Abstract

School Operational Assistance (BOS) is a government program that is basically providing funding for non-personnel operating costs for basic education units as implementing compulsory education programs. With the existence of BOS funds, it is hoped that education can succeed in Indonesia and produce a quality generation of the nation. The ineffectiveness of the management and allocation of BOS funds is one of the problems in the world of education. Therefore we need a Decision Support System that can help schools allocate BOS funds with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method is often known as the weighted sum method by determining the value of each criterion for each selected alternative. This funding allocation decision support system was also applied using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language and by using the Microsoft Access 2010 database. The results of this study were obtained for Quarter I namely Alternative A4, for Quarter II namely Alternative A3, for TW III namely Alternative A1 , and for Quarter IV alternative A5.

Abstract

BPJS Employment (Managing Social Security Agency) is a form of public service. Efforts in improving services need to have benchmarks on the level of participant satisfaction both in terms of tangibles, reliability. Responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Based on the research and the problem, a research about participant satisfaction was conducted. Participants are given a questionnaire which will be processed using the C45 algorithm. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the participant's side to find out whether the participant is satisfied or not satisfied with the services provided. Seeing the problems above, a research will be conducted with the title "Data mining to measure the level of satisfaction of BPJS Employee participants using the C45 algorithm". The purpose of this study is to find out whether BPJS Employment has provided quality services that are in line with participants' expectations.

Abstract

All levels of society basically want to have a healthy and fresh body. Every activity or activity that ends with the goal of overcoming a fat body so that it is hoped that it will no longer be fat, is interpreted as an activity or diet activity. Overcoming a fat body into an ideal body is very difficult for consumers to do. Many consumers find an easy and fast alternative way to process their diet program. The search for herbal medicine to meet one's dietary needs requires a lot of effort and time, rather than finding chemical drugs that tend to be relatively easy, but have more dangerous properties than consuming herbal medicines, which tend to be very few side effects. For this reason, consumers are expected to consume herbal medicines that are much safer, rather than consuming chemical drugs that are harmful to the health of the body.This paper discusses ways to overcome problems in choosing herbal medicines for the right diet so that it can provide a positive response for every consumer in consuming herbal medicine to meet their dietary needs in their life. Abstract

In the library of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, the search process for book layouts has not been well organized, where students and officers are still doing the seacrh process manually, namely officiers and students will come one by one books helves to find where the desired book is located. A process like this can complicate and slow down staff and students in the process of seacrhing for books, so that the author builds a web-based book layout search system that is more optimal and well-organized. To make it easier for students to find the location of the desired book and reduce the problems that occur in the book search process and help the staff work process more efficiently. This book layout search system is web-based, making it easier for students to find the desired book. The steps used in this research are requirements analysis, system design and system testing. The design of this system is designed using structured diagrams, namely Context Diagrams, data flow diagrams or called DFD, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and database design or called file design or called file design using MySQL. Abstract

Processing data and information quickly and accurately is needed. To get it, it must be supported by a technology that is appropriate and useful and relevant for its application. Especially for PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Krueng Geukueh which is a company that manages all aspects of electricity to the aspect of meter activation, both prepaid and postpaid. Where when the staff activates the meter, they still carry out the data collection system and record data and information using the manual method, namely using Microsoft Excel and an agenda book. From these problems raised the idea to create a web-based information system, which can perform meter activation data processing. This web-based information system design uses PHP and MySQL. With the prepaid meter activation data collection system at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Krueng Geukueh, staff or employees in the energy transaction division can input meter activation data, delete data, add data, view meter activation data and print prepaid meter activation data reports quickly and efficiently

Abstract

Motorcycles are the main means of transportation that many people use to support their activities. Before the development of technology, motorcycles still use carburetors. However, motorcycles that still use the carburetor system are still considered wasteful. With the development of technology, currently there is a Yamaha brand motorcycle with an injection system that is able to supply gasoline according to the engine's needs. Motorcycles with injection technology are much more efficient than motorcycles with carburetor technology, besides being economical, this type of motorcycle has reliable engine performance and power. However, there are often obstacles that cause damage to Yamaha injection motorcycles so that they interfere with user activities. An expert system is a system that adopts the expertise of an expert expert in a particular field into a computer system or program that is presented with a display that can be used by users who are not experts so that with this system users can make decisions or determine policies like an expert in solving problems. problem. The Certainty factor method is used to obtain the certainty value of the type of damage from an injection motorcycle expert, so that the user also gets a certainty value of damage from the selected symptoms from expert experience. The results of the diagnosis on the expert system that have been made that if the user checks for symptoms such as the engine stuttering when the gas is turned on, the electric starter is difficult/not lifting, the engine is difficult to start when using the kick starter, the exhaust often emits an explosive sound, it can be concluded from the results of the analysis that The damage is on the spark plug with a value of MB = 0.99, MD = 0.22 and a Certainty Factor value of 76.66%. The results of diagnostics that have been carried out by visitors or mechanics can be accessed again by entering the email in the database

Abstract

Hasil penelitian pada PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta regional Medan, ditemukan adanya masalah pada sistemkomunikasi yang tidak efisien dan belum bersifat mobile. Serta mahalnya biaya perawatan (maintenance) perangkatpada sistem komunikasi yang saat ini digunakan. Untuk itu VoIP hadir sebagai solusi masalah sistem komunikasi yanghemat dan efisien. Dalam perancangan VoIP, metode yang digunakan adalah metode PPDIOO (Prepare, Plan, Design,Implement, Operate, Optimize). Metode ini digunakan untuk merancang pada tahap awal, hingga tahappenyempurnaan. Tahap implementasi menggunakan aplikasi 3CX Phone System yang berfungsi sebagai server, dan XLite/Zoiper sebagai softphone. Suara yang dihasilkan VoIP jernih, tidak ada noise, dan tidak ada jeda suara pada saatdilakukan panggilan telepon antara user.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan evaluasi indeks kinerja dosen merupakan suatu aktifitas yang secara terus-menerus dilakukanpada perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan kualitas dosen secara berkelanjutan. STMIK Pelita Nusantara akan secaraterus-menerus melakukan evaluasi indeks kinerja dosen pada setiap akhir semester, sekaligus untuk mendukung mutupelaksanaan kegiatan tri dharma perguruan tinggi oleh seorang dosen ditambah dengan motivasi dapat melaksanakanbidang penelitian dan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan strata satu ilmu komputer,Sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian indeks kinerja dosen menggunakan metode analytical hierarchy process(AHP)berdasarkan 5 kriteria yang ditentukan saya peneliti sebagai unsur penilaian dengan 1. Disiplin dan kehadiran, 2.kuisioner, 3. penelitian, 4. pengabdian dan 5. gaya sikap perlikau. Dan sebagai alat bantu pemrosesan data-datanyadigunakan Windows 10, dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya, serta pemrograman PHP. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasidengan informasi hasil evaluasi kinerja dosen yang direkomendasikan kepada ketua STMIK Pelita Nusantara Medandalam melaksanakan tri dharma perguruan tinggi pada setiap akhir semester.

Abstract

Along with advances in science and technology, especially in the field of medicine, more sophisticated medical equipment will be produced in fighting disease or making early detection of disease so that treatment can be faster. One of them is digestive disorders in humans. The purpose of this study is to build an expert system application that is able to diagnose digestive disorders in humans based on the symptoms experienced by implementing the Certainty Factor method. The development of an expert system uses the waterfall model, which consists of the stages of analysis, formulating problems, collecting data, and testing. The implementation of the Certainty Factor method in this expert system is used to generate a level of confidence in the diagnosis of the disease. The expert system was tested through 3 stages of testing, namely blackbox test, validity test and user test. In the blackbox test, the system functions run as expected. In the validity test, the system is declared valid for use. In the user test, respondents gave the criteria of "Eligible". From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the system is able to provide a trust value and can diagnose digestive disorders based on the symptoms entered by the user. Because the system is still limited, it is hoped that there will be system development with other methods so that it is more useful for users

Abstract

Pestisida bagian dari jenis racun yang digunakan untuk membasmi hama seperti ulat, belalang, tikus, burung pada tanaman padi. Pestisida sering digunakan petani agar padi yang ditanam tidak mengalami kerusakan yang begitu parah akibat adanya hama. Akibatnya, Padi yang terkena hama akan menjadi rusak dan hasil panen tidak memuaskan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian untuk merekomendasikan pestisida pada tanaman padi di Desa Rumbia. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistem Keputusan dengan Metode TOPSIS Dalam Merekomendasikan Pestisida Terbaik Pada Tanaman Padi Di Desa Rumbia. Tempat riset pada penelitian ini dilakukan di UD. Reva. Kasus pada penelitian ini digunakan untuk membasmi hama ulat. Hasil penelitian ini digunakan untuk kasus dalam merekomendasikan pestisida pada tanaman padi di Desa Rumbia. Tidak dapat digunakan pada tempat riset lain, karena dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan tempat riset memiliki cara yang berbeda-beda. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dibangun dapat membantu serta memudahkan para petani dalam memilih pestisida untuk hama ulat yang terbaik dari beberapa jenis pestisida. Dari 10 data alternative didapatkan dari hasil perhitungan metode TOPSIS bahwa Demolish, Sanggribit, dan Amate yang memiliki nilai akurasi tertinggi sehingga dapat direkomendasikan untuk dipakai oleh para petani di Desa Rumbia. Metode Topsis cukup efektif dalam memberikan keputusan yang optimal. Sistem ini dibangun dengan berbasis web dan MYSQL sebagai database.
