Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many changes to occur in Indonesia. In the PeduliLindungi application to the community, the government makes the application to the community in the hope of being able to provide a warning if it enters the covid-19 zone and various other information from covid-19 [1]. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the sentiments of PeduliLindungi users who are currently used during the Covid-19 pandemic, where this application has begun to be used to travel anywhere and anytime to find out whether the user has vaccinated or not and various other things. such as the spread of the virus and the location of vaccination. The dataset for this study was taken from the Play Store. The algorithm used is Support Vector Machine and Naive Bayes to classify the data set. The data collection technique is Text Mining and compares the results of the two specified algorithms. The results of this research are Support Vector Machine with TF IDF Vectorizer with 89.05% accuracy followed by Support Vector Machine with Count Vectorizer, Naive Bayes with TF IDF Vectorizer and Naive Bayes with Count Vectorizer.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit East Java has affected various aspects in life including health, social and economic aspects. The government imposed an emergency public activity restriction (PPKM darurat) policy as an effort to control the spread of Covid-19. As a result of these restrictions, the economy in East Java is declined. This study aims to predict economic recovery in East Java after the emergency public activity restriction (PPKM darurat) policy based on changes in the air quality index before and after the implementation of emergency public activity restriction (PPKM darurat). The data in this study were obtained through big data by web-scrapping. Using the mean difference test and Mac Nemar test, this study shows that there is a significant change in air quality index status from healthy to unhealthy air quality in districts/cities in East Java after the easing of emergency public activity restriction (PPKM darurat).

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in the closure of all types of educational institutions around the world as the delivery of education has now shifted to an exclusivity (online only) model. In this case, the perceived usefulness of the currently used online learning platform is an important aspect, especially in the absence of face-to-face classes. In this particular case, IndonesiaX is used as a reference platform to evaluate the perceived usefulness for the development of this system. The evaluation was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS), which is a Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) based approach. Usability evaluation was conducted on 25 respondents using IndonesiaX. Based on the results of the Usability evaluation, the IndonesiaX platform has a score of 69.4 and is considered to have met the Usability element.

Abstract

The arrival of the big data era with characteristics such as large volumes of data makes the calculation of execution time a concern when carrying out data analytics processes, such as forecasting food commodity prices. This study aims to examine the effect of the big data framework through the use of sparkR. The test is carried out by varying several deep learning forecasting models, namely the multi-layer perceptron model and by using the price of one food commodity from 2018 to 2020. The results show that sparkR is significantly shorter its execution time when compared to R studio. The results of testing the influence of the MLP model also show that a model with two hidden layers with a maximum node of 13 nodes in hidden layers 1 and 2 produces the longest execution time compared to only using 1 hidden layer with 5 nodes or using two hidden layers with a number of nodes of 5 and 3.

Abstract

Developing a web application from scratch is relatively hard as it requires writing a large amount of code. Maintaining the code when it comes to evolve becomes quite tedious. Therefore, using a framework will simplify the process.  Using a CSS framework will lift developers’s web designing process as it does the hard work for developers, especially Component framework as it provides a large range of components and attributes. However, when building a simple web application, developers usually do not need a full-fledged framework as it will come with a downside on performance and bundle size. In this article we will discuss three popular vue component libraries/frameworks and test its performance using GTmetrix so this can become a variable of consideration when choosing components framework.

Abstract

Application Registration and Application of Queues at the Mobile-Based Covid Poly Hospital of Doris Sylvanus was built because service system offline while doing covid-19 test and vaccination at the Doris Sylvanus Hospital, it was found that there was a build-up of public queues so that it became less efficient for the queuing system and the information conveyed, so many people were less interested in conducting covid-19 test and vaccinations at the Covid Poly Hospital Doris Sylvanus. In this research, the software development method is used waterfall. In the program modeling, several charts are described, including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Class Diagrams.The application and website creation phase of this study used Android Studio, Firebase, XML, Java, PHP, Javascript, CSS, and JSON. As for System testing in this study uses a blackbox testing system. With the construction of the Mobile-Based Registration and Application Queue Application at the Covid Poly RSUD Doris Sylvanus, this results in a queuing system and registration application, and it is hoped that it can help optimize the services available at the Covid Poly RSUD Doris Sylvanus.

Abstract

When starting to sell, there are several factors that must be considered before starting to trade, one of which is choosing a strategic location. However, choosing a strategic location is not easy because they have to consider several things and need to conduct surveys in various places, which certainly takes a long time. In addition, with the covid pandemic and the policy for the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM), the public cannot conduct direct surveys. In designing the Street Vendor Mapping Application in the city of Malang using the human-centred Design method because in designing this application, an approach involves the user of the application. At the testing stage, usability testing was carried out on 8 participants with the results getting the effectiveness aspect value of 91.96%, the efficiency aspect using the Time-Based Efficiency calculation of 0.091 goals/sec, and the satisfaction aspect getting a score of 80.94, which is level A, ranking Excellent, with acceptable category. Furthermore, User Experience testing was also carried out on 20 participants using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) measurement with the results of the attractiveness aspect of 2.24, the perspicuity aspect of 2.16, the efficiency aspect of 2.39, the dependability aspect of 2.10, the stimulation aspect of 2.05, and the novelty aspect of 1.73.

Abstract

Information security is an important thing that must be considered for every individual and institution in order to avoid crime. Poor information systems can threaten the critical infrastructure of an organization. Problems with system security vulnerabilities or disruptions are widely scattered on the internet. Early detection of the weakness of a system is the initial solution in securing a system. Therefore we need an analysis of the vulnerability of a system that refers to the security standardization of the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) by performing an active scan. Website vulnerability analysis using the OWASP ZAP technique with the help of several security tools is able to determine the security level of a website based on the results of scans and tests that have been carried out where almost every test category is able to find vulnerabilities, although there are several categories that do not have vulnerabilities. The purpose of this study is to identify the vulnerabilities contained in the University Academic Information System website and conduct testing and analysis to determine the condition of the vulnerability of the University Academic Information System website using the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP). The research method used as a website security parameter is OWASP Top-10 2021.

Abstract

The "Program Indonesia Pintar" (PIP) is a program from the Indonesian government to help children from poor families to get the proper education. Schools often deal with obstacles when selecting the students who are eligible for the PIP grant, due to the process of collecting and managing many registration files, thus requiring high accuracy to prevent errors in the selection results. Therefore, this research aims to develop a website of Decision Support System to support the tasks of the PIP recipient selection committee. The Decision Support System applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to obtain the selection results from the ranking of the requirements data handed over by the applicants for the selection of PIP beneficiaries. Then this research applies the Waterfall software development method to analyze, design and develop the Decision Support System website. Furthermore, the results of the black box test indicate that the functions of this Decision Support System work according to their objectives. The system can manage the selection registration data and generate the rankings of prospective PIP beneficiaries.

Abstract

Validity is a measure to show the level of validity or validity of an instrument. An instrument is said to be valid if it is able to measure what the user wants and is able to obtain the right data from the variables studied. Validity is the accuracy or accuracy of an instrument to measure what is to be measured. The researcher used SPSS with the R-Table method and Cohen's Kappa for testing the validity of the software. In testing data collection instruments, validity can be divided into 2, namely item validity and factor validity. The measurement of factor validity correlates the item scores with the total item scores. In validity testing, 30 people will collect sample data, then the data will be processed using SPSS by applying the R-Table method, while Cohen's Kappa is used to measure the degree of agreement of two raters in classifying objects into groups / groups and Measuring agreement on alternative new methods with existing methods
