Abstract

In an effort to develop the capital market industry in Indonesia, the BEI continues to educate and develop the industry in a better direction, the purpose of the BEI is not merely to focus on adding new investors, but also to invest in the capital market, which will indirectly increase the amount active investor in the Indonesian capital market. Yuk Savings Stock is a form of campaign to invite all people to become prospective investors to invest by buying shares regularly and periodically. Thus, Indonesian people began to move from saving society to investing society. This research was conducted in the field of investment analysis and portfolio studies, on the capital market. This research is an explanatory study that explains investment and portfolio analysis using the capital asset pricing model as a tool for investment decision making on individual shares with a stock research population incorporated in the IDX30 BEI index. The CAPM model can determine the minimum required return on the price of an asset from investments that are at risk under equilibrium conditions. In this study the sampling was done by non-random sampling technique in the purposive random sampling method collected through secondary data with cross section data collection techniques. This study refers to two variables namely, required return which is the expected rate of return of an investment, and Systematic risk as a measure of risk that cannot be eliminated through diversification, which is a risk that is still an issue for investors. The results showed that, the greater the value of required return, the greater the value of the stock βi and vice versa the smaller the value of the required return the smaller the value of the stock βi.

Abstract

Online shopping is an activity of buying and selling by utilizing the development of internet technology. The higher level of online shopping consumers has led to the phenomenon of e-commerce, like Zalora and Lazada. Consumers of online shopping in Special Region of Yogyakarta conducting online shopping activities are influenced by factors such as perception of easy to use, perception of perceived benefits, perception of risk, trust, consumer attitudes and online shopping interests. The design of research is descriptive and quantitative research using incidental sampling method. Data collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires using Google forms with the number of samples studied is 155 respondents. In order to test the hypothesis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used with analysis technique based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study show that 1) There is a positive and significant effect of perception of easy to use on consumer attitudes, 2) There is a positive and significant effect of perception of perceived benefits on consumer attitudes, 3) There is a negative and insignificant effect of risk perception on consumer attitudes, 4) There is a positive and significant influence of trust on consumer attitudes, 5) There is a positive and significant influence of consumer attitudes on online shopping interest.

Abstract

This research is motivated by many employees experience of Termination of Employment due to Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic, which causes many people to lose their jobs so that they cannot meet their daily needs, especially employees who have debts in the bank. In this case, a solution is needed so that employees who experience Termination of Employment get a job and can improve the community economy. Research that uses the normative legal research with the statute approach, and conceptual approach, results in the agent (simsar) or better known as agency is an effort that can be done to create jobs for employees who experience Termination of Employment in the middle of the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic. At the end of this study, the authors also give advice to employees who have experienced termination of employment and the community to be more creative and innovative in utilizing technology to get wrong income through agency (simsar).

Abstract

Supply chain management is a concept that discusses the flow of good, cash, and information on an ongoing basis to help the process of business development. One of the business sectors that support the regional economy is Small and Medium Enterprises (SME, or called as UKM in Indonesia). Today, SME is expected to have added value to compete, in terms of showing their existence in regional market. This situation is also faced by SME managed by a women farmer group named Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Larasati located in Palaan village, Ngajum district. KWT Larasati manages production of cup juice. This research aimed to analyze the supply chain management in juice production of KWT Larasati, as well as to overcome the problem in risk management and added value in supply chain of juice production by KWT Larasati in Palaan Village. The research data were collected by interview, observation, questionnaire, and literature study. The respondents of the questionnaire involved 30 members of KWT Larasati. This research result showed the identification of supply chain management and the solution for supply chain management that was integrated with the elements of selecting supplier, logistic planning, production process, and supply distribution.

Abstract

In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number: 16/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 that cooperatives have the goal of prospering members in particular and society in general, as well as participating in building a national economic order in order to createad eveloped, fair society, and prosperous based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Therefore, the writer needs to raise the object of research on the Islamic cooperative which was founded in 2005 which is managed by BAZ RW. 03 Kebonagung in order to improve the welfare of the surrounding community and as a source of inspiration for readers. This research method is qualitative, in which the writer tries to present a descriptive description of how this Islamic cooperative operates and begins by collecting primary data about history, licensing, structure, products, business capital, and constraints. To facilitate this research, the authors use research methods including: interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaire tests. The results of this study are expected to provide information for readers as an insight into the management of Islamic cooperatives and provide understanding to the community of the benefits of Islamic cooperatives and avoiding usury. From the above discussion, it can be concluded that with good intentions and accompanied by a noble social and human spirit, efforts must be accompanied by adequate knowledge but must be in accordance with the teachings of Islamic law. Like wise with the Amil Zakat Board (BAZ) in RW. 03 Desa Kebonagung Kec. Pakisaji Kab. Malang. It is unfortunate that running an advanced cooperative not only has sufficient capital, but tenacity and assistance for business actors must also be improved.

Abstract

The low understanding of the functions of Human Resources management, affects the weak performance of employees. As a result, it has an impact on the wheels of the organization in the Al-Ghufron Pamekasan Foundation. So to find out how much, the effect caused, research needs to be done. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. As a result, many employees do not understand the HR function. So, it needs to be equipped with education or training on an ongoing basis, in order to improve the quality of work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, competence, and promotion on the image of the Magister of Management Study program in Malang. The method used is quantitive research using a questionnaire research instrument that is distributed to master student in management. The Analysis used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results of this study indicate students’ perceptions of service quality, competence, and promotion effect the image of the master’s management study program and promotion becomes the dominant variable affecting the image of the master’s management study program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of excellent service variables consisting of ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action, responsibility, accuracy and comfort to patient satisfaction at Amelia and HVA Pare Hospital. To answer that goal, this research uses quantitative research using survey methods. Sampling using the Malhotra formula that is five times the number of variables by 40 respondents per hospital. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. From the analysis it can be seen that the excellent service quality variables consisting of ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action, responsibility, accuracy and comfort affect customer satisfaction at Amelia and HVA Pare Hospital. Of the eight dominant variables that influence is Comfort.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and partial burnout on the performance of non-managerial employees at the Grand Aston Hotel Yogyakarta, (2) The effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment and burnout together on the performance of non-managerial employees Grand Aston Yogyakarta Hotel, (3) Which variable has the most dominant influence on the performance of non-managerial employees at Grand Aston Yogyakarta Hotel. Sampling used in this study is saturated sampling (census), in which all members of the population are sampled. The number of non-managerial employees at Grand Aston Yogyakarta Hotel is 116 people. This study uses a survey method that is research conducted using a questionnaire as a research tool. Data collection by interview and questionnaire was compiled with a Likert Scale and then calculated using the SPSS method. The results of this study are (1) Transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and burnout have a partial effect on the performance of non-managerial employees at the Grand Aston Yogyakarta Hotel; (2) Transformational leadership, organizational commitment and burnout have an effect on together with the performance of non-managerial employees of the Grand Aston Yogyakarta Hotel; (3) Transformational leadership has the most dominant influence on the performance of non-managerial employees at the Grand Aston Yogyakarta Hotel.

Abstract

Dalam pemasaran kontemporer, niat untuk mengunjungi kembali telah menjadi kunci utama dalam penelitian sehingga wisatawan tidak pindah ke destinasi lain. Niat untuk mengunjungi kembali kawasan wisata dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Masalah dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh pengalaman wisata, kepuasan, kepercayaan pada niat untuk mengunjungi kembali. Alam Wisata Posong Temanggung menjadi lokasi penelitian. Wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke destinasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah 124 kuesioner, diolah menggunakan SEM AMOS. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kepuasan dan kepercayaan wisatawan secara langsung mempengaruhi niat untuk mengunjungi kembali. Implikasi dari temuan penelitian seperti manajer memberikan pengalaman positif kepada wisatawan sehingga wisatawan puas dan mempercayai destinasi sehingga wisatawan akan berkunjung lagi. Keterbatasan penelitian seperti sejumlah sampel belum mampu menggeneralisasi kesimpulan secara keseluruhan. Saran untuk penelitian lebih lanjut, peneliti merekomendasikan untuk menambah jumlah sampel dari berbagai usia sehingga mereka dapat memberikan model yang lengkap sebagai panduan bagi para manajer untuk mengembangkan destinasi.
