Abstract

One of the features in the Feeder PDDIKTI application is the student activity feature. The feature is used to record student activities with participants' activities, supervisors and examiners. The problem with the Feeder PDDIKTI application when recording student activities is that the operator must input data one by one to the application. Therefore DIKTI also provides web services that can be used so that the recording process can be better.Implementation of recording student activities using web services on the Feeder PDDIKTI with extreme programming methods is carried out in accordance with the stages. In the planning part, an analysis is carried out on the business needs and user stories, in the design, use case diagrams and activity diagrams are made, coding is done by implementing the design using the PHP programming language, and testing is done using black box testing.In running the application, upload excel files are used for student activity data, activity participants, supervisors and examiners. After the student activity is successfully uploaded an excel file is generated from the system which contains student activities that already have the id_akt_mhs attribute. These attributes will be used to link student activity data with activity participants, supervisors, and examiners when filling in data in an excel file. Applications made are not yet connected to the Academic Information System Application so that for future development it is expected to be able to connect and retrieve data directly from the Academic Information System Application.

Abstract

Learning hijaiyah letters is one alternative to understand Arabic. Basically it is used to read Al-Qur’an in the initial stages. The introduction of hijaiyah letters is an important element to educate the children in comprehending religious knowledge. Therefore, it needs an appropriate learning method or media and exact strategy to deliver it in early childhood stage so that it will contribute well in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to create a media to introduce and to learn hijaiyah letters with 2D animation on android-based to facilitate that knowledge especially for children. This application is equipped with cartoon characters image and quiz menu to practice children’s ability in recognizing hijaiyah letters. This application can produce sound pronunciation of hijaiyah letters and the children can learn to write the letters as well. This application is created using Android Studio, wavePad sound editor and CorelDRAW X7 for drawing and coloring. The method used is Luther-Sutopo, while the data collection applies literature search and interviews. This application can be installed on smartphones with the Android operating system for at least 4.2 (Jellybeand) version. The results of the questionnaire show that the responses from the users are in average value of 92.67% so that this application is worthy to be the appropriate hijaiyah letters learning

Abstract

Student in one of the stakeholder in a university. Therefore, student’s perception in the quality of learning facilities and infrastructures become important to ensure the university’s performance. The Faculty of Engineering of University of Palangka Raya has not comprehensively evaluated the students’ satisfactory of the learning’s facilities. In this research, methods from data mining approach was implemented to classify whether the students satisfy or not with the quality of the learning’s facility in Engineering Faculty. This research compared three data mining algorithm, Decision Tree C4.5, Support Vector Machine, and Naïve Bayes to obtain the best algorithm for the prediction system. 948 responses were collected, 61% of the respondent were satisfied with the quality of the learning facilities and infrastructures, while 39% of the respondents were dissatisfied. The Decision Tree c4.5 had the best performance with accuracy of 88% and precision of 98% compared to the Naïve Bayes and support vector machine.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya has a new student admission activity every year. The Implementation of New Student Admissions for SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya is a routine activity to recruit prospective new students who come from elementary or MI. So far, it is known that at SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya, the system for accepting new students and re-registering new students is still done manually, namely prospective students come to school with the registration requirements in the form of a Certificate of Original National Graduation Result, a copy of the Family Card, and a photo This makes the registration of new students and re-registration is ineffective and inefficient, because a lot of time, money and energy is wasted to register as new students and re-register at the school. Therefore we need a reliable, effective and efficient system that makes it easy for prospective new students who wish to register at the school and re-register when it is accepted to be accepted at the school, and also makes it easy for schools and committees in managing data of prospective new students quickly and efficiently and making credible reports, so that new student registration can be carried out properly The software development method used is a waterfall, system analysis using data flow diagrams and entity relationship diagrams, program code using PHP and MySQL. Based on the results of testing using the blackbox, the new student admission information system can be used properly

Abstract

In the regional scale of the province in Kalimantan, the spread case appeared in West Kalimantan and East Kalimantan on 18th March 2020, Central Kalimantan on 20th March 2020, South Kalimantan on 22nd March 2020 and North Kalimantan on 29th March 2020. In this case the Covid-19 epidemic was caused by coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19). The prediction of the Covid-19 is currently sought. We use the SIR Model to perform basic reproductive value calculations (R0). This model is the mathematic language, interpreted as the number of nativity of a new case due to a person infected with Covid-19 into a fully healthy and potential population for illness or infection by the Covid-19. Using the linear regression, we estimate the value of R0. The value of R0 in Kalimantan region is West Kalimantan (R0 = 1.15), East Kalimantan (R0 = 1.17), Central Kalimantan (R0 = 1.09), South Kalimantan (R0 = 1.24), and North Kalimantan (R0 = 1.20). According to the SIR Model, the highest R0 value is in South Kalimantan, followed by North Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, and Central Kalimantan.

Abstract

Database design is a data design process that is used to support the operational activities and goals of organizations and agencies. The use of databases on the geographic information system of residents' lands makes it possible to store, change, and display all data quickly and easily. One of the factors that become a problem in database design is the point of view of seeing data that varies between designers, programmers, and end-users. Therefore we need a methodology in good database design by applying procedures, techniques, tools, and documentation. The method used in this study used the Research and Development (R&D) method, while the database design method used the Database Life Cycle (DBLC) method. The research variables were database design for the geographic information system of resident land with a relational data model. Research aspects include conceptual design, logical design, and physical design. The final result of this research is to produce 10 types of conceptual entities, produce a relationship diagram of the ten logical entities, and produce a physical design consisting of user_admin, user_pengguna, data_desa, data_kecamatan, data_kabupaten, jenis_tanah, data_penduduk, data_buku_c, data_mutasi, and data_sppt tables.

Abstract

Software Requirements Specification Document must be complete, unambiguous and correct because an incorrect Software Requirements Specification Document can lead to failure in software development. Software Requirements Specification document must contain non-redundant sentences. Meyer's Seven Sins describes several errors in Software Requirements Specification Document, one of which is redundancy which is a variant of noise. Redundancy is the repetition of the same information, but using different terms or phrases, thus giving the impression that new information is available. This study analyzes the performance of the framework and tools for detecting redundancy in sentence pairs in the software requirements specification document using the WordNet-based semantic similarity method. This study tries to develop the framework and tools that have been proposed in previous studies, namely by detecting redundancy in sentence pairs without fact extraction. The proposed approach and evaluation process uses Kappa values ??to determine whether the performance of the framework and assistive tools can be used to detect redundancy in sentence pairs properly. The method using literature study, data collection, problem analysis, making a framework, making auxiliary tools, and testing. The test uses the Kappa value with two scenarios, from the results of testing the framework and assistive tools can be used to detect redundancy in the Software Requirements Specification Document with a Kappa value of 0.777 with the interpretation of the kappa value is a substantial agreement at a threshold of 0.73

Abstract

Every day there are millions of opinion spread across social networks. This is often utilized by various parties to determine the opinion and sentiment of the public towards the product, brand or figures that they hold. Given the abundance of data and opinions, it is not possible to do sentiment analysis manually. In this research, author performs design and implementation of sentiment monitoring application, that could monitor people’s sentiment about a particular keyword, so it is known how the people response to those keywords, whether positive, negative or neutral. From various existing social networks, Twitter is chosen as the source of data that will be monitored. Classification algorithm used here is Naive-Bayes Classifier with Boolean Multinomial model, and feature extraction using unigram word. The training data used is 400,000 data for each type of sentiment, so the total is 1.200.000 data. In the process of classification and training, application will  perform  stemming  to  take  the  root  words  contained  within  the  tweet. Stemming algorithm used here is Confix Stripping. The  methodology  of  application  development  that  used  here is  staged delivery. Implementation of application is done using PHP programming language. The result of this research is a sentiment monitoring application that can monitor public sentiment about a particular keyword in a particular time frame. From testing using k-fold cross validation, obtained accuracy rate for sentiment classification amounted to 85%.

Abstract

Tumbang Rungan sub-district in Palangka Raya manages population data as part of Population Administration, among others; Death Certificate, Certificate of Marriage / Marriage, Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Disability Certificate, Building Construction Permit (IMB), Land and Building Tax, and Land Certificate. Currently there are still many government agencies that manually process population data, including Tumbang Rungan Village, Palangka Raya City, which still uses paper-based forms. If the listed requirements are incomplete, then the person concerned must go home / return first to complete the missing requirements, until they are sufficient and complete. This is very troublesome and wasteful of energy and other sacrifices. Kelurahan Tumbang Rungan, Palangkaraya City, plans to build a system that aims to assist the community in submitting information and receiving complaints by utilizing web facilities as well as monitoring the correspondence process (which is being processed or completed), and to enable the public to fill in data online. To  overcome  these  problems,  a  study  was  made, website based with the  stages  of  research  divided  into  two  stages,  namely:  (1)  literature study  and  (2)  software  development  by  applying  modified  waterfall method  which  includes  four  steps  namely  system  analysis,  design, implementation  and  testing.  For  implementation  using  PHP  in  making program  code  and  Mysql  as  a  database  to  store  data.  Furthermore, software testing uses Blackbox testing

Abstract

The use 802.11 wireless-based network services have become one of the most widely used network services, this will be directly proportional to the security holes that are in the wireless network. The rise of access rights theft in wireless networks is due to the large number of software and tools available on the internet to read encryption in wireless security. To minimize the occurrence of theft of access rights in wireless networks can use a layered security system by implementing security Hotspot login and MAC Address Filtering. This layered wireless network security is able to block users who try to access the network. This is because the wireless network security system has verified access rights 2 (two) times by matching the username and password in the hotspot login with the physical address or MAC address of the client. From the research results obtained by clients who use a username and password with different devices can not access the computer network. So every client who wants to connect to the internet network must use a device that has registered its MAC Address and in accordance with user access rights and passwords in the Hotspot login
