat digunakan oleh tenaga medis maupun masyarakat umum sebagai alat bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan kesehatan. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mendeteksi penyakit menular dan meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya di Puskesmas Purwakarta, Cilegon.

Abstract

PT Carefast faces significant challenges in stock management due to its reliance on a manual system using written records and spreadsheets, which is prone to human error, data inconsistency, and information delays. These limitations hinder operational effectiveness and slow down decision-making. This research aims to design and develop a web-based, real-time inventory application to optimize stock management by increasing efficiency and accuracy, minimizing human error, and supporting decision-making with accurate, up-to-date data. The development methodology used is Extreme Programming (XP), utilizing PHP, the Laravel framework, and a MySQL database. The proposed application provides key functionalities such as master data management, recording of incoming and outgoing goods, a structured goods procurement approval workflow for Secretaries, Business Heads, and Directors, and instant report generation. The implementation of this system is expected to be a strategic solution for PT Carefast to replace manual processes, improve transparency, and accelerate information flow.

Abstract

The rising demand for skill development through workshops calls for a platform that efficiently manages events while personalizing user experiences. This study presents a multi-platform event management application featuring a rule-based hybrid recommendation system tailored to user interests, skill levels, and location. Developed using Agile Kanban, the system employs Laravel for the backend RESTful API and Flutter for the mobile frontend. Core features include QR-based attendance, discussion forums, and analytical dashboards. The recommendation engine combines content-based and collaborative filtering using predefined rules, enabling lightweight, transparent, and accurate personalization without machine learning. Testing confirmed that the core features function effectively and improve the experience for both users and organizers. The platform addresses inefficiencies in manual event handling and offers a scalable, user-focused solution for skill-based education. This system supports the digital transformation of event management by offering intelligent features tailored to participant profiles and needs.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based accreditation documentation system using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. The system was designed to address issues in manual document management, such as difficulties in tracking versions, data duplication, and slow validation processes. The development process was carried out gradually through direct discussions with users to ensure the system met their needs. The use of XP allowed iterative system development with continuous feedback. Testing was conducted using black-box testing with boundary value analysis, showing that all main features function properly, including document upload, validation, monitoring, and reporting. Compared to manual methods, this system offers better transparency, speeds up the process, and facilitates collaboration during accreditation. This system is expected to serve as a reference for other study programs facing similar problems.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based housekeeping management system at Hotel Pinangsia to improve work efficiency, reporting accuracy, and staff coordination. The hotel faces several issues, including manual task scheduling, delayed room status reporting, and unintegrated inventory management. This research applies the Agile method using an iterative approach, which consists of data collection, sprint planning, system development, testing, and implementation stages. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, and Filament as the front-end framework. The implementation results show that the system can automate task scheduling, provide real-time room status reporting, and simplify inventory tracking. Functionality testing was carried out and received positive feedback from internal hotel users. The conclusion of this study is that the developed system significantly enhances the operational efficiency and service quality of housekeeping operations at Hotel Pinangsia.

Abstract

Sektor hortikultura memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan dan pembangunan ekonomi daerah. Namun, pengambilan keputusan terkait perencanaan produksi dan distribusi masih sering terkendala oleh keterbatasan pemanfaatan data historis dan alat analisis yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dashboard visualisasi data sebagai media pendukung analisis dan prediksi produk hortikultura secara lebih efektif.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan pengembangan sistem yang meliputi tahap pengumpulan data, pra-pemrosesan data, analisis data, proses prediksi, perancangan dan pengembangan dashboard, serta evaluasi sistem. Data historis produksi hortikultura dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan peramalan berbasis tren untuk menghasilkan prediksi produksi. Dashboard dikembangkan dengan menyajikan informasi utama, seperti tren produksi, perbandingan antar komoditas, dan hasil prediksi, dalam bentuk visual yang interaktif dan mudah dipahami.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran menggunakan Ceramah dan Buku Ajar sulit dipahami oleh siswa, dikarenakan beberapa siswa merasa bosan dan jenuh terkadang mengantuk saat pembelajaran sejarah. Salah satu pelajaran sejarah yaitu pangeran Diponegoro yang sedang dipelajari menceritakan tokoh pahlawan dari jogya yang membebaskan kerja paksa. Dengan menggunakan teknologi Role Playing Game siswa dapat menikmati cerita Pangeran Diponegoro dalam versi RPG. Dalam game RPG, aktor pemain dapat memerankan sebagai karakter sebagai teman Pangeran Diponegoro untuk dapat mengikuti alur cerita dalam game dan menyelesaikan setiap misi sampai cerita selesai. sehingga menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik. Game ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode MDLC dengan software RPG Maker VX Ace untuk platform Android. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan meningkatnya pengetahuan tentang Pangeran Diponegoro. Disimpulkan bahwa game edukasi RPG berbasis mobile ini dapat menjadi media pembelajaran alternatif yang menarik untuk meningkatkan minat serta pengetahuan generasi muda mengenai Pangeran Diponegoro.
