Abstract

In the last decade, the higher education sector has faced increasingly fierce competition, demanding the adaptation of more integrated marketing strategies. This study seeks to examine the effectiveness of Telkom University’s omnichannel marketing. implementation in influencing students' decisions to choose the Digital Marketing Study Program. The main problem underlying this research is the declining trend in the number of enrollments in the study program from 2022 to 2025. Using a quantitative method with an associative/causal approach, data were collected through a questionnaire from 103 respondents who were active and new students of the Digital Marketing Study Program. The variables tested included Omnichannel Marketing (X) with indicators of channel integration quality, content consistency, seamless customer experience, and personalization, and Purchase Decision (Y) with indicators of problem identification, information seeking, evaluation of available alternatives, and purchase decision-making. Marketing showed a significant positive effect on students’ decision-making process, as reflected by the corresponding significance value. of 0.000 and a t-value of 12.959. The model's explanatory power was reflected by (R²) of 0.624 indicates that Omnichannel Marketing contributes 62.4% to the variation in student decisions, while the other 37.6% of the variance is influenced by factors not included in the proposed research model. This study concludes that consistent and seamless communication channels are crucial factors in building trust and strengthening prospective students' decisions. Recommendations for study programs include increasing responsiveness in real-time communication channels and optimizing interactive content to strengthen prospective students' digital experiences.

Abstract

Fluctuations in gold prices influenced by global economic conditions, inflation, exchange rates, and geopolitical uncertainty can influence people's behavior in investing in gold. Differences in the characteristics of Gold Savings and Gold Installment products are thought to cause different responses to changes in gold prices. This study aims to analyze the effect of gold prices on the volume of Gold Savings and Gold Installment purchase transactions and compare the effect of gold prices on both products at Pegadaian Syariah Kebun Bunga Banjarmasin Branch in 2025. This study uses a quantitative approach with a time series design. The data used are daily gold price data, Gold Savings purchase transaction volume, and Gold Installment during the period January–December 2025. Data collection techniques were carried out through documentation, while data analysis used descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, t-tests (partial), coefficients of determination (R²), as well as dummy variable regression and interactions to test the differences in the influence of gold prices on both products. The results of the study indicate that gold prices have a positive and significant effect on the transaction volume of Gold Savings purchases, with a significance value of 0.000, and a positive and significant effect on the transaction volume of Gold Installments purchases, with a significance value of 0.002. The regression coefficient for Gold Savings is larger than for Gold Installments, indicating a relatively higher level of sensitivity. However, the results of the dummy variable regression and interaction terms indicate no statistically significant difference in the effect of gold prices between the two products. Thus, gold prices have been shown to influence the transaction volume of both Sharia gold investment products, but the effects are not significantly different.

Abstract

Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the construction industry from 2020 to 2025 will have their company value analyzed to determine the impact of profitability and liquidity. A company's firm value is a key indication of how investors see the company's current and future prospects. Using secondary data collected from construction businesses' yearly financial reports, this study adopts a quantitative technique. A total of 19 organizations with 114 firm-year observations were included in the sample, which was obtained by a purposive sampling strategy. With the help of EViews, we ran a panel data regression on the collected data. The Fixed Effect Model (FEM) was determined to be the best suitable model for this research after conducting model selection using the Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier tests. Firm value is significantly affected by profitability and liquidity at the same time, according to the findings. Return on Assets (ROA), a measure of profitability, does not significantly impact the value of a corporation. Firm value is positively and significantly affected by liquidity, as assessed by the Current Ratio (CR). According to these results, construction industry investors care more about a company's capacity to pay its bills on time and stay afloat than they do about its present profitability. This research adds to the existing body of knowledge on firm value by demonstrating the significance of liquidity as an indicator for investors when assessing the performance of corporations via the lens of the Indonesian construction industry.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in maintaining the sustainability of the organization, especially in the banking sector which is highly dependent on service quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress and workload on employee turnover intention at PT X. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to frontliner employees. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of work stress and workload on turnover intention. The results showed that work stress had a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention, while workload showed a positive influence direction but did not have a significant effect on turnover intention. The findings of the study indicate that the psychological pressure that arises from work plays a greater role in driving the desire of employees to leave the organization than the demands of the job itself. Effective work stress management is necessary to increase employee retention and reduce turnover intention.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed marketing communication strategies from conventional methods to digital-based marketing through social media. Instagram has become one of the most widely used platforms by businesses to promote products and establish relationships with consumers. This study aims to analyze the influence of content quality and brand awareness on purchase intention toward Batik Puspita products among Generation Z in Pacitan Regency. A quantitative approach with explanatory research design was employed. The sample consisted of 156 Generation Z respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results revealed that content quality and brand awareness simultaneously exerted a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with an F-value of 325.404 and a significance level below 0.001. Partially, content quality had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention with a regression coefficient of 0.625 and a t-value of 10.184. Brand awareness also had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention with a regression coefficient of 0.360 and a t-value of 5.239. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.810 indicates that content quality and brand awareness account for 81% of the variation in purchase intention. These findings suggest that improving content quality and strengthening brand awareness through Instagram can significantly increase Generation Z’s purchase intention toward Batik Puspita products.

Abstract

Purpose: Earnings management remains a serious problem in Indonesia's infrastructure sector, as shown by alleged financial statement manipulation cases at PT Waskita Karya, PT Wijaya Karya, and PT Nusantara Infrastructure during 2021-2025. This study aims to examine, both simultaneously and partially, the effect of audit quality, audit committee, CEO characteristics, and profitability on earnings management in infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021-2025. Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression. From a population of 70 infrastructure companies, 37 companies were selected through purposive sampling; after removing three outlier companies, the final sample is 34 companies with 170 balanced panel observations. Earnings management is measured by discretionary accruals using the Modified Jones Model; audit quality by a Big Four dummy; the audit committee by its number of members; CEO characteristics by CEO tenure; and profitability by Return on Assets. Data were analyzed with EViews 12 through descriptive statistics, panel model selection, and hypothesis testing. Results: The model is significant, meaning the four variables simultaneously affect earnings management, with an adjusted R-squared of 5.33%. Partially, audit quality has a negative and significant effect, the audit committee has a positive and significant effect , contrary to the hypothesized direction; while CEO characteristics  and profitability  have no significant effect. Implications: Big Four auditors are an effective external monitoring mechanism, whereas adding audit committee members without ensuring competence and independence weakens oversight. Regulators should therefore emphasize the substantive effectiveness of audit committees rather than formal compliance, and investors can use auditor reputation as a signal of financial reporting quality.

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction has become an important issue in human resource management in achieving organizational goals and sustainability. In an increasingly competitive business environment, organizations are required to create conditions that encourage employees to continue to have job satisfaction supported by work motivation and behavioral conformity with the values embraced by the organization. PT XYZ, as a state-owned company operating in the plantation sector, faces challenges related to indications of job dissatisfaction, work motivation, and implementation of organizational culture, which can affect employee job satisfaction. The existence of these indications is seen from the inappropriate behavior and rules set by the organization. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of employees of the Human Resources Division and Secretariat at PT XYZ. This research method uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire that was distributed to all employees of the Human Resources Division and Secretariat at PT XYZ. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. Hypothesis testing is carried out through partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-tests), and determination coefficient analysis (R²). The methods used are descriptive and quantitative associative. The results of the partial test showed that work motivation and organizational culture had a positive influence on employee job satisfaction. Likewise, simultaneously, work motivation and organizational culture affect employee job satisfaction, which shows that the level of influence is very strong. This result states that the higher the work motivation possessed by the employees of the Human Resources Division and Secretariat at PT XYZ, followed by the stronger the employees in implementing the values embraced by the organization, the higher the employee job satisfaction so that it can support the effectiveness of the organization.
