Abstract

Upaya untuk mempertahankan karyawan telah menjadi permasalahan penting dibanyak perusahaan. Karyawan yang nyaman dan senang dengan perlakuan perusahaan terhadap mereka diharapkan melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik dan dapat memuaskan pelanggan. Turnover intention adalah salah satu masalah yang sering terjadi pada banyak perusahaan. Banyak dari karyawan yang mendapatkan kompensasi belum sesuai dengan pekerjaan mereka dan tingkat keamanan lingkungan kerja dirasa kurang aman menyebabkan banyak dari mereka yang befikir untuk keluar. Mereka juga befikir untuk mencari alternatif pekerjaan lain. Mereka mencari pekerjaan yang lebih baik dari pekerjaan mereka yang sekarang. Ketika mereka sudah mendapatkan peekrjaan yang lebih baik mereka akan keluar dari perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis kuantitatif statistik deskriptif dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran terjadinya turnover intention pada suatu perusahaan. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang responden. Dalam mengetahui pengaruh antara kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja dengan turnover intention digunakan metode analisis regresi berganda, untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh secara kuantitatif dari suatu perubahan (variabel X) terhadap kejadian lainnya (Variabel Y). Dari hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa antara variabel kompensasi dan variabel turnover intention memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan memperoleh nilai t hitung 4,078 > nilai t tabel 1,689 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja dengan turnover intention memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan memperoleh nilai t hitung 4,725 > nilai t tabel 1,689 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa variabel independen yaitu kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap variabel dependen turnover intention memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan yaitu dengan nilai F hitung 43,425 > F tabel 4,12 dan nilai sihnifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan uji R square (R2) menunjukan bahwa yang memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,783 hal ini berarti variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh 78,3% terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

Nowadays, many culinary websites have emerged which provide various information about culinary places in the city ofMedan, such as qraved and zoobo. The rating system used by these websites has weaknesses, because the websites above providerecommendations based on the rating given by other application users that are not recognized by the user, so the trust level of the ratingis very weak. Looking at the shortcomings of the websites above, this application can be made with features, such as the culinarylocation search feature based on the type of halal food and vegetarian food types. Recommended features based on culinary location,as well as distribution of halal and vegetarian foods. In the process of determining the list of recommendations, the Social Trust Pathmethod will be used. The Social Trust Path method is a method of calculating the level of trust of something depending on the level oftrust of the user who gave the statement. The tools used to do analysis and design are use case diagrams. This website is built usingPHP coding and MySQL database. The results of this study are applications for web-based culinary recommendations that can be usedto provide information on culinary places for users.

Abstract

< >Payment of tuition fees is an obligation for every student to acquire knowledge in college. At the University of IndonesiaIndonesia, the payment of tuition fees is still using a manual system where every student who comes is notified of the amount oftuition fees to be paid orally or in writing, as in the Universitas Prima Indonesia system. This has several drawbacks where the longpayment process is caused by a long queue system, or the number of students arriving at one time. The application uses fuzzy logicmethods in transactions so that the system can separate transactions that have been paid and transactions that have not been paid.Author-designed apps can help speed up entering transactions. The application designed by the author uses smartphone technologybased on Android to assist transactions so that it is easy to carry anywhere

Abstract

>Central Tapanuli Regency (Tapteng) a district in North Sumatra. Its capital is Pandan. Central Tapanuli is also a districtthat has a myriad of advantages ranging from natural beauty to cultural heritage. The tourism sector has not been supported byaccommodation facilities or transportation facilities. So that many tourists complain that they have difficulty determining theplanning of a tour because the description of the tourist area is not available such as visualization of places, distances between touristareas, and the roads that must be traversed to travel these tourist attractions. Therefore, through the Mapping of Tourist ObjectRoutes for tourism, it is hoped that it can display an overview of tourist routes or maps, lodging, transportation, culinary, and theprice of every need provided in Tapteng Regency so that it is more attractive and can be enjoyed by the wider community andabroad. The presentation of information that is less informative makes many tourists less interested because of the lack of touristobjects. The presentation of information based on android will make it easier for users to get information on each tourist attraction tobe visited in Tapteng Regency.

Abstract

Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Al-Ittihadiyah is an educational institution that is equivalent to a Junior High School (SMP)located in the city of Medan, where the current value system and student attendance are not computerized and even mobile. Such studentvalue and attendance systems have weaknesses, among others, a lack of a security system and can cause errors in data processing. For thisreason, in this study a mobile-based student attendance and score application was created to answer the problems faced so far. To achievegood learning achievement, it can be seen from the value and attendance that a student produces from the results of the learning processhe has lived. From the learning process, tests or tests are then carried out and the results will be processed to produce a value, both forcognitive values and affective values. Given the importance of student grades and attendance data, these data need to be managedproperly. For that we need a good information system so that student grades and attendance data are more organized. The system to bebuilt is a mobile technology for student attendance and value control management. With this system, it will be much better than themanual system.

Abstract

Teachers are a noble profession because it is in their hands that the future of the nation is determined. Teachers must alsobe able to realize and instill the values contained in various knowledge by giving examples and discipline. Based on observations madeat Yapim SiBiru-Biru Private High School located in Deli Tua District, Deli Serdang Regency, Medan has a pattern where teacherselection is done every day by all teachers, as well as in the recapitulated data still manually by administrative staff. and to be submittedto the principal every month. The system takes a long time and requires a set of office stationery so that over time there will be abuildup of data in the form of sheets of paper that have been absent for years. Therefore, researchers provide a solution to create awebsite-based decision support system for outstanding teachers as a tool in calculating each criterion used by the SAW (SimpleAdditive Weight) method.

Abstract

Konsep produksi analisis produksi berfokus pada penggunaan masukan input yang efisien untuk menciptakan output. Inimenyatakan bahwa produksi barang dan jasa dengan sasaran menetapkan cara yang optimal menggabungkan input untukmeminimumkan biaya, untuk menjelaskan konsep produksi, perlu dikaji lebih jauh tentang konsep hubungan antara input dan outputyang disebut dengan fungsi produksi. PT. Medan Tropical Channing & Frozen Industries merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi seafood. Dan sistem yang berjalan PT. Medan Tropical Channing & Frozen Industries masih bersifat semikomputerisasi dengan menggunakan microsoft excell dalam proses pencatatan dan pembuatan laporan produksi khususnya dalamproduksi pengalengan produk seafoof. Dan PT. Medan Tropical Channing & Frozen Industries harus mendata satu persatu hasilproduksi pengalengan produk seafood yang terjadi. Dan bagian produksi mengalami kendala dalam pembuatan laporan produksi tiapbulan. Sehingga dalam penyampaian laporan kepada pimpinan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan laporan produksi serta dalampenentuan Harga Pokok produksi menjadi tidak efektif dan efisien. Metode full costing sangat tepat untuk menyelesaikanpermasalahan diatas, karena metode full costing adalah metode penentuan biaya produksi yang menghitung semua unsur biaya bahanbaku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung dan biaya overhead baik yang berperilaku variabel maupun tetap. Dengan demikian penelitimerancang dan membangun sistem penentuan harga pokok produksi dengan menggunakan aplikasi pemrograman visual studio 2010dan sql server 2008.

Abstract

Danau Toba adalah salah satu contoh perairan di Indonesia yang terletak di Sumatera Utara. Salah satu cara untukmengakses danau toba adalah dengan menggunakan kapal. Namun pengoperasian dalam penjualan tiket masih menggunakancara yang manual. Penumpang datang langsung ketempat penjualan tiket. Serta pengelolaan dan penyimpanan data-datapenumpang masih di proses dengan cara yang manual. Jikalau terjadi sesuatu yang tidak diinginkan maka proses pengumpulandata-data penumpang akan sulit dan menyita waktu yang lama serta tidak efisien. Oleh karena dibutuhkan sistem yang tepatdalam menangani hal tersebut. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang berkembang pesat saat ini yaitu telepon seluler berbasisandroid. Pemesanan tiket kapal berbasis android ini menggunakan metode Unified Modelling Language (UML) serta datapenumpang tersebut akan tersimpan di database berupa MySQL Server.

Abstract

The stomach has a very important role in the process of digestion of food, therefore we need to maintain its health in orderto avoid disturbances and its function can run normally. Acid reflux or what is known as GERD is one of the diseases commonlysuffered by many people, an unhealthy lifestyle is one of the triggers for the appearance of these symptoms. GERD is a pathologicalcondition resulting from reflux of gastric contents into the esophagus with various symptoms that arise due to esophagealinvolvement. Gastric disease is a common disease, with a prevalence of more than 50%. Neural Network (NN) is an accurate methodin helping doctors to analyze, model and understand complex clinical data in various medical fields, in research it is applied to theintroduction of gastric acid by applying the Nguyen Widrow algorithm to optimize training time in back-propagation networkarchitecture. . Based on the test results on the dataset, the Nguyen Widrow algorithm can only recognize 60% of the patient datasetsample with an average time of 0.049 seconds.

Abstract

The development of Information Technology has enabled decision making to be done more quickly and accurately. The use of computers has evolved from simply processing data and presenting information, to being able to provide choices to support decision makers. Human Resources (HR) is a very important factor that cannot be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. HR is also the key that determines the company's development. Decision support systems can assist in the decision-making process to determine the best choice based on criteria, so that the best employees can be selected more quickly and more objectively. From the above problems the authors are interested in creating a system which is expected to be able to help make a decision that is implemented in the form of computerized software. The basic concept of the SimpleAdditiveWeighting method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all criteria. From the calculations that have been done, the ranking results can be selected to select the best employee, from the image below it is clear that A. Dahlan gets the highest score, it can be said that the best employee.
