Abstract

AbstrakKomunikasi pemasaran merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam mencapai tujuan pemasaran dari suatu perusahaan, karena komunikasi pemasaran berfungsi untuk memperkenalkan, menginformasikan, menawarkan, memengaruhi, dan mempertahankan tingkah laku membeli dari konsumen dan pelanggan potensial perusahaan.  Setiap perusahaan berusaha untuk mengimplementasikan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang terbaik guna mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dari calon konsumen.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dilakukan pada beberapa perusahaan di kota Palopo dengan menggunakan sampel 50 perusahaan dari 1292 perusahaan yang ada (Palopo dalam angka 2021). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk komunikasi pemasaran yang digunakan dan bauran komunikasi pemasaran yang paling dominan digunakan oleh beberapa perusahaan di kota Palopo.Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa semua elemen bauran komunikasi pemasaran digunakan oleh perusahaan yang ada di kota Palopo sedangkan bauran komunikasi pemasaran yang paling dominan digunakan oleh perusahaan adalah bauran promosi penjualan (sales promotion), sedangkan bauran yang paling jarang digunakan adalah bauran hubungan masyarakat.

Abstract

This article seeks to reinstate the concept of educational waqf in recognition of student-related financial difficulties, especially during the era of the covid-19 pandemic. Malaysia and Indonesia promote higher education among their muslim communities. However, issues of sustainability in private higher education will require some effort in the related muslim communities for the empowerment of the educational waqf for future generations. These efforts will benefit not just the students, but also the institutions of education themselves to enhance the national civilization of one country. Al-Azhar University is an example of an institution founded on waqf property, and a symbol as the world's primary and most successful Islamic higher education system due to waqf contributions. Higher education facilities are costly to operate since they need the development of permanent infrastructures such as mosques, academic and administrative buildings, dormitories, and libraries. Additionally, both physical infrastructure maintenance and human skill development need considerable financial commitment. As a result of this reality, this article contributes to a better understanding of the role of educational waqf for institutions of higher learning, particularly private universities or colleges as well as the prospects and sustainability of the institutions for the muslim community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus  pada komitmen organisasional pegawai yang memiliki peran penting dan strategis dalam mendukung kelangsungan hidup dan perkembangan institusi, dimana penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian empiris tentang Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional Pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Palopo". Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pada Dinas Sosial. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Sosial yakni  123 orang. Dengan metode sample sebanyak 100 orang.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitment organisasi masing-masing telah memiliki nilai loading (original sampel) faktor diatas 0,5 dan dikategorikan sudah sangat baik (valid) untuk selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian hipotesis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan bisnis online pada masa pandemi covid-19. Responden penelitian adalah pelaku bisnis online yang berjumlah 200 mahasiswa muslim pada perguruan tinggi di Kudus. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Convinience Sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan, Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan AMOS 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara manajemen hubungan pelanggan, akses pasar dan inovasi terhadap pertumbuhan bisnis online yang dijalankan mahasiswa muslim di Kudus. Penetapan harga produk tidak berdampak bagi pertumbuhan bisnis online karena akan memicu pelaku bisnis untuk saling perang harga. Implikasi manajerial penelitian ini adalah bahwa pelaku bisnis online perlu untuk memperhatikan pelanggan dengan melakukan manajemen hubungan pelanggan yang baik, meningkatkan akses pasar dan melakukan inovasi terhadap produk dan layanan karena akan berdampak pada pertumbuhan  bisnis.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) in Improving Quality of Life Society this study. 1) How PKK build motivation and cooperation in a program, 2) How PKK role in building the quality of life in Rinding Allo Village. The purpose of this research is to build unity or cooperation PKK in memberian motivation to villagers and to improve the quality of life in business opportunities. The benefits of this research is the academic benefits, to broaden the village PKK in improving women, also can be used as material for further research relating to the role of the PKK problem, especially in human resource development. Benefits Practice, as a material to further understanding of the role of the PKK in improving the quality of the village and provide additional knowledge to the PKK in the implementation of programs and the Role of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) in Improving Quality of Life Community in Rinding Allo Village, North Luwu. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using primary and secondary data sources. Primary data is an object or original documents or also the raw material of the perpetrators. Data collected from the actual situation when the event occurred, and secondary data is data obtained indirectly. In this case the data obtained from books, personal documents, family data from the village, journals or other articles related to this research.

Abstract

Halal tourism is one sector in Islamic Economics which is growing significantly. By 2015, Global Muslim spending on travel (outbound) has increased to reach $151 billion (excluding Hajj and Umrah). This is expected to reach $243 billion by 2021. In food market, Global Muslim spending on Food and Beverages (F&B) has increased to reach $1,173 billion in 2015. And it is expected to reach $1,914 billion by 2021. And also in media and recreation market, Global Muslim spending on it has grown 7.3% to reach $189 billion in 2015 and it is expected to reach $ 262 billion by 2021. For Indonesia, the Indonesian Muslim community has spent approximately $9.1 billion in the sectors of tourism, $154.9 in the halal food and beverages sector, and $8.8 billion in media and leisure sectors.For halal tourism destination, Indonesia placed in top three among Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) state member countries.In fact, the opportunity to make Indonesia as a world's halal tourism destination is very large. Not only because Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim, but the culture and natural resources owned by this country is very abundant.This paper tries to explain some of the development of halal tourism destinations in Indonesia both the potential and the challenges.

Abstract

The rate of economic growth continues to decline As a result of the declining rate of growth of gross domestic product, the number of poor people increases. Various steps have been taken by the government to increase economic growth by utilizing local resources in each region.This study aims to explain the role of the agricultural sector in efforts to increase regional economic growth in East Luwu Regency and the competitiveness of the agricultural sector. This research uses quantitative methods with data analysis using Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share (SS), Klassen Typology and Market Structure Analysis . The results of this study show that the LQ analysis and Klassen typology analysis show that the agricultural sector is a potential sector and can still grow. The implication of the article is that local governments must encourage agricultural productivity, transform towards agro-industry and increase market share as well as provide agricultural product processing facilities to increase product selling value

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of investment knowledge, investment benefits, motivation minimum investment and capital investment on stock investment interest in the capital market sharia. The object of this research is students in Palopo City. The sampling method in this study uses Non Probability Sampling . The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that investment knowledge, investment benefits, investment motivation and minimum investment capital have a significant positive effect on investment interest in the Islamic capital market.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on the marketing of culinary micro, small and medium enterprises (SME`s) in Semarang City. The aim of this research is: (1) Determine the effect of market orientation on market efficiency (2) Determine the effect of business orientation on market efficiency. By using quantitative descriptive research, the sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling method. The data obtained in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 culinary MSME respondents registered in the city of Semarang. SEM Paket Amos 24.0 is used as an analytical tool. The results of the research obtained are (1) Marketing orientation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME culinary marketing (2) Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME culinary marketing.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the entire world has caused all activities to be carried out online (online) including learning activities. Experience is lacking and is something that is still unfamiliar in Indonesia in conducting online learning,  causing several obstacles and difficulties in delivering learning optimally, especially in practical courses.  The problem of this research is "How is the Quality of Online Learning Services  in Graphic Design and Publishing Courses  during the Covid-19 Pandemic". The purpose of this research is the development of a conceptual integration model in the quality of online learning services  expected by students. The sample size of this study was 21 respondents. The method of data collection is done by providing a list of questions using Google Form.  Reliability results are considered good enough; Responsiveness, Assurance and Attention are considered good; Direct Evidence (Tangible) has not been good.  The conclusion in this study was obtained to conclude that the limited facilities and infrastructure and costs owned by students in conducting practical lectures   online during the COVID-19 pandemic caused many obstacles in carrying out a quality online service process.
