Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether applying the problem-based learning model can improve student learning outcomes on the subject of adjusting journals of class XI accounting and financial service companies at SMK Negeri 4 Lahat. The subjects of this study were students of class XI at SMK Negeri 4 Lahat in the 2020/2021 academic year in the subject of practicum accounting for service companies, trade and manufacturing. With a sample of 26 people. In its implementation, each cycle is divided into 4 stages, namely planning the action, implementing the action, observing and interpreting it as well as analyzing and reflecting. The evaluation assessment during the first cycle of students who obtained a score above the KKM was 15 people (65.22%) with a class average of 73.04%. While the evaluation score in cycle II of students who obtained a score above the KKM was 21 people (91.30%) with a class average of 83.91%. In the second cycle the learning outcomes of students increased with a percentage of 91.30% completeness. This is based on the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) that have been fulfilled, namely 75. Based on the learning outcomes of cycle II students are easier to understand the learning material, this is evidenced by the increased learning outcomes of students. In terms of attitude, the application of this learning model provides positive improvements in students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the variable influence of career development, work motivation and work competence on employee work productivity at Dazzle company in Yogyakarta. This research method uses descriptive survey methods and explanatory surveys. The sample in this study were 50 respondents who were drawn from employees at the company Dazzle Yogyakarta. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The result of the research is that there is a positive and significant influence on career development variables, work motivation and work competence on work productivity in the company Dazzle Yogyakarta

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial and macroeconomic ratios on the company's financial distress. In this study, the financial ratios used are the liquidity ratio with the proxy current ratio (CR), the leverage ratio with the proxy debt to assets ratio (DAR), and the profitability ratio with the proxy for return on assets (ROA). Meanwhile, the macro economy is measured by inflation and interest rates. The sample in this study is the food & beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 17 companies with 5 years of observation so that there were 85 total observations. The analytical method used is logistic regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. The results show that the leverage ratio (DAR) has a positive and significant effect on financial distress, the profitability ratio (ROA) has a negative and significant effect on financial distress, while the liquidity ratio (CR) and macroeconomics as measured by inflation and interest rates have a positive but insignificant effect. against financial distress.

Abstract

The purpose of this. study was to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of the reference group, lifestyle and event marketing on the decision to purchase virtual goods on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The populationt is all consumers who purchase virtual goods at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta with an unknown amount. The sampling technique in this study was purposive proportional sampling. The sample is 100 studentstfrom the Islamic Batik University Surakarta. Data obtained from questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. F test prove that the reference group, lifestyle and marketing events simultaneously influence the decision to purchase virtual goods on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta, where Fcount is 37,527 > Ftable is 2,70 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. t test show that the reference group, lifestyle and event marketing have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase virtual goods on players of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta. Abstract

This study aims to prove simultaneously and partially customer loyalty in terms of store atmosphere, convenience and trust in J&T Express Surakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all J&T Express Surakarta service users. The number of samples used according to Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that store atmosphere, convenience and trust have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of J&T Express Surakarta. Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Convenience, Trust.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions, capital structure, and financial performance on company value carried out in the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2015 - 2019 period. This study took samples from companies in the food and beverage sub-sector with a total population of 26 companies. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. Based on these techniques obtained a sample of 12 companies. Based on the results of the partial test research, investment decisions have no significant effect on firm value, capital structure has a significant effect on firm value, and financial performance has a significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, based on the simultaneous test, the investment decision variables, capital structure and financial performance have a significant effect on firm value. Abstract

Pajak merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan di Indonesia yang berasal dari masyarakat. Namun, kepatuhan wajib pajak sepenuhnya belum maksimal karena masih adanya ketidakpatuhan dalam membayar pajak. Faktor lain yang dapat menyebabkan adanya penurunan penerimaan pajak yaitu dengan adanya tindakan penghindaran pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh karakter eksekutif dan struktur kepemilikan perusahaan terhadap penghindaran pajak dengan komisaris independen sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 44 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter eksekutif dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif terhadap penghindaran pajak. Kepemilikan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak. Komisaris independen tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh karakter eksekutif, kepemilikan keluarga dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap penghindaran pajak.

Abstract

Currently, the absorption power of students is still good because most students are under 17 years. Moreover, their memory is still very good because the students still imitate the styles and behavior patterns of older people. This happens because they are still unstable depending on the person who brought them. The existence of pesantren in an era that has begun to advance and is starting to put aside traditional practices is a new challenge for a boarding school. With the entry of the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, digitization of various elements is feared by students for imitatating negative influences. Therefore, researchers are interested in further researching to find out the strategy of Islamic boarding schools in shaping the character of students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0., how is the strategy of the pesantren in shaping the character of students in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Word of Mouth, Service Quality, Security, and Trust on Consumer Decisions using GrabBike Online Transportation Services in Surakarta City. From distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, results show that Word of Mouth, Service Quality, and Trust have a significant effect on consumer decisions while security has no significant effect on consumer decisions. Abstract

This study aims to test whether there is an effect of the implementation of Government Regulation no. 23 of 2018 of taxpayer compliance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. This research method using quantitative descriptive method and primary data using a questionnaire. This study took a sample of 37 respondents taxpayer compliance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises at the Ruteng Pratama Tax Office, Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of google. The results showed that the implementation of PP 23 2018 has a positive effect on tax compliance of micro, small and medium enterprises.
