Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze organizational commitment to empowerment and contribution to improving the performance members Koperasi Setia Bhakti Wanita in Surabaya. This study uses the free variables i.e. organizational commitment and empowerment, as well as a bound variable performance.This study included in this type of research surveys that are used for the purpose of explanation or confirmatory, or also called research for testing hypotheses to explain the influences between variables or causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. A sample of these studies amounted to 150 respondents comprised the members of the Koperasi Setia Bhakti Wanita in Surabaya. Sampling techniques in the study was done by accidental sampling method. The data obtained through the distribution and collection of returned questionnaires and then analyzed using SPSS.A model of the relationships between the variables examined generating organizational commitment and empowerment that have important relationship against the performance members Koperasi Setia Bhakti Wanita in Surabaya. The results of this study also has important meanings especially for members Koperasi Setia Bhakti Wanita to the empowerment as a member of the cooperative organization and commitment Setia Bhakti Wanita to improve the members of Koperasi Setia Bhakti Wanita in Surabaya.

Abstract

The finance industry is increasingly promoting innovation as a means of growth. It is thought to have created advancements that make transactions easier for users through the mobile banking function. The customer's adoption is also aided by several internal elements at the customer's disposal. This is a quantitative study in Indonesia to determine the link between perceived helpful factors, perceived ease of use, attitude toward usage, and behavioural intention. The data analysis approach used in this study is SEM-PLS. For example, consumer attitude and behaviour, the attitude variable in mobile banking may streamline the transaction process, feels enjoyable, and is easy to use, whereas the online payment application feels simple and ensures its anonymity. Users will find it simple to use the program for online payments, transactions will be secure, and payments for online shops will be considerably more manageable.

Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of the financial management of BUMDes. The problem faced by partners is that bumdes financial management has not been properly managed, resulting in the optimal governance of BUMDes in the partner village. The un availability of accommodated resources in the village is one of the causes of the unsanying of local potential in partner villages and their surroundings. This method of community service implementation is carried out by providing training on the importance of accounting management as a form of business management accountability and providing assistance to partners in compiling financial statements in accordance with financial accounting standards (SAK). The result of this community service activity is that BUMDes managers are able to compile BUMDes financial statements in a simple way including cash statements, income statements, capital change reports and financial position statements. Although the results of financial reporting compiled by partners are still very simple, this reporting has been done with SAK and it is expected that in the future the management of the partner's financial system is well organized.

Abstract

Globalization has a big impact on the business world. One of the spearheads that must be owned by a company is qualified and capable human resources in their fields. One effort to improve the quality of human resources is to improve work efficiency and effectiveness so that employee performance increases, where performance is a function of motivation and ability (Gomes, 2000). Through the fulfillment of abilities and motivations that are believed to improve employee performance, in this case Lavalette Hospital and Malang Islamic Hospital employees. This study uses explanatory research with a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of inferential analysis indicate that the variables of existence needs, relationship needs and needs to develop, technical abilities and behavioral abilities partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Variable technical ability and behavioral ability partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work performance. Thus, the company must be able to maintain and improve motivation and ability of employees, especially for the needs of relationships and behavioral abilities because it has a dominant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to understand the relationship between the thematic choices of event management in an effort to create consumer experience as a form of event differentiation strategy. The variety of event themes at custom cultural events in Indonesia, represented by Indonesian Custom Show (ICS), Kustomfest and House of Customland activities, as research sites from August to November 2022, demonstrates the differentiation of event design in creating unique customer satisfaction. The thematic differences of the event are the main concern in this study as the implementation of a differentiation strategy. A descriptive qualitative research method was chosen to describe the thematic relations of the event with the implementation of a differentiation strategy through interviews, observation and document review. The results of the study show that the thematic variety of events greatly determines the differentiation strategy in event design. An important contribution from this research can be used as a reference for event organizers' managerial policies to design events, sponsorship decisions to carry out partnership strategies, and consumer decisions to process purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This article presents a bibliometric analysis of emerging trends in Human Resource Management (HRM) and its intersection with education in Indonesia over the period 2018 to 2023. Employing bibliometric methodology, this study measures and analyzes scientific literature related to HRM, with a specific focus on educational settings and the impact of educational advancements on HRM practices. The research data was sourced from various academic publications, including journals, conference papers, and other HRM-related publications, with a particular emphasis on the educational sector. The bibliometric analysis, conducted using specialized software such as Biblioshiny, facilitated the generation of thematic maps and citation matrices, offering insights into the evolving dynamics at the confluence of HRM and education. The results of this analysis provide a comprehensive understanding of recent changes and trends in HRM practices within the Indonesian educational context, encompassing themes such as HRM strategies in educational institutions, the role of technology in HR education, sustainability in educational HRM, and the challenges of managing human resources in the dynamic environment of educational settings. This article contributes significantly to the understanding of HRM in the context of Indonesian education and offers valuable guidance for practitioners, academics, and policymakers in navigating the complexities of HRM challenges in educational environments.

Abstract

Upaya peningkatan kesejateraan mayarakat desa dapat dilakukan melalui optimalisasi pembangunan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) guna menuju desa yang mandiri dan kreatif. Pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa ini dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Desa bersama dengan masyarakat. Desa Banjarsari Kecamatan Cerme Kabupaten Gresik merupakan desa yang memiliki potensi dari segi perekonomiannya yang hampir seluruh warganya menggantunkgan hidupnya dari faktor pertanian baik pertanian sawah seperti padi tebu dan jagung, hingga pertanian non sawah seperti tambak, kolam budidaya dan kebun buah-buahan. Hasil perikanan merupakan salah satu faktor yang paling mendominasi dimana banyak sekali pelaku-pelaku usaha perikanan seperti tambak bandeng dan beberapa kolam budidaya udang vanamei. Pada desa ini ditemukan bahwa belum optimalnya layanan umum bagi masyarakat, pemanfaatan aset desa, dukungan usaha produktif masyarakat, dan pengelolaan keuangan masyarakat. Akibatnya, masih banyak potensi desa yang belum dikelola dengan baik serta penyaluran dana serta pengelolaan dana ke masyarakat yang belum optimal. Hal ini dikarenak belum pahamnya masyarakat maupun perangkat desa bagaimana tahapan pengelolaan BUMDes yang baik dan benar. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra, maka tim dosen fakultas ekonomi melakukan pengabdian dengan memberikan pelatihan pengelolaan BUMDes yang baik serta pengelolaan dan penyaluran dana desa yang efisien melalui beberapa tahapan di Desa Banjarsari Kecamatan Cerme Kabupaten Gresik

Peranan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah dalam menggerakkan roda perekonomian Indonesiasudah nyata, namun masih banyak kendala sehingga peningkatan UMKM belum benar-benarterwujud. Salah satu variabelnya adalah belum adanya legitimasi usaha bagi sebagian besar UMKMdi kabupaten tersebut. Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Tim Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya dan dibantu oleh mehasiswa tujuannya adalah untuk membangun keberlanjutan usaha atau bisnis makanan dan minuman yang telah dijalankan oleh para pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Sepanjang-Taman-Sidoarjo dengan memperhatikan pengelolaan keuangannya. Konsep keberlanjutan UMKM berbasis manajemen keuangan ini disampaikan pada para pelaku UMKM supaya dapat dipahami dan diterapkan dalam mengelola usaha dengan memperhatikan segala bentuk pengelolaan keuangan karena masih banyak yang perlu dilakukan ketika sebuah bisnis dijalankan tanpa mengetahui keuangannya. Tindakan tersebut bertujuan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan usaha serta kehati-hatian dalam mengelola sebuah usaha. Metode yang diguanakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan adanya survey, kemudian pelaksanaan dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan, selanjutnya melakukan evaluasi sebagai bentuk usaha perbaikan UMKM makanan dan minuman dalam mengelola keuangan usaha. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diperoleh bahwa pelaku UMKM makanan dan minuman di Kelurahan Sepanjang-Taman-Sidoarjo sekarang telah memahami tenatang pengelolaan keuangan untuk keberlanjutan bisnisnya. Pemahaman yang diterapkan berupa mulai membuata administrasi keuangan melalui pencatatan kas dari hasil pembelian dana penjualan, kemudian melakukan pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan keuangan bisnis supaya diketahui berapa besar keuntungan dari bisnis yang dijalankan sehingga dapat diketahui tingkat keberlanjutan bisnis makanan dan minuman yang dijalankan

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menjadi faktor esensial dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan, khususnya dalam mempermudah akses masyarakat terhadap informasi yang dibutuhkan. Hal ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan efisiensi dalam aktivitas sehari-hari yang mendukung tercapainya kesejahteraan. Salah satu penerapan teknologi informasi yang sedang berkembang pesat adalah di sektor layanan digital, termasuk penggunaan aplikasi transportasi online seperti Grab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami pengaruh Digital Marketing serta Kualitas Layanan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen pengguna aplikasi Grab. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan penerapan analisis statistik untuk menguji hipotesis, baik secara individual (parsial) maupun bersamaan (simultan). Data diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner secara acak yang melibatkan 60 responden konsumen Grab, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda, asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi, serta uji t dan uji F, dengan bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Digital Marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen, yang mengindikasikan adanya dampak nyata dan membenarkan hipotesis yang diajukan. Sejalan dengan temuan tersebut, Kualitas Layanan juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen yang kembali mengkonfirmasi hipotesis penelitian. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa baik Digital Marketing maupun Kualitas Layanan secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pembentukan Loyalitas Konsumen. Dengan demikian, hipotesis yang menyatakan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Digital Marketing dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen dapat diterima dan terbukti benar
