Abstract

Artikel ini akan menyajikan pemahaman tentang bagaiamana purna buruh migrant dapat memberikan dampak bagi keluarga dan masyarakat di sekelilingnya dalam hal peningkatan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan. Latar belakang utama dari artikel ini adalah semakin mudah dan banyaknya orang yang memutuskan menjadi pekerja migran di luar negaranya sebagai dampak dari globalisasi. Selanjutnya artikel ini akan focus pada purnaburuhmigran dan akan mencoba memberikan penjelasan pentingnya penelitian lebih lanjut tentang bagaimana para purna buruh migrant tersebut dapat berkontribusi untuk pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Dalam artikel ini disajikan beberapa hasil penelitian tentang hubungan remitan, pembangunan dan buruh migran di dua negara Asia Tenggara yang merupakan negara pengirim buruh migrant terbesar di asiaTenggara. This article presents an understanding of how returnees of overseas workers have an impact on family and community in term of prosperity and wellbeing. The main background of thisarticle is the growing trend of migration as one impact of globalization. Furthermore this article focuses on overseas workers and will seek to address the lack attention of current research on demonstrating how returnees overseas workers could contribute to sustainable development. At the end of the article it suggests to do further research in order to find answers about the impacts of having experiences as overseas workers for family and community prosperity and well being. In this article is discussed two regions in Southeast Asia namely Indonesia and Philippine where in these two countries playing significant role as sending countries for overseas workers.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the implementation of PKH in Bandar Lampung City and what factors are the obstacles in its implementation. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study indicate that the criteria for effectiveness and adequacy are quite good. When viewed from the point of view of PKH's goal of reducing the burden of spending on KPM PKH through access to health services, education services, and complimentary assistance, this program is successful. This success can be seen from the fulfillment of KPM PKH obligations as PKH participants and getting complimentary food assistance. The time efficiency of distribution is still experiencing delays, the distribution of KPM PKH targets has not been maximized, responsiveness in overcoming technical problems is slow, and the accuracy of the program in living self-reliance is not optimal. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of PKH are related to the validity of the data and the KPM mindset.

Abstract

Farmer groups in Tri Sinar Village must be empowered so that farmers who join can improve their abilities so that they can be productive and generate maximum income. The village government is obliged to foster farmer groups so that they can function as organizations that can assist farmers in increasing their income. The purpose of the research is to find out the empowerment of farmer groups in the perspective of people-centered development, namely the people as subjects of development and have the freedom and active participation to take part in determining steps and strategies so that the goals of the farmer group can be achieved. The research type is descriptive qualitative with informants coming from farmer group members and Tri Sinar Village Government officials. Data collection using interviews to obtain data on the existence, activities and empowerment, while observation is used to confirm and ensure how empowerment to farmer groups so far. The results showed that the empowerment of farmer groups in Tri Sinar Village, Marga Tiga District, East Lampung Regency has been running but has not been centered on the people (farmers). this is because empowerment is more top-down, the system of providing assistance including the form/type of assistance is still an old pattern and routine in which assistance is still limited to seeds, fertilizers and pest medicines. Whereas the main need of farmers today is how through their farmer groups they can produce abundant agricultural products, with extensive marketing, packaging techniques that attract the market to the use of information technology in marketing

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the service quality of the Woha Health Center Emergency Unit, Bima Regency for BPJS Card users. by using the mix method. The results of the research on the quality of the services of the Emergency Unit on the results of the research on the quality of the services of the Emergency Unit for BPJS card users at the Woha Health Center, Bima Regency, "Less Good" with a score of 66.5. (1) Equipment or facilities that are still incomplete, (2) Appearance/tidiness of employees in serving patients is good (3) Cleanliness and tidiness of the room is considered to be still not clean, (4) Services provided by health workers seem slow (5) Ease of handling the service process is not easy, patients have to go back and forth from home to take incomplete requirements, (6) the ability of officers to serve is good (7) The response of officers when responding to patient complaints is not good, there are still some officers who respond are still unsatisfactory to patients, (8) The staff's response to new patients is considered less (9) The attitude of the officers when serving is considered not good, (10) Are the officers friendly and polite enough still considered not good because there are still many officers who are not polite. practice, (11) Paying using a BPJS card whether the patient is considered not optimal by the respondent (12) The officer is always there when the patient receiving assistance is categorized as poor (13) The safety and comfort of the patient's bed is still not good (14) Ease of patient interaction with officers who are considered not good enough, and lastly (15) Ease of access for BPJS patients in service requests is considered poor by patients, the Emergency Room still lacks patient waiting chairs, bathroom fans/AC that needs to be there.

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe how the government's strategy aims to describe how the local government's strategy is related to the implementation of the Open Defecation Free (ODF) program in Sambilawang Village, Bungkal District, Ponorogo. some factors that emerged were also examined in this study such as supporting factors that became positive assets, as well as inhibiting factors that weakened the program implementation process. This type of research is descriptive research that aims to describe what has existed and is valid. Basically, this research is of a descriptive type which puts forward explanations in the form of a series of logical, systematic sentences, and is built on the findings of facts in the field. The results of this research reveal that the strategy of the Ponorogo local government in implementing the ODF program has so far been at an optimal level, effective and meets a good scale. In particular, Sambilawang Village, which has been given a focus on how to socialize and build decent latrines evenly among the society. Commitment and cooperative action from the Sambilawang Village Government and Pemdes and other village communities in the success of the ODF program is marked by the award at the provincial level which states that Ponorogo is free of ODF or that the quality of the environment is in the livable category. However, the fact that Ponorogo is free from ODF does not necessarily fully evaluate the level of public awareness regarding the findings of open defecation even though they already have proper latrines in their respective homes. Abstract

The Suraan tradition is a tradition to commemorate one sura performed by the Cireundeu community. This tradition of one sura is an expression of gratitude to the Almighty Creator for all the blessings and gifts, blessings in life as well as physical and mental health given by Him for the sake of survival. This study aims to look at the differences in gender roles in the suraan tradition in the Cireundeu community. Gender role analysis is not only aimed at biological matters, but can also be seen from the gender relations used in a society. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation conducted in the Cireundeu Traditional Village, Leuwigajah Village, Cimahi Selatan District, Cimahi City with several traditional leaders as informants. speech in the Cireundeu Traditional Village community.

Abstract

This research is motivated by obsevational data that shows the low work motivation of the employees of the Kampung Sawah Community Health Center in Bandar Lampung. Thus, this research is intended to measure the effect of leadership model partially and simultaneously on the work motivation of the employees of the Kampung Sawah Community Health Center in Bandar Lampung. This research was conducted on all 60 employees of the Kampung Sawah Community Health Center in Bandar Lampung, using explanatory research and a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that partially the Directive Leadership, Supportive Leadership, and Achievement Oriented Leadership have no significant effect on the Work Motivation variable. While the Participative Leadership has a significant effect on the employees Work Motivation. However, simultaneously there is a significant influence between Directive Leadership, Supportive Leadership, Participative Leadership and Achievement Oriented Leadership on Work Motivation of Kampung Sawah Community Health Center Employees in Bandar Lampung. Thus, from this study the results showed that the Leadership Model variable had an influence of 53.8% on the Work Motivation variable.

Abstract

The implementation of regional autonomy is one of the ways that local governments have to develop their respective regions, because regions are given the freedom to regulate their own households, this is in accordance with Law Number 23 Article 1 Paragraph (6) of 2014. With the convergence of technology , there are many changes that are happening very fast. The rapid development of technology and information seems to have affected every line of people's lives. The more advanced technology available in the local government must be able to use it well, in order to provide good services to the community, especially the role of the Kalirejo Village apparatus, Katon District District, Pesawaran Regency. During the pandemic, the habit of communicating and interacting was replaced by meeting in cyberspace or so-called virtual and relying on the internet. The transformation of the communication method is a challenge for all levels of village society, so the role of village officials in optimizing the application of village websites, especially to improve the quality of services for the community in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak, is very much needed. This research method is descriptive qualitative with village officials informants. The focus of the research is directed at the role of village officials in improving community services, especially in the application of village websites. The results of this study The level of knowledge of the Kalirejo Village apparatus towards understanding the role of the Village Apparatus in the Implementation of Village Websites during the Covid-19 Pandemic is quite good. This is supported by the facilities and infrastructure available at the Kalirejo Village Office which can be used to support the implementation of the village website as well as the level of awareness and behavior of the Kalirejo Village apparatus to be able to reactivate and manage the village website already towards responsive, aware and caring behavior so that they feel the need. self-capacity.

Abstract

This article discusses the influence of village funds on improving road construction. Taking a study at Kampung Liman Benawi in Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency. The research approach is quantitative. Using the help of questionnaire instruments, the total sample involved in this study amounted to 30 respondents. The results of the product moment correlation analysis above obtained the value of X2 = 0.547, then consulted with the value of X2table at the real level of 5% = 0.312, so that X2 count> X2 table at the real level of 5%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the Village funds and the construction of a lap road in Liman Benawi Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung. While the magnitude of the influence between and villages for the construction of road lapen is 29.92% (coefficient of determination).

Abstract

One of the positive effects of special attention to women is the expanding sector of women's activity into politics. This paper intends to describe management control and women's leadership in the People's Welfare Sector Trimurjo District Office, Central Lampung Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative research approach, this study concludes that female leaders already have standards or targets and targets that must be achieved in carrying out management functions by conducting meetings so that subordinates know what targets to be achieved.
