Progressive muscle relaxation techniques as a technique to reduce pain as an alternative or complementary technique. This technique is used on client with acute pain and chronic pain clients such as cancer. Techniques need guidance by experts one of which is a nurse. Duration of about 10-20 minutes, the principle of providing peace of mind. Abstract

Congestive heart failure is a progressive health problem with high morbidity and mortality. Patients with heart failure by 30 million people and is a non-communicable disease (PTM) which causes the highest death in the world. The main symptoms of heart failure are chest pain and nocturnal dypsneu which disrupt sleep quality and decrease oxygen saturation. One of the treatments is by positioning (positioning), including the 45o semifowler sleeping position. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving a 45o semifowler sleep position on sleep quality and oxygen saturation in patients with Congestive hearth faillure at Batang Regional Hospital. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method. The sample in this study were 20 patients with Congestive hearth failure at Batang Hospital who experienced sleep disturbances and decreased oxygen saturation. Data collection used PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) questionnaire and early warning scoring system checklist. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon Test.Based on the analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained value of sleep quality significance p value 0.001 < α = 0.05 and significance of oxygen saturation p value 0,000 <α = 0.05 then Ha is accepted, which means giving a 45o effective semifowler sleep position on sleep quality and oxygen saturation in Congestive heart failure patients. Giving semifowler 45o sleep position is effective on sleep quality and oxygen saturation of Congestive heart failure patients in Batang District Hospital

Abstract

Tuberculosis has been recognized as a cause of morbidity and mortality during pregnancy, efforts have been made to implement a comprehensive TB screening and treatment program at high risk. The implementation of Integrated ANC is currently not in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for detecting TB disease in pregnancy. Research Objectives to analyze the implementation of the Integrated ANC in the Accuracy of Early Detection of Tuberculosis in Pregnancy. Sources of data obtained from PubMed and Science Direct. Inclusion Criteria: 1) Midwife, Dentist, General Physician, Laboratory Officer 2) Rapid Assessment Procedure 3) Full text, Articles for 2008-2018, International Journal. The search system uses comprehensive literature search, appraisal studies using the Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP), and synthesis methods using PEOS modification. The implementation of TB diagnostic is very limited and there may be an underdiagnosis of TB disease in pregnancy, although screening practices have been carried out, integration of training and supervision of TB diagnosis and treatment into ANC services is still needed. The search for journals from data sources to be analyzed is very limited. Based on the results of the implementation of early detection of TB disease has not been done properly. Undiagnosed still found in several studies. Then it is necessary to further study the accuracy of the diagnosis of tuberculosis.

The majority of the family affective function is as much as 65 (56.5%) while the affective function is less than 50 (43.5%). Bivariate analysis using Spearman rank statistical test obtained value-value = 0.157 (p> 0.05) which means there is no relationship between affective functions of the family and teen smoking behavior. It is expected that adolescents can reduce or stop smoking and parents as the first environment of adolescence can provide an example to adolescents, especially healthy living behavior.
