Abstract

In time of the Covid-19 pandemic, with the necessity to run online lectures, there are obstacles in designing an online learning media that is easy to use by teachers and easy to understand by students. This community service program provides training on how to make learning videos by utilizing the Powtoon and Screencastify applications for teachers which is carried out by mentoring to improve teacher abilities. The sustainability of the program is fully returned to the teachers who participated in the training to continue the implementation of this learning application after the program is finished. From the results of the questionnaire evaluating the results of the training, it can be seen that there are positive results in terms of increasing competitiveness and values ​​in the field of education for fostered partners. This is shown by when the material is delivered, participants are given the option to practice making learning videos in groups and individually using the Powtoon and Screencastify applications. The participants were very enthusiastic about participating in this training. This is because they have just used these two applications for making learning videos. All of them were satisfied with this activity and the participants hoped that there would be retraining activities in the future.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Keuangan Desa atau disingkat dengan SISKEUDES berisi tentang rencana semua data keuangan desa, laporan uang masuk, uang keluar, dan kegunaanya. Saat ini, proses input dan pengolahan data rincian kegiatan SISKEUDES di kantor DISKOMINFOSAN Aceh Tamiang masih manual dan memakan waktu cukup banyak. Selain itu, bisa saja terjadi kesalahan saat melakukan pengolahan data secara manual. Oleh karena itu, sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi dibuat untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Perancangan sistem menggunakan DFD (Data Flow Diagram) serta menggunakan bahasa pemograman yaitu PHP. Sistem ini dikembangkan agar mempermudah pegawai akuntasi dikantor Kominfo untuk mencatat keuangan.

Abstract

Chili is a plant that has an important role in human life. Apart from being a source of vitamins, chili can also be used as a mixture of food and medicine. In the implementation of planting, chili plantings often fail, including crop failure due to various kinds of diseases. However, to find out the type of disease that attacks it requires an expert / agricultural expert, while in handling chili plant diseases it is often time-constrained due to the limited knowledge of the farmers and the lack of an expert who is an expert in this field who can go directly to farmers. Therefore, to overcome the problems of farmers, a system that has knowledge like an expert in this case has knowledge of the symptoms and diseases of chili plants. To answer this problem, a web-based expert system application will be built. The design of this system uses the forward chaining and oreste method which is intended to assist farmers in diagnosing chili plant diseases. Expert systems are used in all fields, one of which is in the field of food crops. One of the benefits of expert systems in the field of food crops is that it makes it easier for farmers to detect diseases in chili plants so that farmers can find out the type of disease and how to handle it quickly without having to wait for experts who have competence in that field.

Abstract

An alumni tracer is a graduate trace study or alumni trail, conducted to students after graduation. Tracer alumni aim to know the outcome of education in the form of transition from the world of college education to the world of work.In writing this practice work report the author conducts an analysis using field studies and literature studies on the alumni data collection system at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Malikussaleh University which is still done manually, so that the author decided to build a web-based Tracer Alumni information system that can facilitate the tracking of graduating students, tracer alumni system can also be one of the support for credit the college.This system is designed using PHP/Xampp programming language by using structured diagrams, namely with Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and database design using MySQL.

Abstract

Pada era ini sistem informasi memang tidak dapat dipisahkan lagi dari kesaharian seseorang baik dalam aktifitas harian maupun dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Oleh karena itu, agar tidak mehambat pekerjaan perusahaan/instansi sistem informasi absensi pegawai berbasis web ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah admin dan pegawai dalam mekukan absensi dan rekapitulasi yang dikarenakan masih manual dan sistem terdahulu sudah tidak berfungsi lagi, mengingat kebutuhan dan pentingnya absensi bagi suatu perusahan/instansi. Sistem informasi ini memudahkan pegawai untuk melihat absensinya serta catatan yang pegawai buat karena terdapat form: absensiku, tambah catatan, catatanku. Pembuatan sistem informasi berbasis web ini yaitu dengan merancang tabel-tabel, DFD, ERD serta mengunakan php myadmin, notepad ++, dreamweaver, visual studio sebagai software pendukung. Untuk hasil penelitiannya diharapkan sistem informasi absensi pegawai berbasis web dapat menunjang dan membantu pekerjaan serta dapat membantu kinerja perusahaan khususnya dibidang Sumber Daya Manusia menjadi lebih cepat dan praktis.

Abstract

The Maritani application is an android-based agricultural and livestock marketplace application specifically designed to bring together sellers and buyers on one digitalized platform. The maritime marketplace application aims to facilitate sellers and buyers in buying and selling agricultural and livestock needs as well as food needs online. In its business process, the maritime marketplace application uses the B2C (Business to Customer) business model. Where business activities are carried out by producers to consumers using electronic media directly. The development of the Android-based Maritani marketplace is built with the Flutter framework and uses the Dart programming language. At the time of making the Maritani marketplace application for system development using the waterfall method, the development was started with an analysis of system requirements, then carried out the application display design (Graphic User Interface) implementation stage of the application implementation with the Dart programming language. The result of this research is a market application that can have a positive impact on users, both sellers and buyers. In the Maritani application which has a greater opportunity from the community to share knowledge with other sellers, sellers do not need to be afraid of losing consumers, features and regulations of the online market which greatly affect to increase the credibility and safety of the seller's shop, sellers are not required to have large capital

Abstract

The application of job suitability is very important for companies/institutions in seeing the advantages of job applicants in accordance with their fields. then mobile-based information technology in finding job vacancies for applicants is very much needed for the required vacancies information and the suitability of the required formations. so that applicants can easily see the jobs that applicants need. The focus of this research problem is the existence of a mobile application in classifying job vacancies and the existence of a job information search menu according to the skills possessed and in accordance with the needs of mobile application-based jobs using the k-nearest neighbor (KNN) model. The purpose of this research is to apply a freelance application in aceh to help job search information according to the skills they have that match the needs of the job. The criteria available in the mobile application consist of a list of jobs, self-registration, a list of self-data weights, criteria and weights for recent education, work experience, marital status. The study was conducted with test data used 25 samples and applicants who registered consisted of 30 participants. the test results for the first registrant with the results of age 1, gender 0.5, GPA, 0.8, work experience 0.25, marital status 1 and passed with the value of the KNN calculation result is 0.406, the second applicant passed with a value of 0, 89 and the third did not pass with a value of 0.392. Job vacancies are obtained by taking 11 training data pieces that have the closest Euclidean distance to the questionnaire results. Furthermore, to test the accuracy using 30 samples with 24 accurate results and 6 inaccurate results.

Abstract

Processing data and information quickly and accurately is needed. To get it, it must be supported by a technology that is appropriate and useful and relevant for its application. Especially for PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Krueng Geukueh which is a company that manages all aspects of electricity to the aspect of meter activation, both prepaid and postpaid. Where when the staff activates the meter, they still carry out the data collection system and record data and information using the manual method, namely using Microsoft Excel and an agenda book. From these problems raised the idea to create a web-based information system, which can perform meter activation data processing. This web-based information system design uses PHP and MySQL. With the prepaid meter activation data collection system at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Krueng Geukueh, staff or employees in the energy transaction division can input meter activation data, delete data, add data, view meter activation data and print prepaid meter activation data reports quickly and efficiently

Abstract

Perkembangan saat ini sangatlah meningkat dibidang teknologi sehingga mengharuskan suatu organisasi ataupun instansi pemerintahan untuk menggunakan suatu sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Sistem pengarsipan surat masuk dan keluar di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Binjai masih dilakukan secara pembukuan. Metodologi Penelitian melalui metode pengambilan data dan metode perancangan untuk membuat dan mendesain sistem informasi yang tepat guna dan efektif dengan yang diinginkan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah Sistem Informasi Surat Masuk dan Surat Keluar Pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Binjai dengan menggunakan Java Netbeans untuk mempermudah dan meningkat kinerja pegawai yang mengurus manajemen surat. Kesimpulannya Sistem Informasi Surat Masuk dan Surat Keluar sangatlah penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan mempermudah pencarian informasi surat. Diharapkan proses pengelolaan surat baik surat yang masuk maupun surat keluar dapat dilakukan dengan lebih, baik, cepat, dan mudah.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat, persaingan dalam hal informasi dan pemasaran suatu barang maupun jasa adalah merupakan hal yang paling penting sistem pemesanan tiket pesawat pada suatu maskapai penerbangan sangat diperlukan guna efisien dan efektifitas maskapai penerbangan tersebut. Dalam sistem pemesanan pesawat ini mencakup segala informasi mengenai jadwal penerbangan, pemesanan tiket pesawat, data penumpang pesawat, biaya tiket pesawat dan informasi-informasi lain. Dengan terus berkembangnya teknologi internet, web menjadi suatu alat bantu yang tidak hanya mampu menyediakan informasi, tetapi juga mampu untuk mengolah informasi. Sehingga dengan menggunakan web daya jangkau layanan. Suatu maskapai penerbangan sangat luas dan juga memudahkan calon penumpang sehingga tidak perlu datang langsung ke kantor cabang, tetapi cukup menggunakan internet dimanapun berada untuk melakukan pemesanan tiket pesawat. Proses pengolahan informasi pada sistem pemesanan pesawat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi web menyebabkan web menjadi media informasi yang dinamis yang dapat memudahkan calon penumpang dalam pemesanan tiket pesawat terbang di Bandar Udara Malikussaleh Aceh Utara.
