Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the effect of profitability and liquidity on financial distress with capital structure as a moderating variable in retail trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016- 2020 period. The sample used in this study amounted to 11 retail trading companies listed on the IDX. This study uses quantitative informasi and the type of informasi used in this study is secondary informasi in the form of company financial statements obtained from the official web of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of statistical tests using the SPSS 25 program, it can be concluded that: 1) Profitability proxied to ROA has a positive and significant effect on financial distress in retail trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016- 2020 period. 2) Liquidity as proxied by the Current Ratio has a negative and significant effect on financial distress in retail trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016- 2020 period. 3) ROA and Current Ratio simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on financial distress. 4) Capital structure moderates the effect of ROA on financial distress by weakening indications of bankruptcy. 5) Capital structure moderates the effect of the Current Ratio on Financial distress by weakening the indication of bankruptcy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Komparatif Return On Asset (ROA) dan Economic Value Added (EVA) dalam mengukur kinerja keuangan pada PT.Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk dengan PT.Elnusa Tbk. Adapun Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbedaan ROA dan EVA dalam mengukur kinerja keuangan pada PT.Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk dengan PT.Elnusa Tbk. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan teknik dokumentasi dan studi pustaka dengan data-data yang diperoleh dan dikumpulkan dari berbagi dokumen-dokumen yang diperoleh dari perusahaan seperti laporan keuangan yang diperoleh melalui laporan yang dipublikasikan pada situs resmi bursa efek Indonesia.Alat Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui perhitungan Return On Asset (ROA) dan Economic Value Added (EVA). dimana hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan (ROA) PT. Apexindo Pratama DutaTbk menunjukkan kemampuan dari modal yang diinvetasikan secara keseluruhan belum mampu untuk menghasilkan laba sedangkan pada PT.Elnusa Tbk menunjukkan kemampuan dari modal yang diinvetasikan secara keseluruhan sudah mampu untuk menghasilkan laba.Sedangkan perhitungan (EVA) dimana hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Apexindo Pratama DutaTbk menunjukkan dimana hal ini menunjukan hasil tersebut di pengaruhi oleh weight average cost of capital (WACC) dari perusahaan serta biaya modal (Capital Charges) juga berpengaruh secara otomatis atas seberapa besar kenaikan Economic Value Added (EVA),karena biaya modal merupakan komponen utama pengurang Net Operating Profit After Tax (NOPAT).maka PT.Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk Mengalami penurunan yang draktis dari hasil Economic Value Added pada tahun 2013-2019.PT.Elnusa Tbk menunjukkan hasil tersebut mengalami peningkatan dari hasil Economic Value Added. Abstract

Learning Management System (LMS) telah menjadi komponen penting dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi. SPADA adalah salah satu LMS yang sedang digunakan di berbagai institusi pendidikan. Namun, persepsi dosen terhadap penggunaan SPADA sebagai LMS masih kurang dipahami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi dosen terhadap penggunaan SPADA, sebuah sistem pengelolaan pembelajaran (LMS) dan sebagai sistem informasi manajemen mutu perkuliahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara terhadap dosen dari berbagai disiplin ilmu di UWGM. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti kemudahan penggunaan, fungsionalitas, dukungan dan pelatihan, dan efektivitas dalam manajemen mutu perkuliahan berperan penting dalam membentuk persepsi ini.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the Current Ratio and Debt To Asset Ratio on Return On Assets (Empirical Study on Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The determination of the sample in this study used purposive sampling, associative and associative methods). The analysis used is quantitative data analysis. Results Based on the partial test, it shows that the Current Ratio has an effect on Return On Assets, and the Debt To Asset Ratio has no effect on Return On Assets in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Simultaneously Current Ratio, and Debt To Asset Ratio have an effect on Return On Assets in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The percentage contribution of the influence of Current Ratio and Debt To Asset Ratio on Return On Assets is 45.5%, while the remaining 54.5% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the variables of Lifestyle (X1), Perceived Behavioral Control (X2), and Motivation (X3) that affect Consumer Buying Interest (Y) towards the use of e-commerce in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. This study used multiple linear regression which was analyzed using IBM SPSS 25 software, while the results of the regression equation obtained were Y = 3.310 + 0.248 X1 + 0.105 X2 + 0.551 X3 + e. The data used is primary data using the entire population with the number of respondents as many as sixty-six students of STIE Wijaya Mulya Surakarta class of 2020/2021 Accounting and Management study program. The findings indicate that the Lifestyle variable (X1) tcount (2.526) > ttable (1.55), the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a partially significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest (Y). Perceived Behavioral Control (X2) tcount (1.133) < ttable (1.55), the hypothesis is rejected, which means that there is no partially significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest (Y). Motivation (X3) tcount (4.899) > ttable (1.55), the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a partially significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest (Y) on the use of e-commerce in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The results of the F test obtained Fcount (20.946) > Ftable (9.3), the hypothesis is rejected, which means that there is a simultaneous significant effect of Lifestyle (X1), Perceived Behavioral Control (X2), and Motivation (X3) variables on Consumer Buying Interest (Y). Of the three independent variables the most dominant is Motivation (X3) where the value of tcount is (4,899) > ttable (1,55), meaning that the hypothesis is proven true. From the Coefficient of Determination test (R2), the results are 0.503 (50.3 %), proving that the variable of Consumer Buying Interest (Y) is influenced by Lifestyle (X1), Perceived Behavioral Control (X2), and Motivation (X3) variables. influenced by other factors. Abstract

Learning Physical Education, Sports and Health which is often not in accordance with the characteristics of students makes children's creativity to be neglected and learning outcomes are less than optimal. So it is necessary to modify the actual learning media. The problem and this research is "Can learning using modifications of mini volleyball improve volleyball learning outcomes in class VI SDN 3 Selat Hulu District, Selat District, Kapuas Regency?" The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of volleyball learning outcomes through modification of mini volleyball. This research was conducted at SD 3 Selat Hulu Kapuas Regency, the sample in this study was class VI students, totaling 20 students. This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles where each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation (observation), and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study used observation sheets and questionnaires used to determine student understanding. on volleyball. The data from the observations of cycles I and II, namely: performance (psychomotor) obtained results of 40% and 85% with good criteria. The data from the observation of attitudes and behavior (affective) were 20% and 90% with good criteria. The data on the results of the assessment of student understanding (cognitive) were 45% and 95% with very good criteria. Based on the comparison of the results achieved between cycle I and cycle II, the overall value obtained for each aspect has increased. Based on the results of the research above, it is concluded that learning by using modified mini volleyball can improve student volleyball learning outcomes. Therefore, it is expected that students with modifications to the mini volleyball game will be more enthusiastic about participating in PJOK learning, for PJOK teachers at SDN 3 Selat Hulu can use modifications of mini volleyball in volleyball lessons, use modifications of mini volleyball games as an alternative to learning PJOK , schools are also expected to improve existing facilities and infrastructure as a support in PJOK learning.

Abstract

To increase the educational quality, it was needed the teacher’s competence, the work teacher’s work commitment, and the training and education. The purpose of this research was to explain the influence of the training and education toward teachers’ competence and teahers’ work commitment and the effect on educational quality in Demak Subdistrict, Demak Regency. The research was conducted by using the quantitative method, inferential type. The research was conducted on 65 teachers of State Senior High School in Demak Subdistrict, Demak Regency. The technique of data collection was using questionnaire and analyzed by using SPSS for windows version 17.0. The result of this research showed that (a) the training and education program influenced teachers’ competence, (b) the training and education influenced teachers’ work commitment, (c) the training and education influenced educational quality, (d) teachers’ competence influenced educational quality, (e) teachers’ work commitment influenced educational quality, (f) teachers’ competence did not mediate the effect of the training and education on educational quality, (g) teachers’ work commitment did not mediate the effect of the training and education on educational quality. Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pelatihan, pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kepegawaian Daerah (BPPKD). Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasinya seluruh karyawan berjumlah 48 orang, menggunakan pendekatan sensus. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan angket. Alat analisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji t dan uji F. Temuan penelitian: 1) Pelatihan secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. 2) Pengembangan karir juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja, pengembangan karir, pelatihan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of community participation, internal control systems and the use of information technology on village fund management accountability with professionalism as a moderating variable (a case study in villages in Ngawi district). The population in this study were village officials in 5 sub-districts receiving the largest allocation of village funds in Ngawi Regency amounted to 568 people and the sample was 104. The method in determining the sample used in this study was purposive sampling, while the data processing method used was multiple regression analysis. and MRA test. This study uses a survey method using primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The results of this study indicate that the community participation variable affects the accountability of village fund management, the internal control system and the use of technology do not affect the accountability of village fund management. The moderating variable of professionalism is significant in moderating the effect of the use of information technology on village fund management accountability, but professionalism is not able to moderate the effect of community participation and internal control systems on village fund management accountability. Abstract

This research is a qualitative research using a type of phenomenology. This study aims to describe the use of the Ministry of Education and Culture's Learning House Portal in the learning process at Vocational High Schools. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling using the research subjects as teachers who had used the Ministry of Education and Culture's Learning House Portal in the learning process in class. The data collection technique used was through observation, containing the impact of learning observations and teacher interviews regarding the use of the learning house portal, learning activities and steps taken by teachers in utilizing the Ministry of Education and Culture learning home portal as an online learning model in Vocational High Schools. The research was conducted in the State Vocational High School 3 Sukoharjo. the impact of the research shows that the learning steps carried out by the teacher in utilizing the Ministry of Education and Culture's Learning House portal are started based on the preparation and implementation of learning which contains the opening activities, the core and the epilogue of learning. Some of the features that teachers have used in learning are learning resources, electronic school books (BSE), and question banks. The methods used by teachers in utilizing the learning home portal as an example of online learning during the learning process can be grouped into (1) Presentations/Demonstrations, (2) Small group discussions & (3) Individual Learning.
