Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Muara Teweh, Kabupaten Barito Utara, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah merupakan bagian dari Pusat Pelayanan Kesehatan Daerah di Indonesia. Meskipun demikian RSUD Muara Teweh belum mempunyai website untuk memberikan informasi-informasi seputar RSUD, misalnya data pegawai, data dokter, data pelayanan berobat, fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada dirumah sakit, kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh RSUD Muara Teweh, galeri foto, berita seputar RSUD, data ruangan, data pasien yang rawat inap, dan fasilitas untuk menyampaikan keluhan-keluhan secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan website yang dirancang dengan sebaik-baiknya sampai diperoleh rancangan website berupa Cetak Biru (blue print) website RSUD Muara Teweh. Tahapan pada penelitian ini menerapkan beberapa tahapan dari Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yaitu tahapan planning, analysis dan design. Rancangan atau Cetak Biru yang dihasilkan oleh penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk pembangunan website RSUD Muara Teweh. Diharapkan rancangan website RSUD Muara Teweh ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk membangun website yang memfasilitasi RSUD Muara Teweh dalam penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat Muara Teweh

Abstract

SMK Kesehatan Borneo Bhakti Husada (KESBORAKSA) Palangka Raya merupakan sekolah kejuruan bidang kesehatan yang berada di jalan G.Obos km.4 kelurahan Menteng, kecamatan Jekan Raya, kota Palangka Raya. SMK Kesehatan Borneo Bhakti Husada ini merupakan sekolah kejuruan berstatus swasta yang memiliki dua jurusan yaitu Keperawatan dan Farmasi. Seperti sekolah pada umumnya, SMK Kesehatan Borneo Bhakti Husada Palangka Raya juga menerbitkan buku panduan sekolah bagi para siswa. Namun, pada saat ini penggunaan buku panduan sekolah bagi siswa-siswi dinilai kurang praktis. Android adalah sistem operasi berbasis Linux dan bersifat open source menyediakan platform terbuka bagi para pengembang untuk menciptakan aplikasi yang digunakan oleh bermacam perangkat dan sudah banyak dipakai pada jenis smartphone. Aplikasi android banyak ditanamkan di sistem operasi handphone sehingga dapat menjadi alat bantu petunjuk sekolah layaknya buku panduan sekolah eletronik atau School Guide bagi siswa-siswi SMK KESBORAKSA. Maka dari itu dapat dilakukan perancangan program kerja praktek dengan judul “Aplikasi School Guide SMK Kesehatan Borneo Bhakti Husada Palangka Raya berbasis Android” menggunakan metode Luther dengan 6 tahapan yaitu concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing dan distribution. Hasil uji coba aplikasi ini menggunakan Blackbox menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi School Guide yang dibuat telah berfungsi dengan baik dan untuk pengembangan selanjutnya diharapkan dapat dihubungkan dengan basis data (Database) agar dapat membentu admin meng-update data.

Abstract

Saat ini untuk sistem penilaian dan data kehadiran praktikum dilakukan dengan cara manual, diatas kertas, kemudian diproses menggunakan file excel sehingga dapat terjadinya kehilangan data serta keterlambatan pengumpulan data nilai oleh para asisten praktikum juga sebagai salah satu penyebabnya. Pembuatan Website Sistem Informasi Praktikum Pada Jurusan Teknik Informatika Universitas Palangka Raya dimulai dari tahap identifikasi awal yang merupakan identifikasi permasalahan, tahap pengumpulan data berupa studi literatur, dan tahap pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan metode waterfall. Tahap - tahap pengembangan perangkat lunak aplikasi adalah tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, dan tahap pengujian. Untuk kedepannya diharapkan web ini dapat menangani fitur daftar nilai dan daftar hadir yang sistemnya lebih otomatis, fitur berita seputar praktikum, penanganan pendaftaran dan pemilihan mata kuliah praktikum oleh mahasiswa yang ada di Jurusan Teknik Informatika Universitas Palangkaraya secara online melalui website.

Abstract

Database design is a data design process that is used to support the operational activities and goals of organizations and agencies. The use of databases on the geographic information system of residents' lands makes it possible to store, change, and display all data quickly and easily. One of the factors that become a problem in database design is the point of view of seeing data that varies between designers, programmers, and end-users. Therefore we need a methodology in good database design by applying procedures, techniques, tools, and documentation. The method used in this study used the Research and Development (R&D) method, while the database design method used the Database Life Cycle (DBLC) method. The research variables were database design for the geographic information system of resident land with a relational data model. Research aspects include conceptual design, logical design, and physical design. The final result of this research is to produce 10 types of conceptual entities, produce a relationship diagram of the ten logical entities, and produce a physical design consisting of user_admin, user_pengguna, data_desa, data_kecamatan, data_kabupaten, jenis_tanah, data_penduduk, data_buku_c, data_mutasi, and data_sppt tables.

Abstract

Learning at this time not only through materials but also by practicing. With the current manual system perceived to be inadequate such as the storage of practical student data, information about practicum. Therefore, the author builds a website to improve the practical working system with the aim of this application is to increase the efficiency of practicum.In designing the Website Praktikum Program Biology Study Faculty of Mathematics And Natural Sciences uses waterfall method with stage, Requirements Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, Operation and Maintenance. The software used in building this website is Visual Studio Code, MySQL, and XAMPP. This website has been tested with blackbox testing that generates that every feature in the website can run well. Designing the website of praktikum biology study program faculty of mathematics and natural sciences was developed with the aim as the purpose of information media that facilitates information such as practicum schedule data, practicum modules, lists of practicum values and announcements related to practicum, can assist the head of the laboratory in monitoring the implementation of practicum

Abstract

The Indonesian Islamic Student Movement (PMII) Banjar Regency is a forum for association of student organizations within the Banjar Regency. The registration process for organizational members is carried out conventionally, which must come to the PMII Kabupaten Banjar then filled out all available forms and collected them back to the administration department. Then a written test is held which will be held on the specified day, after the participant is declared to have passed, then the participant will be invited to carry out an interview test.  Documentation of activities on books and paper causes data recording to take a long time due to different handwriting and difficulty in reading them, books and paper are also prone to damage and loss. It is very difficult to find data from previous registered member because there is no good documentation. There is also no standard committee election fee, which creates difficulties in choosing a new committee.  With the Information System, the registration service process, written tests until interviews can be well documented and stored, data retrieval becomes faster also data management is more structured. The management system for each member also facilitates the management of existing members in the PMII Kabupaten Banjar and can be used as a reference when forming a committee. Testing User Acceptance on the application of the system gets Cronbach Alpha value of 0.654, which means that the reliability is included.

Abstract

This research is a research Benchmarking Waterfall Design Method and Object-Based Modeling. Software development has many models, software methodologies have evolved from time to time, including the Waterfall approach and the UML (Unified Modeling Language) approach. Waterfall is a software development model that is carried out sequentially and very systematically. Meanwhile, UML is a visual modeling method that serves as a means of designing object-oriented systems. The difference between the two models is that Waterfall is a structured method, while UML is a system analysis method, a representation of the programming method. This study aims to perform a comparison or benchmarking of each of these software models, which can assist in determining the most suitable model for the current software development process. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, which analyzes data by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the UML method is most suitable for software development, because UML in terms of development, is a method that has undergone evolution from previous methods, so this method can follow the use of users in designing projects on a medium to large scale. That are relevant to the current developments

Abstract

Outstanding students are the students who have achieved high achievements, both academically and non-academically. The information of these outstanding students of University of Palangka Raya is often not recorded properly. Thus, the institution collects and obtains the information manually from each faculty. So that the purpose of developing this website-based Outstanding Student Information System is to produce an information system that contains the profiles of the outstanding students from all study programs, departments and faculties of University of Palangka Raya. The software development method used is the waterfall method with saveral stages consisting of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Collecting and processing the students’ achievement information with this website-based system is practically better than manual ones.

Abstract

Department of Early Childhood Education Development and Community Education (BP PAUD and Dikmas) Central Kalimantan Province is the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education and Community Education (PAUD and Dikmas) of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Several facilities can be rented out to the public at the agency, such as halls, dormitories, and guest houses. There are still many people who do not know this public facility that can be used. The rental process is still done manually by coming directly or sending a letter of application. In terms of bookkeeping, sometimes there are some data recording errors. Therefore, a website was developed that can help provide information on what public facilities can be used for the public and used to carry out the rental process to help the community make rentals without having to come directly to BP PAUD and Dikmas. Developing this website using the Waterfall software development methodology has stages, namely Requirements Definition, which is done by making Flowcharts. System and Software Design is carried out by making Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Implementation and Unit Testing with the programming languages used, namely HTML, PHP, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript and MySQL and Integration and System Testing. The testing method used is the Blackbox method. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this website can run according to its function. The final result of this program also shows the achievement of the objectives that have been implemented, such as the presence of several features that are used appropriately according to their use.

Abstract

BUMDes is a rural-based business organization managed by the local government. One of the businesses managed by them is the livestock business. The pandemic of Covid-19 affects the uncertainties of marketing, including the livestock sector. To avoid failing, an innovative and effective marketing effort needs to be expanded. One of ways is selling through the website. The research methodology that was used in developing this website is waterfall. This research was started by deciding the scope of the research location, formulating the problems, and deciding the method. Digging out the problem was done by conducting some in-depth interviews with the management of BUMDes, studying literature, and conducting field observation. The website of BUMDes is equipped with useful features such as admin, customer, login, category, searching, shopping cart, payment confirmation, ordering details, shipping fee, etc. All the usages of those features had been tested using Blackbox testing method and were proclaimed to be successful or ready to use. Besides the star scheme, the snowflake scheme needs to be utilized for the basis data for future development. The use of snowflake scheme is used to anticipate the expansion of the marketing area as well as possibility of the increasing number of breeders joining the BUMDes
