Abstract

Bagi para pelaku usaha yang menjual barang maupun jasa harus memahami Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) atau komunikasi pemasaran terpadu. IMC diperlukan untuk mengejar target penjualan serta kemajuan usaha. Hal ini berhubungan dengan bagaimana calon konsumen memahami produk perusahaan dan mengenali merek usaha dalam jangka yang panjang. Paling tidak ada beberapa jenis IMC yang dikenal antara lain; iklan, hubungan masyarakat, promosi, dan penjualan langsung. Dalam hal ini sebuah perusahaan jasa bidang transportasi online yang menggunakan aplikasi yakni Walan yang berada di Pangkalpinang telah menerapkan IMC sesuai dengan konsep yang diuraikan oleh Kotler. Berbagai strategi dijalankan yang hasilnya meningkatkan penjualan dan menumbuhkan loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

Covid-19 is impacting the whole country including Indonesia, the ever-increasing distribution of covid-19 is causing economic growth pressures. Indonesia's economic growth ranged from -2.1% yoy by 2020, placing Indonesia in fourth place, after Vietnam, China and South Korea. Indonesia's economic contraction is relatively moderate, one of the smallest between the G-20 and ASEAN. Impact on the economic sector due to the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, among others, the occurrence of layoffs, decreased imports, rising prices (inflation) as well as losses in the tourism sector that led to a decrease in occupancy. Economic policy in the form of relaxation of economic policy is expected to increase purchasing power and economic movement in all areas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine several factors that can affect customer retention, including customer satisfaction and trust in brand. Therefore, it is necessary to know how the company, in this case XL as the object of research, applies these factors in order to increase customer retention of XL card users, either partially or simultaneously. The type of research used is research with a quantitative descriptive approach. This research uses samples of 31 XL card users at Labora Management College. Based on the hypothesis test with the t test, it was found that a significant value of Customer Satisfaction was 0.142> 5% (0.142> 0.05), thus to> tα then Ha (alternative hypothesis) was rejected and Ho (hypothesis nil) was accepted. This means that partially Customer Satisfaction has no significant effect on Customer Retention of XL card users at Labora Management College. Likewise, the significant value for the X2 Trust In Brand variable is 0.169> 5% (0.169> 0.05), thus to> tα, then Ha (alternative hypothesis) is rejected and Ho (null hypothesis) is accepted. This means that the X2 Trust In Brand variable partially does not have a significant effect on Customer Retention of XL card users at Labora Management College Based on the hypothesis test with the F test, it is found that the significant value of F is 0.007, meaning <5%, (0.007 <0.05) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that simultaneously Customer Satisfaction and Trust In Brand have a significant effect on Customer Retention of XL card users. at Labora College of Management. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation Y = 4.365 + 0.157 X1 + 0.262 X2 means that if the Customer Satisfaction value is increased by 1 point / unit, then Customer Retention (Y) will increase by 0.157 points / unit, while each increase in Trust In Brand the value is increased. 1 point / unit, then Customer Retention (Y) will increase by 0.262 points / unit

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on profit growth in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The dependent variable in this study is profit growth, while the independent variable is financial ratios consisting of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Net Profit Margin. The population in this study are all property and real estate sector companies. The samples obtained were 17 companies using purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data obtained from financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In performing data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. By using the F test, the results of the study indicate that there is a significance of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Through the t test, the variables of Total Asset Turnover and Net Profit Margin partially have a significant effect on profit growth. While the Current ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio partially have no effect on profit growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the business continuity of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk uses secondary data in the form of financial statements for 2017 – 2019. This study uses the Altman Z Score method, which is one method for assessing the performance of a company. The growth of the retail business has changed people's consumer behavior in meeting their needs. The COVID-19 pandemic condition also had an impact on the decline in the performance of the retail industry segment in 2017 ahead of the pandemic and in 2019 at the beginning of the pandemic. Z Score PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk in 2017 decreased from 1.14 in 2018 to -0.32. In 2019 the Z value increased rapidly to 1.26.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the financial condition of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk, PT. Astra International Tbk and PT. Indomobil Sukses Makmur Tbk is in good health or financial difficulties. The method used is Altman Z Score and Springate S Score. The results of this study indicate that PT. Indomobil Sukses Makmur Tbk is in financial distress using the Altman Z Score and Springate S Score methods.

Abstract

Dividend is one of the returns factors desired by investors from investing their capital so that the announcement of the dividend is often an interesting phenomenon for investors. This study uses 29 companies that are member of the LQ45 stock group. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of dividend announcement on the price changes and the number of the shares sold on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 3 consecutive years, namely 2016-2018. This study uses event studies by using data 15 days before and 15 days after the dividend announcement. Based on the result of the study it can be concluded that the announcement of the dividends gives a significant difference to the share prices of all LQ45 companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Work on Employee Performance at PT. Kelola Karya Bersama. The variables studied are Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance. The type of research used is a quantitative research type, and the kind of data is primary data through the questionnaire method with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the number of respondents forty-six (46) respondents. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 26.0. The analysis used in this research is the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Normality Test, Multiple Linear Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis Test, T-test, F-test, and Coefficient of determination (R2). The results of testing and analysis of this research show that leadership style, work discipline, and satisfaction work simultaneously or together significantly affect employee performance. Suggestions for Kelola Karya Bersama in the future are to improve an excellent and fair leadership style further and enforce employee discipline in doing work to create employee satisfaction and increase company productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of ease of payment on the Shopee platform and product discount promos on the impulsive buying behavior of Shopee users in DKI Jakarta. Ease of payment and product discount promos as independent variables while impulse buying as the dependent variable. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach which is analyzed using multiple linear analysis test with SPSS 26.0 data processing program. The population in this study were 150 residents of DKI Jakarta who used Shopee. Sampling data collection method using a questionnaire method. The results of the T-test (partial) of ease of payment and product discounts show that the value of T table > T arithmetic is -4.875 > 1.976 & 5.215 > 1.976. Meanwhile, the results of the F test (simultaneous) with the calculated F value > F table are 19.766 > 3.06. Which means that there is an influence of ease of payment and product discount promos on the impulsive buying behavior of DKI Jakarta residents using Shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the obstacles and to find the strategies in capacity building of human resources in geothermal. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive approach. In this study, the method of data collection is documentation, the data used in the form of interviews. Data analysis carried out in this study was qualitative data analysis, where data analysis was carried out in a non-statistical way, namely research carried out by describing the data obtained in words or sentences and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that Indonesia still lacks human resources who have specific competencies to work in geothermal projects
