Abstract

The background of this research is that soft skills is one of the most important aspects in achieving success that needs to be instilled early on, especially through formal education institutions. MIN Tanjungsari is a school that develops soft skills through thematic learning. Soft skills are communication, emotional, language, group skills, have ethics and morals, courtesy and communication skills. Thematic learning is learning that integrates several subjects in one theme.The strategy for developing soft skills is to integrate soft skills attributes through appropriate strategies and methods in thematic learning. Learning design must be effective and efficient. The results of this study indicate that thematic learning is able to develop students' soft skills in the form of communication, honesty and cooperation.Key Words: Soft Skills, Thematic Learning

Abstract

Balance Scorecard is a management tool for maintaining a balance between financial and nonfinancial indicators, past performance indicators, present and future,internal and eksterna indicators. In BSC there are four perspectives to maintain balance in management. These four perspectives are financial, service, internal business and learning and growth perspective. MI Darul Hikmah implements school based management to improve the quality of education so it can optimally to avhieve the vision that has been determine. One form of improving the quality of education is by looking at school performance. The success of teacher recruitment is a beginning of the education institutions to have the good quality performance. There are several procedures that must be considered in the implementation of teacher recruitment to get employees who required as the positions. This paper explains the concept of teacher recruitment management. Abstract

Globalization is an interesting issue to study. This is because indirectly the influence of globalization has resulted in changes in patterns and models of people's lives, from traditional societies to a more modern and open society. The emergence of globalization is marked by progress in various fields of life, both in the field of communication and information. transportation, economy, politics, socio-culture, defense and security, as well as in other fields. The presence of globalization does have a positive impact on the progress of the nation, but on the other hand globalization also has a negative influence on the Indonesian people. The development of attitudes and culture of weternization (westernized) is a form of negative influence of globalization which is a challenge for the Indonesian people. Therefore, to answer the challenges of the negative influence of globalization, one of the efforts that can be done is through strengthening national values for citizens, including in this case the younger generation. Strengthening this national value can be implemented through Citizenship Education.Key Words: Civic education; National Values; Globalization

Abstract

This methodology uses descriptive qualitative which the method is purpose to describe the concept of the principle of SD IT Al-Ambari Bumiayu to increase the internal and external human relations through communicative leadership. The data of this research was took by using interview, observation and documentation. Then, the data was analyzed using reduction, presentation and a conclusion. The result of this research shows that the practice of the communicative leadership of SD IT Al-Ambari Bumiayu is the way to focus of the educatio servicing to fulfill the expectation, requirement and goal from the external society. The increasing of human relations will be conduct if the expectation, requirement and goal is achieve.Key Words: communicative leadership, increasing, human relations.

Abstract

Ulama politics has a different pattern from the politics of statesmen, intellectuals an cultural observers because the ulama politics is actually based on the element of da'wah or the term is "preaching through politics". Many religious leaders and scholars who entered the political world, one of which was K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid or better known as Gus Dur. Paradigmatically, Gus Dur's political thinking departed from the rules of fiqh which read: tashharruf al-imam ?ala alra'iyyah manuuthun bil mashlahah (the policy of a leader related to the welfare of the people). Thus, as long as Gus Dur takes part in Indonesian politics, of course there are religious interests that he carries, namely peace, prosperity, democracy and humanitarian independence (HAM) for the benefit or benefit of the ummah.Key Words: Islamic Politics Da'wah, Adbdurrahman Wahid, Reform

Abstract

Art is very important and has a big influence on the process of developing early childhood in various aspects. Early childhood will easily accept a fun learning process, because th world of early childhood is playing with learning, and art dominates the role of learning in early childhood. Starting from singing, dancing, drawing / painting, and so on. This study discusses the development of early childhood art that STTPA has not achieved. The teacher will not success to create the good learning process without planning, organizing, directing, supervising the class. The class management is an activity to create and maintain optimal conditions for an effective and efficient teaching and learning process.
