Abstract

The very high number of private vehicles in the city of Bogor will result in traffic congestion and air pollution. This is due to population growth in urban areas every year. In an effort to solve the problem of traffic jams in the city of Bogor, the government is conducting a trial purchase of services. The aim is expected to increase people's use of public transportation, reduce private vehicles, and improve the community's economy. With the purchase of this service, the author aims to find out how the public perceives the purchase of services in the city of Bogor and explains the influence of age, gender, education, occupation, domicile, monthly expenses, and the frequency and choice of public transportation modes on public perceptions regarding BTS services in Bogor city. The author uses a survey method in the form of an online questionnaire as a means of collecting research data. The one-sample t-Test is used as a test method to test the research instrument and is followed by an independent sample t-test method to test the relationship between two populations that have no relationship with one another. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the majority of people agree with the purchase of this service, which is implemented in the city of Bogor.

Abstract

Flooding is a land event that is Arid areas (non-swamp) are generally inundated, this is caused by high rainfall and lowland conditions. One of the causes of flooding is rainfall. Rainfall that has a high intensity can increase the possibility of flooding because rainfall that occurs outside the forecast of the existing drainage canal design plan. Housing Z in East Jakarta has been recorded to have experienced floods as high as 80 centimeters in 2020. In this study there are several things that need to be analyzed, namely rainfall, channel capacity and the state of the existing channel. The reset periods used are 2.5 and 10-year reset periods. Precipitation is analyzed by the Chi-Square and Kolmogorov-Smirnov methods to determine the type of distribution to be used. The capacity of the existing drainage channel was analyzed by the Manning method to determine the existing discharge, then a comparison was made with flood discharge due to existing rainfall with a repeat period of 2, 5 and 10 years. Keywords: Flood, Drainage, Rainfall Banjir merupakan peristiwa daratan yang daerah gersang (non-rawa) umumnya tergenang air, hal ini disebabkan oleh curah hujan yang tinggi dan kondisi dataran yang rendah. Salah satu penyebab dari banjir adalah curah hujan. Curah hujan yang mempunyai intensitas tinggi dapat meningkatkan kemungkinan terjadinya banjir dikarenakan curah hujan yang terjadi diluar perkiraan dari perencanaan desain saluran drainase yang ada. Perumahan Z di Jakarta Timur sudah tercatat pernah mengalami bencana banjir setinggi 80 sentimeter pada tahun 2020. Dalam penelitian ini akan dianalisa beberapa faktor yaitu curah hujan, kapasitas saluran dan kondisi saluran eksisting. Payback period yang digunakan adalah payback period 2,5 dan 10 tahun. Curah hujan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Chi-Square dan Kolmogorov-Smirnov untuk menentukan jenis distribusi yang akan digunakan. Kapasitas saluran drainase eksisting dianalisis menggunakan metode Manning untuk menentukan limpasan arus dan kemudian dibandingkan dengan debit banjir saat ini akibat hujan dengan siklus berulang 2, 5 dan 10 tahun. Abstract

ABSTRACT Public transportation is one way to reduce Jakarta congestion which is a problem in the capital city. According to INRIX, Indonesia is the number one most congested city in Indonesia and ranks 16th in the world as the most congested city. Mass Rapid Transit is public transportation that can be an alternative to reduce congestion if its users increase and develop. If it continues to be developed and managed properly, the MRT will become the main public transportation that can be used by various groups. To ensure comfort, the government continues to improve good services in order to increase MRT public transportation users. A service system according to spm. Thus public transportation will have adequate minimum service standards so as to satisfy its users. The Phase 1 MRT development project has begun to be completed and is operating with the HI Roundabout - Lebak Bulus route. The government is again trying to increase the construction of the MRT by continuing the development of development to phase 2A, namely the Thamrin - Kota Tua route. Services in phase 1 that are already running will be a benchmark for developing services in phase 2. Keywords: Mass Rapid Transit, MRT Service Improvement, MRT Development Plan, Phase 1, Phase 2A ABSTRAK Transportasi umum adalah salah satu cara guna mengurangi kemacetan Jakarta yang menjadi masalah di Jakarta.Menurut INRIX Indonesia menjadi kota nomor satu termacet di Indonesia dan peringkat 16 di dunia sebagai kota termacet. Mass Rapid Transit adalah transportasi umum yang bisa menjadi alternatif untuk mengurangi kemacetan jika penggunanya semakin meningkat dan berkembang. Apabila terus dikembangkan dan dikelola dengan baik MRT akan menjadi transportasi umum utama yang dapat digunakan berbagai kalangan. Untuk menjamin kenyamanan pemerintah terus meningkatkan pelayanan yang baik guna meningkatkan pengguna transportasi umum MRT. Salah satu upaya yang dibuat adalah menerapkan sistem pelayanan sesuai spm. Dengan demikian transportasi umum akan memiliki standar pelayanan minimum yang memadai sehingga memuaskan penggunanya. Proyek pembangunan MRT Fase 1 sudah mulai selesai dan beroperasi dengan rute Bundaran HI – Lebak Bulus . Pemerintah kembali berupaya meningkatkan pembangunan MRT dengan melanjutkan pengembangan pembangunan ke fase 2A yaitu dengan rute Thamrin – Kota Tua. Pelayanan pada fase 1 yang sudah berjalan akan menjadi tolak ukur untuk mengembangkan pelayanan pada fase 2. Abstract

The development of high-rise building construction projects in Indonesia is increasing, especially in Jakarta. The construction of a multi-storey building requires a basement as a supporting facility in the construction of a multi-storey building. In the basement construction work, excavation work is required. Excavation work has a different time depending on the project area, excavation depth, access, and work methods. The excavated soil needs to be moved to another place so that it does not interfere with other work areas. The tool needed to move the excavated soil is a dump truck. The use of dump trucks in a project can be done by owning and renting, the cost of using dump trucks is one of the biggest costs in a construction project. The purpose of this research is to find the minimum cost of using dump trucks in project x using solver software. The calculation is done using 2 ways, namely the first, if it depends on the volume of soil transported, where the work is carried out for 16 weeks with a total cost of IDR 9,723,482,300.00. Second, if renting all available dump trucks from each company, where the work is carried out for 14 weeks with a total cost of IDR 10,187,907,100.00.  Abstrak Pembangunan proyek konstruksi gedung bertingkat di Indonesia semakin banyak terutama di Jakarta. Pembangunan gedung bertingkat membutuhkan basement sebagai sarana pendukung dalam pembangunan gedung bertingkat. Dalam pekerjaan pembangunan basement, diperlukan pekerjaan penggalian. Pekerjaan penggalian memiliki waktu yang berbeda tergantung dari luas proyek, kedalaman galian, akses, dan metode pekerjaannya. Tanah yang sudah digali perlu dipindahkan ke tempat lain supaya tidak mengganggu area pekerjaan lain. Alat yang dibutuhkan untuk memindahkan galian tanah adalah dump truck. Penggunaan dump truck pada suatu proyek bisa dilakukan dengan kepemilikan sendiri dan menyewa, biaya penggunaan dump truck menjadi salah satu biaya terbesar dalam suatu proyek konstruksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari berapa biaya minimum penggunaan dump truck pada proyek x dengan menggunakan software solver. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan menggunakan 2 cara yaitu yang pertama, jika bergantung pada volume tanah yang diangkut, dimana pekerjaan dilakukan selama 16 minggu dengan total biaya Rp9.723.482.300,00. Kedua jika menyewa seluruh ketersediaan dump truck dari tiap perusahaan, dimana pekerjaan dilakukan selama 14 minggu dengan total biaya Rp10.187.907.100,00.

Abstract

Roads are one of the existing facilities and infrastructure in Indonesia and have an important role in for land transportation modes. Bogor Regency is one of the areas that depends on land accessibility because of its geographical location which sea transportation modes cannot be accessed directly. Therefore, road conditions are needing attention. However, the condition of the roads in Bogor cannot easy to access by land because there are some damages on Jl. Kampung Gedong which is one of the factors in the occurrence of accidents and traffic jams. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct initial research on damage to this road to determine the causes of road damage that occurs periodically. This study aims to identify the types of asphalt damage and obtain a value of the condition of the damage to the road and formulate a proposed improvement solution. This research uses the pavement condition index (PCI) method. Data collection using primary and secondary surveys. Survey results show that at the study site, there were 3 types of damage that occurred on the roads. Results of the study show that the ratings are verry good and failed. The given solutions are periodic maintenance, repair, and repair of reconstruction. Abstrak Jalan merupakan salah satu sarana dan prasarana yang ada di Indonesia dan memiliki peran penting terhadap kelancaran moda transportasi darat. Kabupaten Bogor merupakan salah satu wilayah yang bergantung pada aksesibilitas darat karena lokasi geografisnya yang tidak memiliki aksesibilitas langsung dengan moda transportasi laut. Oleh karena itu, kondisi jalan menjadi salah satu aspek yang perlu diperhatikan. Namun, kondisi jalan yang terdapat di Kabupaten Bogor tidak bisa mendukung kelancaran aksesibilitas moda transportasi darat. Hal ini karena masih terjadi kerusakan pada ruas-ruas jalan di Jl. Kampung Gedong yang merupakan salah satu factor terjadinya kecelakaan maupun kemacetan. Sebagai upaya untuk mendukung kegiatan berkendara, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian awal terhadap kerusakan pada jalan ini untuk mengetahui penyebab kerusakan jalan yang terjadi secara berkala. Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi jenis kerusakan pada jalan aspal, mendapatkan nilai kondisi kerusakan pada jalan, dan merumuskan usulan solusi perbaikan. Metode penelitan yang di gunakan adalah metode pavement conditon index (PCI). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei primer dan sekunder. Hasil survey menunjukkan bawha di lokasi studi, terdapat 3 jenis kerusakan yang terjadi di ruas jalan, diantaranya lubang, pelepasan butir dan retak buaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kondisi atau rating Verry Good dan Failed. Solusi penanganan berupa pemeliharaan berkala, perbaikan, dan perbaikan rekonstruksi.

Abstract

Steel reinforcement bar has an important role in the construction industry. In the construction process, the emergence of inefficient steel waste can lead to a waste of costs. One common cause of steel waste is steel cutting that is not optimal in the field, so a way is needed to minimize this waste. The Linear Programming method has been identified as one of the ways to reduce iron waste. This study aims to compare the remaining steel waste from cutting in the field with the remaining steel waste after using the Linear Programming method. To calculate steel waste based on the Linear Programming model, the Solver program is used. The house construction project in Manado is the object of this research. This study uses two signs, namely ≥ and =, as limits on the objective function. The use of the ≥ sign results in a demand for steel that exceeds the supply in the field, but with the least amount of iron waste. Meanwhile, the use of the = sign obtains minimal iron requirements, but with a greater amount of iron waste than the ≥ sign. This study also uses two approaches in calculating the percentage of savings, which are based on the diameter of each type of work and based on combining the diameters of sloof, beam and column work. The results showed a savings of 9% for the diameter-based approach for each type of work, and a savings of 9.1% for the diameter-based approach for sloof, beam, and column work. Abstrak Material besi memiliki peran penting pada saat pembangunan konstruksi. Pada proses pembangunan, waste besi yang tidak efisien dapat menyebabkan pemborosan biaya. Salah satu penyebab terjadinya waste besi yaitu pada saat melakukan pemotongan besi yang tidak optimal di lapangan, sehingga dibutuhkan cara agar dapat meminimalisir waste tersebut. Metode Linear Programming telah diidentifikasi sebagai satu diantara cara menurunkan waste besi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan sisa waste besi dari pemotongan di lapangan dengan sisa waste besi setelah menggunakan metode Linear Programming. Salah satu cara menghasilkan nilai waste besi dari model Linear Programming yaitu dengan menggunakan program Solver. Proyek pembangunan rumah tinggal x di Manado menjadi objek penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua tanda yaitu ≥ dan = sebagai batasan pada fungsi tujuan. Penggunaan tanda ≥ menghasilkan kebutuhan besi yang lebih besar dari lapangan, namun menghasilkan waste besi yang terkecil. Sedangkan penggunaan tanda = memperoleh kebutuhan besi yang minimal, tetapi dengan jumlah waste besi yang lebih besar daripada tanda ≥. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan dua pendekatan dalam menghitung persentase penghematan, yaitu berdasarkan diameter pada setiap jenis pekerjaan dan berdasarkan penggabungan diameter dari pekerjaan sloof, balok, dan kolom. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penghematan sebesar 9% untuk pendekatan berdasarkan diameter pada setiap jenis pekerjaan, dan penghematan sebesar 9,1% untuk pendekatan berdasarkan penggabungan diameter dari pekerjaan sloof, balok, dan kolom.

Abstract

Currently, illegal parking for housing is increasingly seen in residential areas which affected various aspects of life.. At present, the legal basis for illegal parking in residential areas is getting tighterHowever, there are still many people who are unaware about housing parking regulations. Therefore, the public's perception of illegal parking in housing still should be studied further. The aim of this study is to determine the public perception perception of the impact of illegal parking in housing on the local community. The method used was an online survey of 150 respondents who were residents of one of the settlements where the research was conducted.

Abstract

Electric cars are transportation with new types of fuel that are being hotly discussed by the public, with the rising price of fossil fuels, making people choose to switch to electric cars to be more efficient and environmentally friendly. Electric cars themselves have many advantages for the environment in addition to not emitting air pollution, electric cars also do not emit noise pollution, which electric cars are very impermeable and do not emit sound. However, chargers in electric cars are one of the main things so that electric cars can be used, chargers are used to charge electric cars. To charge an electric car battery, it takes a long time until the battery is fully charged. Therefore this study will conduct an analysis by reviewing public knowledge of electric cars and how people perceive the long charging time of electric cars. As well as explaining the influence of age, gender, occupation, domicile, monthly spending on cars, intensity of car use, and the government on the impact of long battery charging durations on electric cars on the interest of prospective buyers. The author uses a survey method in the form of an online questionnaire as a means of collecting research data. Testing this research using the One Sample T-Test method in testing the research instrument and followed by the Independent Sample T-Test to test the relationship between two populations that are not related to each other. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the majority of people still want to buy an electric car even though the duration of charging the battery or power is long.

Abstract

Daru station parking is a parking facility at Daru Station that is used by users of the Tanah Abang – Rangkas Bitung commuter line.The research aims to find out what things must be evaluated, and maintained against parking lots. The method used in this study consisted of direct observation methods and data processing using the IPA method. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the parking space in this study is sufficient to accommodate four wheeled vehicles while based on user perceptions using the IPA method the parking space is considered good, but there are still aspects that need to be improved, namely the adequacy of parking space for two wheels, tha availability of roof coverings for vehicles and pavement in the parking are

Abstract

In the implementation of construction projects, materials are one of the most influential elements. Leftover construction materials that cannot be reused in projects, produce waste that is difficult to avoid. Research on waste in construction materials conducted at the Jakarta x apartment project. Analyzing and determining the materials that contribute to causing waste by using the Pareto Law of 20-80 only 20% of the total material is considered important and has an 80% impact on waste. Found 18 types of materials that cause waste from 92 materials used in the project. Each material produces waste with various volumes which results in cost losses. Quantitative calculations are carried out to determine the volume of waste, the amount of waste, and the cost of waste. D22 rebar is the type of material that causes the largest volume wastage. While the type of material that causes the biggest waste cost of the apartment project x is formwork material of Rp. 3,489,630,538, -. The total waste generated in the apartment project x is worth 3.30% with a total loss of Rp. 14,559,828,675,-. The waste generated in apartment X is caused by various factors with the sequence of causes in the form of inappropriate designs, implementation errors, remaining pieces of material that can no longer be reused, calculation errors, to loss of material caused by theft on the project. After conducting an analysis using the comparative method of the factors that cause waste based on the literature, it can be concluded that the most common causal factor and the cause of losses is design changes. Thus, the executor can evaluate and find solutions to minimize wastage costs in similar projects. Abstrak Pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi, material menjadi salah satu elemen yang paling berpengaruh. Sisa material konstruksi yang tidak dapat dipergunakan kembali pada proyek, menghasilkan waste yang sulit dihindari. Penelitian mengenai waste pada material konstruksi dilakukan pada proyek apartemen x Jakarta. Menganalisis dan menentukan material yang berkontribusi menyebabkan waste dengan menggunakan Pareto's Law 20-80 hanya 20% dari total material yang dianggap penting dan memiliki dampak 80% terhadap waste. Ditemukan 18 jenis material penyebab waste dari 92 material yang digunakan pada proyek. Masing-masing material menghasilkan waste dengan berbagai volume yang berdampak pada kerugian biaya. Perhitungan secara kuantitatif dilakukan untuk menentuan volume waste, waste level, dan waste cost. Besi beton D22 adalah jenis material yang menyebabkan volume waste terbesar. Sedangkan jenis material yang menyebabkan waste cost terbesar proyek apartemen x adalah material bekisting sebesar Rp. 3.489.630.538,-. Total waste yang dihasilkan pada proyek apartemen x adalah senilai 3,30% dengan total kerugian Rp. 14.559.828.675,-. Waste yang dihasilkan pada apartemen x, disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor dengan urutan penyebab berupa desain yang tidak sesuai, kesalahan pada pelaksana, sisa potongan material yang sudah tidak dapat digunakan kembali, kesalahan perhitungan, hingga material hilang yang diakibatkan pencurian pada proyek. Setelah dilakukan analisis menggunakan metode komparasi terhadap faktor penyebab waste berdasarkan literatur, dapat disimpulkan faktor penyebab yang paling sering terjadi dan menyebabkan kerugian adalah perubahan desain. Sehingga, dapat dilakukan evaluasi dan pencarian solusi oleh pelaksana untuk meminimalisir waste cost dalam proyek sejenis.
