The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of e-service quality and perceived value towards customer satisfaction and its impact towards customer loyalty for IndiHome customers and internet service customers. Using random sampling technique, the questionnaire was well-collected and was used in data processing using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Smart PLS program. This analysis was conducted on 135 respondents as customers of IndiHome's internet service. Variables that are used in this study were e-service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Based on the results of the study, it was found that e-service quality and perceived value have influence towards customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction have strong influence towards customer loyalty, yet e-service quality and perceived value have weak indirect influence towards customer loyalty.

This study aims to analyze factors that affect the stock price of property companies that are listed in BEI within a period between year 2012 to 2016. This research is a study to determine the influence between net profit margin, earning per share, and return asset towards stock price. The population used in this research are all property companies that are listed in BEI during the research period. The samples are collected by using the purposive sampling method. There are 17 companies that are used as samples for this research. This research used multiple linear regression, with t-statistic test, F-statistic test, and adjusted coefficient of determination to determine the truth about hypotheses. The result of this research are net profit margin has negative and significant effect on the stock price, while earning per share and return on asset has non-significant effect on the stock price. Together, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, and Return On Asset have significant effect on stock price.

This research aims to find out financial performance of firms that conduct an IPO of shares in the year of 2013 which are listed in the Indonesian Capital Market (Bursa Efek Indonesia) for observation period 2013 until 2016, using Tobin’s Q model. To get the value of Tobin’s Q, data are collected form internet, such as financial statement and closing stock price. Companies with highest Q value (overvalued condition) illustrates that the company has high investment growth. Which variations are influenced by variations of free variables such as market value, tangibility, profitability, and capital structure. The specific uniqueness is emperical data are generally applied for IPO-firms. Because IPO is a phenomenon of the early phase of growth. This research conducted by using Eviews 8. Model 1 uses random effect model. Model 2 uses fixed effect model. The conclusion of this research is that market value, tangibility dan profitability have significant influence for capital structure. Futhermore, firm value would be more fit with capital structure as compared to profitability. Because profitability of firms that conduct an IPO of share is negative.

This study aims to examine the effect of usage barrier, value barrier, risk barrier, initial trust, perceived usefulness to information of mobile banking user. The sample used in this research is 105 respondents. Testing is estimated by using multiple linear regression analysis, data hypothesis processed using SPSS program version 21.The results showed that usage barrier negatively affect the information of mobile banking user. While value barrier, risk barrier, initial trust, perceived usefulness positively affect the information of mobile banking user. With this research, it is expected that Bank will improve the mobile banking service which is easily accessed and used by the customers

The aim of this research was to examine the effect of environmental performance Leverage and Profitability toward corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure of mines, chemical and farm company. The environmental performance was measured by the company performance in PROPER. This research attampts to used tree corporate characteristic, they are company Environmental Performance,Leverage and Profitability. Dependent variable used in this research was CSR disclosure. The population of this research is all the Mine,Chemical and Farm company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2016. The total sample of this research was 96 companies. The collection of research data used purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is analysis regression.The result showed that environmental performance and Leverage significantly influence to Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of social media marketing, store environment, sales promotion, and perceived value to purchase decision SOGO Department Store. This research uses a quantitative method that is by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have bought goods at SOGO in West Jakarta. The research method in this study used multiple regression analysis assisted by SPSS. The results of this study are known that simultaneously all independent variables have an influence on purchase decision. Partially, the variables of the store environment, sales promotion, and perceived value have a significant influence on consumer purchase decision, while the social media marketing variable do not significantly influence consumer purchase decision.

This research was conducted with the aim to see the potential of Sunda Kelapa Port through the resources possessed by the theory of Resource Based View (RBV) and then look for strategies that can be used to develop historical tourism in the Sunda Kelapa Port. The informant and respondent of this research is PIC acceleration of the old city area of the Ministry of Tourism, PT Pelindo II, Tour Guide, and tourists. Data collected by observation, interview, literature study and questioner. This research used qualitative descriptive method in order to analyze the data that have been collected by using IFE and EFE matrix, IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix and QSPM matrix. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been described, the product development strategy is the main strategy that must be developed by Sunda Kelapa Port to be able to compete with other tourist destinations.

Over time, the company experienced intense business competition between companies. This competition is also experienced by consumer goods companies namely food and beverage companies, including fermented milk companies or yogurt. The company strives to carry out a marketing strategy to be able to deal with its competitors. Therefore, company management must have a specific strategy for making products, maintaining products and generating customer satisfaction, which will thus lead to high loyalty from consumers to the products released by the company. One company that is experiencing business competition is Cimory. Cimory produces yogurt with a variety of flavors, and its competitors are Yakult who have been in Indonesia for a long time. This study will discuss how the influence of brand experience, brand trust, Cimory's customer satisfaction on brand loyalty in the eyes of consumers.

This study is to analyze and formulate the best strategy for PT. Galleon Cahaya Investama. This study uses IFE, EFE, SWOT, IE Matrix and QSPM Matrix to obtain the best result for the company. Source of data derived from observations, questionnaires and interviews with the related parties of the company, literature studies and related additional data. The usage of IFE Matrix and EFE Matrix is to analyze the internal and external factors of PT. Galleon Cahaya Investama. Trough these methods, the analysis applied for strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. While SWOT analysis will give the wide range of alternative strategies that can be used by PT. Galleon Cahaya Investama. IE Matrix will give us the position of company’s condition. The analysis obtained from the input stage and matching stage would be combined and analyzed through a further process to get the best strategy by using QSPM Matrix. The conclusion of this study is market development strategy because PT. Galleon Cahaya Investama has sufficient strength and must take the advantage of existing opportunities. Furthermore there are so many development and customer needs that must be fulfilled. To excel in such competition, PT. Galleon Cahaya Investama has to use their human resources skill in order to increase customer satisfaction.

Untuk menghadapi persaingan, perusahaan perlu untuk pengambilan keputusan. Seperti mengambil keputusan stratejik dan responsif untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan, kelemahan, kesempatan dan hambatan yang terjadi di pasar. Banyaknya pilihan strategi untuk tujuan jangka panjang perusahaan membuat semakin beragamnya cara pencapaian tujuan perusahaan itu sendiri. Seperti Strategic Position and Action Evalution (SPACE) Matrix, STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) dan Marketing Mix. Begitu juga strategi yang dilakukan PT XYZ terhadap tiga fokus tersebut. Keuntungan dari penggunaan strategi ini antara lain, dapat mengurangi biaya atau menaikkan produktivitas yang merupakan sasaran utama dari pendirian perusahaan. Strategi ekspansi ini juga dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan dan atau pihak lain.
