Jurnal Informatika Ekonomi Bisnis adalah Jurnal Nasional, yang didedikasikan untuk publikasi hasil penelitian yang berkualitas dalam bidang Informatika Ekonomi dan Bisnis, namun tak terbatas secara implisit. Jurnal Informatika Ekonomi Bisnis menerbitkan artikel secara berkala 4 (empat) kali setahun yaitu pada bulan Maret, Juni, September, dan Desember. Semua publikasi di jurnal ini bersifat terbuka yang memungkinkan artikel tersedia secara bebas online tanpa berlangganan.

This research aims to find out in detail about efforts to improve marketing of Rengginang products at Five Star MSMEs in Panarukan Situbondo. In this research, researchers used field study research. Field research used in qualitative research produces data which is interpreted as facts or information from actors (research subjects, information, actors, activities and places are the research subjects). Meanwhile, this type of research uses a case study type. A case study is part of a qualitative method that seeks to explore a particular case in more depth by involving the collection of various sources of information. This case study is a descriptive case study, that is, it aims to describe a fact or reality. The data source was obtained directly from the research location at Five Star UMKM Panarukan Situbondo through documents related to the problems studied. Apart from that, data was also obtained through interviews with the Chair of the MSME and several workers at the MSME. Once collected completely, it is then analyzed descriptively where specific conclusions are drawn from the general data that has been collected. The results of this research show that in general, efforts to increase the marketing of rengginang products are very effective because apart from having a permanent market, MSME managers are also taking strategic steps, namely by marketing online.

This research aims to determine the influence of poverty and the prevalence of stunting on the human development index in West Sumatra. This research is motivated by the large number of cases of poverty in West Sumatra, especially remote areas such as the Mentawai Islands Regency, which has resulted in the prevalence of stunting increasing and affecting the Human Development Index in West Sumatra. This research uses a quantitative type of research using secondary data. This research carries out classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing using SPSS. Looking at the results of the tests that have been carried out, it proves that poverty has no significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI) with a significant value of 0.651 > 0.05, while the stunting prevalence variable has a significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI) with a significant value of 0.003 < 0.05 , The results of poverty testing and stunting prevalence simultaneously have a significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI) with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. This shows that poverty and stunting prevalence can predict information regarding the Human Development Index (HDI) 0.511 or 51.1%, while the remaining 0.489 or 48.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

This study aims to determine the influence of Location and Service on Interest in Saving at PT BPR Pembangunan Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. This study used a type of quantitative research. The samples in this study were Customers Who Save, with the sample collection method of the slovin method, namely data collected through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews to Customers totaling 80 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study use descriptive analysis techniques, TCR analysis, validity test and reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test. Looking at the test results that have been carried out prove that Location has a significant effect on Saving Interest with a t-count value of t-table > of 4,970 > 1,665 and a significant rate of 0.000 < 0.05, Services do not have a significant effect on Saving Interest with a t-value of t-count > t table of 0.662 < 1.665 and a significant rate of 0.510 > 0.05, Location and Service test results have a significant effect simultaneously on Saving Interest with a value of f calculate > f The table is 17.804 > 2.72 and significant rates are 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that location and service can predict information about Interest in Saving 0.316 or 31.6%, while the remaining 0.562 or 56.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

This research analyzes the influence of leading economic sectors and government spending on economic growth in the Limapuluh Kota Regency. Secondary data is used to obtain information needed for research analysis. The analytical methods used are quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The qualitative analysis uses the Location Quotient (LQ) method and Growth Ratio Model (GRM) to identify leading sectors in the Limapuluh Kota Regency. The Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach analyzes the influence of leading economic sectors and government spending on economic growth statistically. The results of this research found that 3 sectors were categorized as superior using the LQ method and 8 sectors were categorized as potential using the GRM method. Then a regression analysis was carried out with the results that the mining sector and government spending did not significantly affect economic growth. Meanwhile, the agricultural sector and the construction sector have a significant influence on economic growth in Limapuluh Kota Regency.

The decline in Indonesia's Global Innovation Index (GII) highlights the importance of fostering Change Management. In response, the government has initiated the Grand Design of Bureaucratic Reform, which emphasizes the importance of change management in achieving world-class governance. This study examines the influence of organizational culture, leadership, human capital, gender on change management at the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of West Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership, Human Capital, Gender on Change Management at the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Sumatra Province. In an era of globalization and rapid change, public sector organizations, face significant challenges in managing change to improve performance and service. This study aims to understand the extent to which organizational culture, leadership style, gender and human capital contribute to the success of change management. This study uses primary data obtained from respondents' answers in the form of filling out questionnaires via Google forms and direct questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique uses the SEM-PLS method. The results of the study found that organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on change management at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sumatra Province. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on change management at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sumatra Province. Human capital has a positive and significant effect on change management at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sumatra Province. Gender does not have a significant effect on change management at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sumatra Province. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of developing a supportive organizational culture, implementing an empowering and inspiring leadership style, and investing in employee competency development as key strategies to improve the effectiveness of change management in the public sector. This study provides valuable insights for practitioners and policy makers in designing appropriate interventions to strengthen change management in government organizations.

Life balance in the implementation of work is an inseparable part of achieving employee job satisfaction, while job satisfaction is one of the most important parts of employee performance so that company goals are achieved effectively and efficiently. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work life balance and non-physical work environment on the performance of employees of the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Sumatra Province which is mediated by job satisfaction. The total population in this study was 73 people who were the samples in this study using the census or saturated sample method. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale model and then testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Smart PLS method. The results of this research are that work life balance has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Sumatra Province; The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the West Sumatra Province Regional Civil Service Agency. Work life balance has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction at the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Sumatra Province. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction at the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Sumatra Province. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Sumatra Province. Work life balance can be mediated by job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Sumatra Province. The non-physical work environment can be mediated by job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Sumatra Province.

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has significantly impacted the digital economy, becoming a vital driver of economic development. With increasing competition, maintaining customer satisfaction is essential for online platforms' success. This study explores the relationship between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention within Indonesian e-commerce. It aims to understand how satisfaction influences customers' likelihood to repurchase products or services. A quantitative approach was used, involving 90 respondents in Semarang, selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires with Likert scales to gauge customer responses. Statistical analysis, including validity testing and multiple linear regression, was conducted using SPSS software to examine the relationships among customer satisfaction, trust, electronic word-of-mouth, and repurchase intention. The results demonstrate a significant positive relationship between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Statistical tests showed that both satisfaction and trust significantly impact repurchase intention, with p-values of 0.023 and 0.019, respectively. The study also confirmed the validity and reliability of the measurement instruments. In conclusion, the findings underscore the importance of prioritizing customer satisfaction to enhance loyalty and encourage repeat purchases. Indonesian e-commerce platforms should focus on building trust, delivering quality service, and fostering positive customer experiences to increase repurchase intention and sustain long-term success.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari media sosial Instagram, kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta mengetahui apakah inovasi memoderasi positif pengaruh media sosial Instagram dan kualitas pelayanan dengan objek yakni usaha jasa pada Milda Makeup. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua konsumen yang pernah menggunakan layanan mekap dari Milda Makeup. Untuk jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 100 orang, dengan penentuan pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yaitu dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah Skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Media Sosial Instagram berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Inovasi memoderasi positif pengaruh Media Sosial Instagram terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Inovasi memoderasi positif pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

The objective of this research is to examine how leverage, sales growth, and firm size have an effect on tax avoidance through profitability as mediating in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research utilizes three independent variables: leverage measured by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR); sales growth measured by the change in current sales relative to previous sales; and firm size measured by the natural logarithm of total assets. The mediating variable is profitability, measured by Return on Assets (ROA), while the dependent variable is tax avoidance, measured by Cash Effective Tax Rate (CETR). The population of this research is all of the food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023. The purposive sampling method was used in determining the sample and there were 21 companies obtained with a total research sample of 84 obtained over four years. The results of this research show that leverage and sales growth partially have a significant effect on profitability, while firm size partially has no significant effect on profitability. Leverage, sales growth, firm size and profitability partially have no significant effect on tax avoidance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Green Accounting, and Leverage moderated by Corporate Social Responsibility on the Company's Financial Performance. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements from the website (www.idx.co.id). The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period. The sample was selected from the purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 38 companies from several criteria that had been set. The analysis technique used in this study is panel regression analysis with the help of STATA version 14.2. The results of the analysis show that Green Accounting does not have a significant positive effect on financial performance. Leverage has a significant negative effect on financial performance. Green accounting moderated by Corporate Social Responsibility on the Company's Financial Performance has a negative effect. Leverage moderated by Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant positive effect on the Company's financial performance. This research can contribute to adding literature related to additional considerations such as Green Accounting, leverage and CSR for investors in evaluating the Company's potential.
