Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembobotan perspektif Balanced Scorecard (BSC) menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk mengetahui pengukuran kinerja berdasarkan skor dari perspektif BSC, danuntuk mengetahui apakah indikator kinerja memerlukan suatu perbaikan atau tidakberdasarkan Traffic Light System pada PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk.Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dan periode penelitian dari bulan Mei sampai dengan Oktober 2018. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada manajer, karyawan dan pelanggan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah BSC dan AHP dengan software Expert Choice 11. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil pembobotan menggunakan AHP, perspektif pelanggan dan finansial adalah perspektif kunci yang sangat mendorong kinerja PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk., selain itu, kualitas layanan, dukungan pelanggan, rasio profitabilitas, rasio likuiditas dan penguasaan pasar adalah lima kriteria pertama untuk evaluasi kinerja PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk. Berdasarkan skor dari perspektif BSC, perspektif finansial, pelanggan, dan proses bisnis internal memiliki kinerja baik, sedangkan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan memiliki kinerja sedang. Berdasarkan traffic light system, secara keseluruhan indeks total kinerja PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk. memiliki warna hijau, artinya perusahaan telah mencapai kinerja yang diharapkan, namundari sisi strategy objective fasilitas pendukung masih berwarna merah, hal ini menunjukan kinerja yang sangat buruk, olehkarena itu pihak perusahaan harus sesegera mungkin memperbaiki.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of several factors studied on the performance of new products so that the advantages and disadvantages of PT. Puspa Pharma. Some of these factors are the suppression of brand profiles, internal coordination, competitor-oriented, product innovation, and the involvement of consumers and suppliers. The data used in this study are primary data, which came from the results of questionnaire collection as many as 96 respondents at PT. Puspa Pharma. This research takes place from March 2018 to November 2018. The data analysis method used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method that uses SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of the study show that the performance of new products at PT. Puspa Pharma is more influenced by the involvement of suppliers and consumers compared to product innovation. Where the involvement of suppliers and consumers is supported by two important factors namely competitor-oriented and product innovation itself. Whereas internal coordination and suppression of brand profiles do not affect the involvement of suppliers and consumers.

Abstract

With the increasing level of milk consumption in Indonesia, such as Indonesia's population of 252 million, the level of consumption of dairy products will increase the nutritional needs. Ultramilk Milk is the dominant dairy market (40% in Indonesia and milk cimory is a newcomer) Ultramilk survivors using Ultra High Technology (UHT) technology that is more durable milk does not have the required content value whereas milk from cimory uses pasturative milk is milk rich in nutrients can not last long. Any benefits of milk will be mixed to create the best design when you want to make a dairy factory. Characteristics (similarities and differences) Freshness, Nutrition, Brand Image, process and packaging in UltraMilk Milk and Milk Ultramilk cimory is just superior in taste After indicator (0.042 < 0.05) in the Freshness variable. Milk Cimory Milk excels in 23 other indiactors such as ketaduasa, aroma of milk, milk taste, milk color, no impurities, net value information, composition information, calorie information, carbohydrate information, fat information, protein information, vitamin information, mineral information, water content, image, Koorporat image, product image, user image, process temperature, protein content, exposure time, flavor variant, variant size and packaging form with the highest value possessed by kimory milk is protein content in milk beverage in the process. (Pasturation) is also caused by the community has begun to understand and understand that milk pasturization is better in consumption compared to UHT Milk Consumer's assessment of Freshness, Nutrition, Brand Image, Process and packaging on UltraMilk and Cimory Milk is only superior to variable Freshness (Freshness) through the Sense of Milk indicator (4.1504 > 4.0708). Ultra milk is superior to nutrition (nutrition) just about the information Protein is given (4.0354 > 4.0177). For Ultramilk Brand Image has no advantages compared to CimoryMilk In UltraMilk Ultra Milk Processing (Process) also does not have any advantages compared to CimoryMilk. Abstract

The purpose of this paper, is to analyze the influence of Profitability, Board Gender, and Liquidity toward Firm Value with Dividend Policy as moderating variable. The sample collection technique has been done by using purposive sampling method, and the samples are 12 companies. The statistic test method has been done by using multiple linier regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The independent variables in this research are profitability which proxied with return on equity and net profit margin, board gender, and liquidity which proxied with current ratio and quick ratio. The dependent variable is firm value which proxied with price to book value. The moderating variable is dividend policy which proxied with dividend payout ratio. The result of this research show that (1) profitability, board gender, and liquidity simultaneously have significant effect towards firm value, (2) profitability, board gender, and liquidity with dividend policy as moderating variable simultaneously have significant effect towards firm value. According to the result of partial coefficient determination (t-test), return on equity and board gender have a positive significant effect towards firm value. Net profit margin has negative significant effect towards firm value. Current ratio has positive insignificant effect towards firm value, while quick ratio has a negative insignificant effect towards firm value. According to the result of moderated regression analysis, dividend policy as moderating variable is able to moderate the effect of profitability towards firm value but is not able to moderate the effect of board gender and liquidity towards firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and know how the level of competitiveness of Indonesian coffee exports in the International Market. The study was conducted using secondary data from various sources, including from BPS (BPS, 2016), Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture, International Coffee Organization, 2016) and AEKI (2016). Secondary data used in the form of time series data in the period of 7 years (2010-2016). Coffee is the object of research is all types of coffee. The data analysis method uses quantitative analysis method which is used to analyze the level of competitiveness of Indonesian coffee commodity exports in international market which include: Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Import Dependency Ratio (IDR), and Index of Market Specialization (ISP). Data processing will be done using Microsoft Excel 2013 software.Based on the analysis of Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) value, from 2010-2016 of 3.57, Indonesia has a comparative advantage in the coffee trade in the international market. However, the comparative advantage of Indonesia is still low compared to Colombia, Vietnam and Brazil, although still higher than India. The level of dependence on Indonesian coffee imports is calculated by using Import Dependency Ratio (IDR) of 1.42 percent. Indonesian coffee has a high competitiveness, as the value of the Indonesian Trade Specialty Index (ISP) of 0.91. This indicates that Indonesia is an exporting country for coffee commodities. Positive ISP results greater than 0 indicate that Indonesia's coffee commodity has a strong competitiveness, because the value of Indonesian coffee exports is greater than the value of Indonesian coffee imports.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of product, price/cashback, promotion, and place to increase transaction volume. This research is quantitative by distributing questioner to 100 respondents who are using OVO application. Multiple linier regression is using by using t-test and f-test. The result of this research show that product, price/cashback, promotion, and place have a significant effect to purchase decision, with probability <0,05. Variable that have the greatest influence (dominant) of purchase intention is product.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of ethnocentrism, and korean wave toward attitude and implications to purchase intention for product cosmetic korea in Indonesia. This paper used quantitative method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 20 software. In total, 195 respondents completed a questionnaire were used Likert Scale with 1-5 score. The results of this study showed consumer ethnocentrism have negative significant impact on Attitude and purchase intention, Korean wave have postive significant impact on Attitude and purchase intention and Attitude have postive significant impact on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Bank of Indonesia Regulation on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) loans towards the Loan Disbursed, MSME Loan Ratio, Risk, Efficiency, and Profitability of Regional Development Banks.  This research analyzes the financial data from 10 BPDs over 10 years period to understand the Loan Disbursed, MSME Loan Ratio, Risk, Efficiency, and Profitability of the BPDs before and after the implementation of Regulation Number 14/22/PBI/2012. The financial data were analyzed using the Paired-Sample t-test. Findings show that the overall loan disbursed by BPDs in the period of 2013-2017 or after the Regulation on MSME loans was implemented, is higher than that in the period of 2008-2012 or before the regulation was implemented. However, while the regulation aims to increase the MSME loan disbursed by the banks, the MSME Loan Ratio in the period of 2013-2017 was lower than that in the period of 2008-2012. The Risk, measured by Non-Performing Loan, in the period of 2013-2017 was also increased. The regulation also affects the profitability of the BPDs negatively. The Efficiency, measured by Operating Expenses Operating Income, was not significantly affected by the regulation. The results may inform the regulators to assist the BPDs in responding to the regulation so it could affect BPDs in a more positive way. This may also inform the banks on their financial conditions so they can plan for strategic approaches and develop appropriate schemes on disbursing MSME loans.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of perceived quality toward customer loyalty which is mediated by perceived risk and customer trust for PT. XYZ that engaged in chemistry. There are four variables perceived quality as the independent variable, customer loyalty as the dependent variable, and perceived risk and customer trust as mediating variable. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method, the questionnaire was well-collected and was used in data processing using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Smart PLS 3.0 program. This analysis was conducted on 115 respondents as customer of PT. XYZ. Based on the result of the study, it was found that perceived quality, perceived risk, and customer trust have influence towards customer loyalty, perceived quality have influence towards perceived risk and customer trust, perceived quality had an indirect effect on customer loyalty via perceived risk and customer trust.
