Abstract

Risk is an effect that cannot be eliminated from business activities but can be minimized by implementing risk management. Risk management is a step to manage the possibility of obstacles that will occur in a company or business. This research is a library research method. Literature research is a data collection technique by examining books, journals, literature, and notes on various reports relating to the problem to be solved. From the results of the research above, it can be seen that the implementation of financing risk management really needs to be implemented on an ongoing basis in line with the increasing risk of financing arrears. Financial institutions (including LKMS) need to be active in reviewing customers or members who are likely to experience loan arrears so that financial institutions can anticipate from the start. Islamic financial institutions must identify the financing risks inherent in all their products and activities.

Abstract

Sustainable development (SDGs) resulted in 17 development goals with industrial development being one of the goals. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a real impact on various sectors, including the industrial sector and companies, especially unlisted companies. The company's assets and revenues are greatly affected by this pandemic, so it is necessary to identify this impact, especially on the company's finances. Identification through several financial indicators including Current Ratio (CR), Asset Turnover (PA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DTE), Debt to Asset Ratio (DTA), Return of Assets (ROA), Return of Equity (ROE) and Net Profit margins. To see the company's performance in terms of financial health, the Go Public company will be taken as a comparison or benchmark. This performance comparison can be seen using Levene's Test and Independent T-Test. The results showed that in general, there was a decrease in income and assets for unlisted companies, except for companies in the manufacturing sector that were still able to survive and information and communication companies that grew rapidly. On the other hand, large and medium-sized companies have almost the same performance as Go Public companies during this pandemic. However, small-scale companies are able to generate higher returns relative to assets than Go Public companies.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam tulisan ini untuk mengetahui semakin memburuknya kinerja pertanian pada negara berkembang dan untuk mengetahui cara membangun daerah pedesaan, kebijakan-kebijakan pendukungnya, serta keterpaduan antara tujuan pendukung juga untuk mengetahui solusi yang harus dilakukan oleh negara berkembang untuk menciptakan daerah pertanian dan pedesaan sebagai salah satu sektor yang bisa diandalkan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian pustaka (library research), yakni penelitian yang obyek kajiannya menggunakan data pustaka berupa buku-buku sebagai sumber datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai kontribusi yang bisa diberikan meliputi peningkatan lapangan pekerjaan sehingga secara otomatis akan menurunkan tingkat angka pengangguran, untuk menekan tingginya tingkat urbanisasi di negara itu, dan sebagai penyeimbang dalam pertumbuhan sektor industri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah reward dan pengembangan karier baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan di PT. Aerofood Indonesia Cabang Kualanamu International Medan dan seberapa besar persentasenya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan beberapa uji yakni reliability analysis, uji penyimpangan asumsi klasik dan regression linier. Berdasarkan hasil regresi data primer yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 18, diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda sebagai berikut: Y = 5,040 + 0,332 X1 + 0,526 X2 + e. Secara parsial, variabel reward (X1) memiliki pengaruh yaang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan, terbukti dari nilai t hitung > t tabel (5,743 > 1,994). Variabel pengembangan karier (X-2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan, terbukti dari nilai t hitung > t tabel (3,260 > 1,994). Secara simultan, variabel reward (X1) dan pengembangan karier (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Artinya hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima, terbukti dari nilai F hitung > F tabel (24,702 > 3,13). Variabel reward (X1) dan pengembangan karier (X2) mampu memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 41,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 58,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari kesimpulan di atas, penulis memberikan saran melihat kurang tingginya persentase pengaruh variabel reward dan pengembangan karier terhadap semangat kerja karyawan maka pihak perusahaan harus lebih menggencarkan program untuk menunjang profesionalitas karyawan agar pengembangan karier karyawan ikut meningkat dan karyawan yang memiliki profesionalitas yang baik layak diberikan reward. Diharapkan ada penelitian yang mendalam di masa yang akan datang yang dilakukan peneliti-peneliti lainnya mengenai variabel reward dan pengembangan karier terhadap semangat kerja. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana motivasi kerja dapat digunakan sebagai faktor moderating antara sifat kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan. Dengan bantuan kuesioner dan sampel 30 pekerja, data dikumpulkan. Analisis jalur dan analisis deskriptif adalah metode analisis data yang digunakan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel berpengaruh positif dapat dilihat dari: 1) Kepemimpinan transformasional mempunyai dampak terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. 2 ) Motivasi kerja berdampak pada kinerja karyawan. 3) Kepemimpinan transformatif memiliki dampak terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. 4) Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung lebih kuat daripada pengaruh langsung, maka motivasi kerja digunakan sebagai variabel perantara antara karakteristik yang berkaitan dengan kinerja karyawan dan variabel yang berkaitan dengan motivasi kerja Kata kunci : kepemimpinan transformasional, kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja

Abstract

Consumption behavior is a thing that is commonly done by humans where this activity is carried out with the aim of meeting the needs of life. In this study, the analysis was conducted by looking at how the relationship or correlation between people's consumption behavior patterns, especially the people in the Tanggamus area, Lampung Regency, on the two connecting factors, namely the Lifestyle Factor and the Religious Knowledge Factor. These two factors each consist of several indicators, where the Religious Knowledge Factor consists of five main indicators, namely Justice, Cleanliness, Simplicity, Generosity, and Morality. The type of data used in this study is primary data with a survey method sourced from the distribution of analytical questionnaire leaflets to a number of respondents in the community in the Tanggamus area, Lampung Regency. While the analytical method used is a confirmatory factor analysis method to determine the relationship or correlation and confirm existing indicators, related to the previously mentioned connecting factors to the consumption behavior of people in the Ngronggo Village area. The analysis results obtained indicate that of the eight components of the indicator variables analyzed, namely Justice, Cleanliness, Simplicity, Generosity, and Morality; there are these factors confirmed as Religious Knowledge Factors, each of which has a close relationship to the consumption behavior of the people of the Tanggamus area of Lampung Regency. Thus religion cannot be separated from individual life because it has a very important role in it.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung umumnya masih rendah hal ini dapat dilihat dari terdapat beberapa pegawai yang berdisiplin kerja rendah, datang dan pulang tidak sesuai dengan aturan kantor yang berlaku, terdapat pegawai dalam penyelesaian tugas tidak sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan, kurangnya inovasi pegawai dalam bekerja dan loyalitas terhadap pekerjaan masih rendah hal tersebut mengakibat masih ada sebagian program kegiatan instansi yang tidak tercapai sesuai target yang ditetapkan. Rendahnya kinerja pegawai diindikasikan karena budaya organisasi yang ada di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung seperti budaya kejujuran, budaya ketekunan terhadap pekerjaan, serta budaya kedisiplinan belum membudaya dan seolah hanya dijadikan selogan, budaya atasan memberikan kesempatan kepada pegawai mengambil inisiatif dalam pelaksanaan tugas-tugas sehari-hari belum membudaya, bawahan jarang dilibatkan dalam mengambil keputusan, budaya disiplin, mentaati aturan kantor yang berlaku kurang membudaya. Selain itu Motivasi kerja pegawai umumnya masih rendah, hal ini terindikasikan seperti penyelesaian pekerjaan yang sering terlambat, selalu menunggu perintah untuk menyelesaikan setiap pekerjaan rutin, kurang berinisiatif dan kreatif dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey, dengan populasi adalah 41 orang. Data berkaitan dengan variabel penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh responden dan diisi sendiri oleh responden berdasarkan persepsi responden. Teknik Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukan menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. secara dominan responden menilai bahwa budaya organisasi pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencaatatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung sudah berjalan cukup baik, motivasi kerja pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung sudah berjalan cukup baik dan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung sudah berjalan cukup baik. Abstract

Analysis is a work process of an effort to observe something in detail by describing its constituent components or compiling these components for further study. While the implementation can simply be interpreted as the implementation or application or expansion of activities that mutually adjust an activity that is planned and carried out seriously based on certain norms to achieve the objectives of the activity. Murabahah Bil Wakalah contract is a sale and purchase where the Islamic financial institution represents the purchase of the product to the customer, then after the product is obtained by the customer, it is given to the Islamic financial institution. The fatwa of the National Sharia Council regarding the granting of wakalah contracts in murabahah transactions is regulated in the fatwa of DSN-MUI/No.04/DSN/MUI/IV/2000, namely "if the bank wants to represent the customer to buy goods from a third party, the murabahah sale and purchase contract must carried out after the goods in principle become the property of the bank. Explicitly from this fatwa, it can be understood that the Wakalah contract must be carried out before the Murabahah contract, if in principle the goods must already belong to the bank, then the Wakalah must be carried out before the Murabahah contract is implemented. However, in practice, the Murabahah contract is signed (approved) by the customer at the same time as the Wakalah contract. Responding to this requires the efforts of various parties, Islamic economic scholars are expected to be present to review the contracts used. This study aims to see how successful Islamic banks are in implementing Murabah Bil Wakalah contracts on BSI implant financing products in Islamic banks and whether their implementation is in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa No.04/DSN/IV/2000 and DSN-MUI Fatwa No.10 . The research method used is a qualitative method and the instruments used by researchers in collecting data are in the form of observations (observations), interviews (intervews). Based on the results of the study, it turns out that the bank is not a pure seller who provides goods for customers' needs, but the bank represents the purchase of these goods to customers and customers buy goods from suppliers. The implementation starts from the murabahah contract first, then the bank makes the disbursement by transferring it to the customer's BSI account. On the same day, the bank (marketing) and the customer enter into a wakalah contract in which the sharia bank gives full power to the customer to buy the goods desired by the customer.

Abstract

Healthcare is already a profitable industry and attracts investors to invest. The growth of this hospital creates increasingly fierce competition and customers have increasingly selective choices, and this is a challenge that will affect the sustainability of the organization. Challenges like this confront health service providers, especially hospitals, both government and private, with two choices, namely entering the competition arena by making changes and improvements or leaving the competition arena without being burdened with changes and improvements. Therefore, an appropriate alternative competitive strategy is needed so that the hospital is able to compete with other competitors. Such business environment conditions require hospitals to improve service quality and quality in order to remain successful, both at the operational, managerial and strategic levels. The design of this research is explanatory research or explanatory research which aims to determine the effect of service quality on the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Survey research in question is explanatory in nature and causal relations and hypothesis testing. This survey research method focuses on disclosing causal relationships between variables, which is a research aimed at investigating causal relationships based on observations of the effects that occur, with the aim of separating the direct and indirect effects of a causal variable on the effect variable. Research Results Responsiveness and physical evidence do not have a direct effect on satisfaction. This shows that the first hypothesis which states that responsiveness has no effect on satisfaction is rejected. Theoretically, these findings contain an important role for the creation of customer satisfaction. The higher (better) employee responsiveness, the higher customer satisfaction. Reliability, Assurance, Empathy have a direct effect on customer satisfaction. This shows the fourth hypothesis which states that empathy has an effect on customer satisfaction is accepted. Theoretically, these findings contain an important role for the creation of customer satisfaction. The higher (good) employee empathy, the higher customer satisfaction. Responsiveness, Empathy, and Physical Evidence have a direct effect on customer loyalty. This shows that the sixth hypothesis which states responsiveness has an effect on customer loyalty is accepted. Theoretically, these findings contain an important role for creating customer loyalty. The higher (better) employee responsiveness, the higher customer loyalty. Assurance and Reliability have no direct effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty indicating that the eleventh hypothesis which states that customer satisfaction has an effect on customer loyalty is accepted. Theoretically, these findings contain an important role for creating customer loyalty. The higher the customer satisfaction, the higher the customer loyalty.
