Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of the independent variables, namely competence, reward and career development, on the dependent variable, namely the performance of Lecturer STIE Trisna Negara simultaneously and partially. The methodology of this research uses quantitative descriptive. The research was conducted at STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang with a population of 55 and a total sample of 45 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated samples. Measurement in the questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this research is instrument test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS version 24 program. The results of this study indicate that the competency variable, Rewards and career development have a positive effect simultaneously on the lecturer performance of STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang. Competence partially has a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, rewards and career development partially do not affect the performance of STIE Trisna Negara lecturers. Abstract

Researchers conducted observations at SMP Batik Surakarta with the object of teacher research as a sample in order to determine the relationship between work motivation, job satisfaction and compensation with teacher performance. The research method is in the form of survey research using quantitative research with a sample size of about 48 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a saturated sampling technique. Processing of data using the SPSS program using multiple regression equation analysis tools. The results of the analysis can be obtained that the variables of motivation, job satisfaction and compensation have a simultaneous effect on the performance of teachers of SMP Batik Surakarta. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMP Batik Surakarta. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on the teacher performance of SMP Batik Surakarta. Compensation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMP Batik Surakarta. The results of the observation show that simultaneously the independent variables which include work motivation, job satisfaction and compensation have a relationship with teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether work motivation, work environment, and work stress affect the performance of employees of UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi. The population in this study used all employees at UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi, totaling 80 employees. The sampling method is a non-probability sample with a purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula, data collection is done through a questionnaire and get the results of 64 respondents as a sample. The results in this study indicate that; (1) Work motivation has no partial effect on employee performance, (2) Work Environment has a partial effect on employee performance, (3) Work Stress has a partial effect on employee performance, (4) Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Stress have an effect simultaneously.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi, kedisiplinan,dan kepuasan karyawan di PDAMA Surakarta populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semaua karyawann di PDAM Surakarta tekniknya simple random sampling dengan 100 Responden , pengumpulan data mengunakan sekala likert untuk mengukut jawaban responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Motivasi,Kedisiplinan,dan Kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Motivasi,Kedisiplinan,Kepuasan, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to see how the influence of capital market knowledge and returns on student investment interest. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with sample size of 120 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicated that capital knowledge has a significant effect on student investment interest, When student understand about capital market knowledge deeply, it willl increase the student interest on invetsment. Return also also has a significant effect on student investment interest. The level of profit offered by the capital market is the basis for student interest in investing

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of diversification strategies on company financial performance with profitability as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The type of data used is secondary data, while the sample selection method uses purposive sampling, obtained 40 sample companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis using the SPSS application program. The results of this study indicate that the diversification strategy has a positive effect on the company's financial performance, and profitability mediates the effect of the diversification strategy on the company's financial performance. Abstract

The study of this research is to determine the effect of returning shares in manufacturing companies. This study uses the financial ratios contained in the company's financial statements. The financial ratios used in this study are the current ratio, return on equity, and earnings per share to stock returns in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2010-2019. This type of research used in this research is quantitative and the analytical method used is purposive sampling using SPSS 21 as many 10 manufacturing companies in the food, beverage, textile, rubber goods (tires), fisheries, and agriculture sectors. Data collection techniques are used by retrieving data through the website www.idx.co.id. The results showed that Current Ratio (CR) has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, and Earning Per Share (EPS) has a negative and significant effect on Stock Return.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Repurchase Interest of Kenbirti Coffee and Bites Customers in Sragen in terms of service quality, lifestyle and store atmosphere. In this study, the authors used a descriptive quantitative approach. The population of consumers of kenbirti coffee and bites in Sragen, the samples used in this study were 100 people. The results of this study have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously between Service Quality, Lifestyle and Store Atmosphere on Repurchase Interest at Kenbirti Coffee And Bites in Sragen.
