Abstract

The Effect of Promotions And Product Quality to Sales Volume of Batam city (case study on housing buana Bukit Permata in Batam)  This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion And Sales Volume Of Product Quality At PT. Cipta Group Batam. This research was conducted with survey approach that consists of variable Promotion and Product Quality (X), and Volume Sales (Y). To prove the effect of Promotion And Sales Volume Of Product Quality, the authors collected data by distributing questionnaires as many as 100 respondents as samples taken from Bukit Permata Buana housing consumers in Batam which already occupies Bukit Permata Buana housing. Data were collected through questionnaires were processed using the application program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20. The results showed that the promotion and quality of products jointly contribute to give a positive and significant impact on sales volume amounted to 25.1%, while the remaining 74.9% is influenced by other factors. Partial regression analysis results indicate that the promotion of individual variables have a positive and significant impact on sales volume, while the variable quality of the products individually does not affect the volume of sales.

Abstract

In this study, the authors intend to answer a few basic ideas, so research to be answered through this research are : Are Wages influence on employee performance, Is Work Environment influence on employee performance, Is Work Stress influence on employee performance, and Do Wages, Work Environment and Job stress jointly influence on employee performance in RSUD Embung Fatimah Batam City.The results of this study indicated with tcount, that wages have a significant and positive effect on employee performance amounted to 3,133 1,294. The working environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance amounted to 2,736 1,294. And job stress has a positive and significant impact on employee performance amounted to 3,399 1,294.Like wise with Wages, Work Environment and Stress work together-together have an influence on employee performance in Batam City Hospital Fatimah Embung indicated by the value of R 2 (R Square) of 0.841 or 84.1 %. This means the ability to variables Wages, Working Environment and Work Stress in explaining variable employee performance is 84.1 %, which means quite closely. The remaining 15.9% is explained by other variables not in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Pengaruh Brand Image Terhadap Keputusan Konsumen pada PT. Surya Madistrindo Batam”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan konsumen PT. Surya Madistrindo batam, serta untuk menganalisis dari variabel bebas mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli produk PT. Surya Madistrindo Batam. Jenis data yang di gunakan adalah data kualitatif yang di peroleh dari jawaban kuesioner yang di sebarkan kepada sejumlah responden dengan jumlah populasi 773 nasabah, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 89 responden di tentukan dengan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%, dan teknik pengujian data pada penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan analisis regresi linear berganda                 Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dapat di simpulkan. Pertama terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari variabel bebas (citra produsen) terhadap variabel terikat (keputusan konsumen). Hal ini terbukti dari nilai positif uji t dengan nilai thitung  2.051 ttabel 1,663 serta memiliki nilai signifikan sesbesar 0,043 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Kedua terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari variabel bebas (citra konsumen) terhadap variabel terikat (keputusan konsumen). Hal ini terbukti dari nilai positif uji t dengan nilai thitung  2.079 ttabel 1,663 serta memiliki nilai signifikan sebesar 0,041 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Ketiga terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari variabel bebas (citra produk) terhadap variabel terikat (keputusan konsumen). Hal ini terbukti dari nilai positif uji t dengan nilai thitung  2.336  ttabel 1,663 serta memiliki nilai signifikan sebesar 0,022yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dari ketiga variabel  bebas diatas, variabel citra produk yang memberikan pengaruh yang dominan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam memilih produk rokok. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikan (0,022) lebih signifikan di banding variabel lainya.

Abstract

Variabel lokasi usaha (X1) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan (Y) terbukti, dengan thitung 4,033 dan ttabel 2,0095. Maka Ha diterima, karena variabel lokasi usaha mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan pada Perusahaan Oleh-oleh Khas Batam, Nay@dam. Variabel segmentasi pasar (X2) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan (Y) terbukti, dengan thitung 3,257 dan ttabel2,0095. Maka Ha diterima, karena variabel segmentasi pasar mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan pada Perusahaan Oleh-oleh Khas Batam, Nay@dam. Variabel lokasi usaha ( X1) dan segmentasi pasar (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan (Y) dapat dilihat dari Fhitung sebesar 36.228 dan Ftabel 2,45, dengan angka signifikan F sebesar 0,000 atau 0,0000,05. Hal ini berarti lokasi usaha (X1), dan segmentasi pasar (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan (Y) dengan persentase sebesar 60,7% (0.607).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Solvency, Activities of financial performance on a cigarette company listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this research is the method of documentation that is by collecting and recording the financial statements.                Source data used are secondary data from financial statements tobacco companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2010- 2014 which can be obtained through the website www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the number of respondents 3 companies. Data analysis method used is multiple regression linear regression analysis with menggunakaan SPSS 20 for Windows.               The study states that (1) partially Liquidity significant effect on financial performance, (2) Solvency no significant effect on financial performance (3) Activities significant effect on financial performance, (4) simultaneous Liquidity, Solvency, Activities significant effect on performance non financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Educational Background and Work Experience of the Employees Productivity at PT. Indotirta Suaka Moon Island, Batam. Data collect through questionnaires and conducted on 81 respondents.  Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 20 statistical sample technique and is based on research estimates using Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% and testing techniques of data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach alpha. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis.  Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that varaiables and satisfaction Educational Background influence Employees Productivity and Work Experience variables affect the Employees Productivity. Then through the F test can be seen that two independent variables simultaneously affect the employees productivity. Figure adjusted R2 of 0.415 indicates that 41.5% variable employees productivity can be explained by the two independent variables in the regression equation, while the remaining 58.5% is explained by other variables outside the two variables used in the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether is a positive and significant relationship between performance appraisal and leadership style on work productivity, as well to determine jointly whether is a positive and significant relationship between job performance and assessment of leadership style on produktivity at work PT. Sumitomo Batam Indonesia.            From the result of multiple regresion analysis, the equation obtained to predict the magnitude of the effect between the independent variable (X) of the variable is dependent (Y), namely produktivity (Y)=2.664+2.450X1+1.184X2. cab be seen that the assessment of work performance/achievement has more higre influence than the leadership style.            Of the F-test result, obtained valuaes of 49.196, F value with probality values (sig) = 0,000. Fcount ( 49.196) Ftable (3,09), and the sig smaller than the probality value of 0,05 or 0,000 0,05; Means jointly work performance appraisal and leadership style have a significant effect on labor produktivity.            From the result of the t-test, in can be concluded that the variable job performance appraisal and leadership style variable has a significant influence on labor produktivity, with a significant level of 0,05% or 5%. Calculation ofthe t-test showed that the tcount ttable.
