Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengorganisasian dan Koordinasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai baik secara simultan (bersama-sama) maupun secara parsial. Hipotesa penelitian ini adalah : 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Pengorganisasian dan Koordinasi secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Pegawai ; 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengorganisasian dan Kinerja Pegawai ; 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara koordinasi terhadap Kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur dengan metode penelitian survey sampel. Responden penelitian adalah pegawai Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur yang berjumlah 39 orang. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuisioner mengenai Pengorganisasian dan Koordinasi sebagai variabel bebas (Independent Variabel), dan kuisioner mengenai Kinerja Pegawai sebagai variabel terikat (Dependent Variabel). Instrument kuisioner Pengorganisasian dan Koordinasi kerja divalidasi dengan rumus Korelasi Pearson Product Moment, sedangkan Realibilitas Instrument diukur dengan Alpha Cronbach. Analisa data menggunakan Analisa Regresi Sederhana, Regresi Berganda, dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Uji-F untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kedua variabel bebas Pengorganisasian dan Koordinasi secara simultan terhadap Kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan Uji-t digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedua variabel bebas Pengorganisasian dan Koordinasi secara parsial dengan Kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel terikat. Taraf signifikansi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah a = 5%. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa ; (1) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel bebas Pengorganisasian dan Koordinasi terhadap variabel terikat Kinerja pegawai dimana korelasi (R) sebesar 0.875, (2) secara parsial terhadap pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengorganisasian terhadap Kinerja pegawai, dimana koefisien korelasi sederhana (r) sebesar 0.819, (3) Secara Parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara koordinasi terhadap Kinerja pegawai dimana koefisien korelasi sederhana (r) sebesar 0.817.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the legal review and views of unregistered marriages by the government are still widely practiced by the community, where if something happens that causes the marriage to be terminated, it will have an impact on several things and one of them is in the form of economic impact (material /legacy). This research is a qualitative research using literature study method which is supported by various relevant references, especially journals related to the research theme. The results showed that marriages that were not registered by the government had a large legal impact, especially on the proceeds of marriage, on the status of the child resulting from marriage. This marriage is valid in the eyes of religion but has no legal force that can harm both women and children, because they cannot make legal claims against the husband when the husband does not provide a living and the husband divorces his wife, and is not even entitled to inheritance if the husband dies. Of course, the economic impact for the wife, especially for their children, is very large. The husband or the father of the child can leave all obligations for all living expenses both to the ex-wife and the child he has left behind. Thus, the ones who will become the biggest economic victims are their offspring from a legal perspective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between variables of product quality, risk perception, and trust on shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions on students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 2,797 students and the sample used was 100, where the sampling technique used accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. The results of the study can be concluded that: The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of product quality, risk perception, and trust have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions of e-commerce shopee on students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta, 2) There is an effect of product quality on purchasing decisions e-commerce shopee for students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta, 3) There is an effect of risk perception on shopee ecommerce purchasing decisions for students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta, 4) There is an effect of trust on shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions for students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of company size, profitability and leverage on disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The data used is secondary data, while the data source is obtained through the site http://www.idx.co.id. Of the 49 listed mining companies, only 12 met the criteria for the research sample that had been determined. The data were analyzed by using the Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Testing using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS. The results show that simultaneously the variable company size, profitability and leverage have a significant effect on CSR disclosure in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Partially, the firm size and leverage have a positive and significant effect on CSR disclosure, while the partial profitability variable does not have a positive and significant effect on CSR disclosure in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotion, brand image, and quality. This research is expected to provide an overview for all consumers in making purchasing decisions on Wardah products. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Respondents who were sampled in this study were 55 employees. The results of the hypothesis analysis show that the promotion variable (H1), brand image (H2), and quality (H3) have an effect purchasing decisions. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the simultaneous or partial influence of financial inclusion, savings products and services at PT. BPR For Boyolali Power. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study are people who are customers of PT. BPR Guna Daya (856). The sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data obtained by conducting a questionnaire with accidental sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. F test results prove that financial inclusion, savings products and services simultaneously affect the behavior of people saving at PT. Abstract

The method uses analysis in the form of test equivalence, reliability test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing with the f test and the T test with the help of the program (SPSS) 16.0. Based on the results of the analysis, the regression equation Y = 0.150 + 0.365X1 + 0.370X2 + 0.390X3 + 0.433X4 + e constant is 0.150. meaning that if the free value is 0, then the Y value is 0.150 with the coefficient of cultural variables (X1) of 0.365, social (X2) of 0.370, personal (X3) of 0.390 and psychological (X4) of 0.433 which means that it is positive. From the results of the t hypothesis test, it was obtained that the tcount of cultural variables was 2.562, social variables were 1.911, personal variables were 1.715, and psychological variables were 1.542. Only cultural variables have an effect with a value of 2.562 so that the tcount> is compared with the ttable value of 2.05954. Based on the simultaneous F test, the value of Fcount is 5,628> F table 2,7822 and the significance is 0,000

Abstract

The research purposes were testing and analysis the effect of perceived quality and price to the purchasing decision of Apotek Karanggede customers with brand awareness as intervening variable.The research type is explanatory research. The research population are Cutomers of Apotek Karanggede. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results were shown that 1) Perceived quality significantly effect the brand awareness of Apotek Karanggede customers; 2) price significantly effect the brand awareness of Apotek Karanggede customers; 3) Perceived quality significantly effect the purchasing decision of Apotek Karanggede customers; 4) Price significantly effect the purchasing decision of Apotek Karanggede customers; 5) Brand awareness significantly effect the purchasing decision of Apotek Karanggede customers; 6) Brand awareness are able as intervening variabel in the effect of perceived quality to the purchasing decision of Apotek Karanggede customers; and 7) Brand awareness are able as intervening variabel in the effect of price to the purchasing decision of Apotek Karanggede customers Keywords: perceived quality, price, brand awareness, purchasing decision

Abstract

This study aims to evalue the successful handling of covid-19 in surakarta city government. There were 136 respondents involved in this study obtained from questionnaires with a likert scale of 1-5. The study used gedeeltelike minste vierkante (PLS) to test structural hypotheses. This research has been through tests of validity and reliability then declared geldige and reliable. Of the 8 hypotheses compiled in this study there were 6 hypotheses accepted and 2 rejected. The measurement results show that the quality of service affects accountability; quality of service affects the performance of environmental management; internal business processes affect the performance of environmental management; policies and implementations affect accountability; policies and implementations affect the performance of environmental management; and the performance of environmental management has an effect on the performance of the surakarta city government in tackling the covid-19 pandemic crisis. While internal business processes have no effect on accountability; accountability has no effect on government performance. This is because accountability is a mandatory or mandatory activity so that good poor government performance can not be affected by accountability. Novelty produced in this study is the process of evaluating the success of government performance in times of crisis by involving elements of internal business processes and environmental management. The recommendation given by researchers is the need to improve the performance of environmental management in the implementation up to the process and process of monitoring and evaluation. In addition, accountability needs to be optimized, consistently to the realm of outcome and impact.

Abstract

The consumer's decision to buy a product starts from the awareness of fulfilling their needs, so in this study it is carried out because of the influence of the influence of brand image, lifestyle and social media on purchasing decisions at Vespa Metic in Surakarta, Vespa Metic users in Surakarta are the population in this study. Quantitative descriptive research, the sample obtained a number of 100 Vespa users, data obtained through questionnaires that have been distributed. Obtained from the analysis of the discussion, brand image, lifestyle and social media have a simultaneous and significant positive impact on purchasing decisions for Vespa Metic in Surakarta.
