Profitabilitas merupakan rasio yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan suatu perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba selama periode tertentu. Perubahan profitabilitas pada umumnya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu: permodalan, kualitas aset, rentabilitas, dan likuiditas. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengatahui apakah permodalan, kualitas aset, rentabilitas, dan likuiditas dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas bagi perbankan konvensional yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah bank umum konvensional yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan teknik purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 40 bank umum konvensional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder dan bersifat kuantitafif, dengan sumber data berupa laporan tahunan bank umum konvensional periode 2017-2019 yang dapat diakses melalui website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dalam teknik pengumpulan datanya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permodalan dan rentabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan kualitas aset dan likuiditas tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Kualitas Produk minuman Kopi Dan Experiential Marketing terhadap Brand Image 45 Graha Coffee Shop yang berlokasi di Sidoarjo. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 115 responden dengan metode pengambilan sampling menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling, Penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode purposive sampling dengan beberapa kriteria yang ditentukan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden yaitu konsumen yang berkunjung dan menikmati minuman kopi di 45 Graha Coffee Shop. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas dan Uji Hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi Partial least squares (PLS). Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara signifikan yaitu: Variabel 1) Kualitas Produk (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Variabel Brand Image (Y). 2) Variabel Experiential Marketing (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Variabel Brand Image (Y) pada 45 Graha Coffee Shop yang berlokasi di Sidoarjo.

Globalization has a big impact on the business world. One of the spearheads that must be owned by a company is qualified and capable human resources in their fields. One effort to improve the quality of human resources is to improve work efficiency and effectiveness so that employee performance increases, where performance is a function of motivation and ability (Gomes, 2000). Through the fulfillment of abilities and motivations that are believed to improve employee performance, in this case Lavalette Hospital and Malang Islamic Hospital employees. This study uses explanatory research with a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of inferential analysis indicate that the variables of existence needs, relationship needs and needs to develop, technical abilities and behavioral abilities partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Variable technical ability and behavioral ability partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work performance. Thus, the company must be able to maintain and improve motivation and ability of employees, especially for the needs of relationships and behavioral abilities because it has a dominant influence on employee performance.

Commerce in Islam is a lawful economic activity with the limitations of the Shari'a such as the basic values of Islamic economics that must be obeyed. Pakem Kaliurang Traditional Market is a market where all traders who sell are Muslim. The location of the market is also close to the Indonesian Islamic university where traders have a fairly religious environment and should be able to implement the basic values of Islamic economics in trading activities, but the economic conditions in the country are often changing and the urge to get the most profit from these activities Entrepreneurship sometimes makes traders tempted to commit fraud. The purpose of this study is to analyze the practice of the basic values of Islamic economics, namely monotheism, justice, caliphate, nubuwah, and ma'ad on the performance of traders in the Pakem Kaliurang traditional market. The research location is Pakem Market, Sleman Yogyakarta. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The source of the data used is primary data collected by interviewing 10 traders in the traditional market of Kaliurang. Traders interviewed were selected randomly and represented different types of goods sold. The results showed that not all basic values of Islamic economics were applied in the performance of traders. Only the basic values of caliphate and ma'ad are optimally practiced in everyday life.

Property and real estate sector companies are showing increasing optimism. This is driven by the increasing public demand for private housing. A market that continues to grow is a good prospect for property and real estate sector companies. However, it is undeniable that the property and real estate sector companies are capital-intensive companies, so a large amount of capital is required. One alternative is the use of debt policy. If the use of debt is appropriate, of course, it can provide large returns in the form of company profits. This study seeks to explore the role of capital structure in profitability in property and real estate sector companies. The data used is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The results show that the capital structure policy as proxied by the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) has a positive effect on company profitability as proxied by Return on Equity (ROE) in relatively smaller and younger companies. While the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on ROE.

The ideas used in improving a company come from its human resources. Employees are a source of human energy that holds an important position in the implementation of the vision, mission, and objectives of an industry. Employee performance as one of the markers that need to be noticed by the company. When employees are dissatisfied and there is a loss in their performance, it will be able to limit the performance of the company. One of the triggers that can affect the employee's work environment is from the leader. There are various styles of leadership favored by employees, one of which is the democratic leadership style. This research was conducted to recognize the influence of democratic leadership style on the psychological empowerment of employees. The research method used is a library study procedure or literature review. The information used in this study, taken from various scientific journals, scientific articles, and books related to research variables. The results showed that democratic leadership style is able to influence the psychological empowerment of employees. The style of democratic leadership can influence the psychological empowerment of employees because employees are actively involved so that they feel the meaning, self-determination, impact, and competence in work.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and compensation on job satisfaction at the Employment of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan in Malang Raya. To achieve this goal, this study uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses the dependent variable, namely Leadership Style and Compensation. While the independent variable is satisfaction. The sample used in this study is 44 which is the entire population. The results showed that leadership style and compensation did not have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on job satisfaction at Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan di Malang Raya in Malang Raya

Perekonomian Indonesia mengacu pada perekonomian terbuka. Dalam melakukan perdagangan internasional negara harus melakukan perbandingan mata uangnya dengan mata uang negara lain. Mata uang Amerika Serikat yaitu dollar masih menjadi standar nilai tukar dunia dan digunakan dalam transaksi internasional. Pengaruh adanya fluktuasi pertukaran nilai rupiah dengan dollar adalah terjadinya depresiasi atau apresiasi yang akan mempengaruhi kegiatan perekonomian Indonesia. Tujuan dengan adanya penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh inflasi, jumlah uang beredar (M2), tingkat suku bunga SBI, dan cadangan devisa terhadap nilai tukar rupiah dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama Bulan Januari 2017 sampai Bulan Desember 2020, dengan menggunakan Error Correction Model (ECM). Hasilnya terdapat hubungan jangka pendek juga jangka panjang. Pada jangka pendek, cadangan devisa serta jumlah uang beredar (M2) signifikan mempengaruhi nilai tukar. Sedangkan, pada jangka panjang tingkat suku bunga SBI, jumlah uang beredar (M2), dan cadangan devisa signifikan mempengaruhi nilai tukar.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect insider ownership and leverage on firm value and use dividend policy to strengthen and weaken the effect independent variable. The method of determining the sample in this study is purposive sampling. The indicators for determining the sample are (1) all property, real estate dan construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 to 2019, (2) companies that consistently report consolidated financial statements (3) companies are distributed insider ownership (4) Companies that distributed cash dividends to shareholders. Hypothesis testing using multiplier regression analysis and moderated regression. The Result of this study prove that insider ownership has a positive effect on firm value, leverage has no significant effect on firm value, dividend policy can strengthen the relationship between insider ownership and firm value and dividend policy cannot moderated relevant leverage on firm value.

Research on the effect of work motivation and discipline on spirit at work of PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Gresik employee has been carried out. The distribution of questionnaires with saturated sampling method to all employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Gresik, totaling 63 employees used to obtain data on the partial and simultaneous effect of motivation and work discipline on spirit at work. The respondent data obtained were tested by reliability testing, validity testing and hypothesis testing using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results obtained indicate that the T-statistic value of the work motivation variable is 3.819 > Z = 1.96 and the T-statistic value of the employee discipline variable is 5.106 > Z = 1.96 which indicates that the motivation and work discipline of employee significant effect on spirit at work.
