Abstract

Communities are increasingly selective in choosing banking services to place their own funds in order to avoid the risk of loss due to poor performance of a bank. Quality services can increase the satisfaction and loyalty of the company so it is expected to encourage the company's success to win the competition. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality variables consisting of dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Data analysis used multiple linier regression analysis method with 100 bank customer XYZ sample as respondent. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. Validity and reliability tests are used in testing of research instruments as well as testing classical assumptions in the form of normality test, heterokedastisity test, and linearity test. The results showed that the quality of service has a positive and significant impact on loyalty through customer satisfaction and satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is a significant difference in abnormal return and liquidity of shares before and after stock split for companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2010-2015. 46 samples were obtained using purposive sampling method. The observation period is 10 days before and after stock split announcement. Hypothesis was tested by using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with significant level of 0.05. The result of this research shows that there is a significant difference in abnormal return before and after stock split, while there is no significant difference of share’s liquidity before and after stock split.

Abstract

To embrace a competitive world, PT. Srijaya Ciptagraha should understand the strength and the weakness of their company and see the opportunities and threats come from the market so they can implement strategy that will increase it’s competitive power so they can gain more profit. The purpose of this research: 1) to identify the internal and external factor of PT. Srijaya Ciptagraha, 2) to provide a business strategy recommendation for PT. Srijaya Ciptagraha to increase their competitive advantages. The method that used in this research is Descriptive Research. From the QSPM Matrix Analysis of PT. Srijaya Ciptagraha, market penetration stratey placed in the 1st place with the attractiveness score is 6.393. This score is higher compare to the product development which ranked 2nd place, 5.178 and market development which ranked 3rd place with the score 4.741. This shows that the alternative strategy that needs to implement in PT. Srijaya Ciptagraha to increase their competitive advantages is Market Penetration Strategy.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of inflation and gross domestic product (GDP) growth against net interest margin (NIM). Population of this research is all commercial banks listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 to 2017. Samples collected by purposive sampling method. After passed the purposive sampling phase, 32 commercial banks have been selected as samples, which then categorized into 2 groups, small cap banks and big cap banks. The test results showed that inflation does not have significant effect on NIM of small cap banks. On the other hand, inflation has a significant and negative effect on NIM of big cap banks. The test results also showed that GDP growth does not have significant effect on neither small cap banks nor big cap banks.

Abstract

This Journal discusses about the function of Information System useful for the company in facing the problems associated with the relationship between the company with the customer causing the number of miss communication so that affects all divisions and also relationships with customers. Customers in this journal is a distributor that can be said as customer level one or supplier of goods. In the journal problems obtained by approaching fish bone. What is then known that in need is an application that can be a liaison in both of these things.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction, price, product quality and promotion of brand loyalty of PT ABC lifting equipment (crane). The tool used to obtain the data is a questionnaire using Likert scale. Sampling technique is purposive sampling that is technique of determining sample with certain consideration. The sample in this research is some of PT.ABC consumers in Indonesia which amounted to 50 people, but only 43 respondents who answered this questionnaire. The results show that customer satisfaction has a significant influence on brand loyalty, while price, product quality and promotion have no significant effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract

In its development, current financial statements are not only used to present the amount of profit that can be obtained in a certain period, but also can show indicators of financial performance of a company. To be able to measure the financial performance of a company, a financial statement analysis is needed, where one type of technical financial statement analysis can be done using financial ratio analysis. Users of financial statements, including shareholders can measure the effectiveness and efficiency of capital management carried out by company management by measuring the size of profitability, namely Return on Equity, which is the dependent variable tested in this study. This study aims to determine how the effect of Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio), Leverage Ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio), Activity Ratio (Total Asset Turnover) and Profitability Ratio (Net Profit Margin) both partially and simultaneously to Profitability Ratio (Return on Equity). The object of this study is the Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The determination of the sample used in this study was purposive sampling using multiple regression models. The results of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Net Profit Margin have a significant effect on Return on Equity.

Abstract

Aim of this thesis is to analyze PT X, a chemical distribution company, and find which strategy  can help this company increase sales and survive in competition. First with analyzes the external environmental conditions and advantages possessed by PT X. Then with the SOAR method combine with Offensive and Defensive Competitive Strategy, position and strategy for PT  X can be determine. This strategy can help PT X maximize  internal strength and take advantages of existing opportunities from external  to meet the aspirations and wishes of stakeholders. The conclusion of this thesis found that PT X is follower and need to use attack strategy,   which can increase market share.  Increase number of customers, increase type of products, and improve service also key factors which can make PT X increase sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out 1) whether there is an effect of product quality on loyalty 2) whether there is an effect of price on loyalty 3) whether there is a cashback effect on loyalty 4) is there an effect of ontime payment bonus on loyalty. The population in this study were dealers of PT. Dwi Putera Jaya. The sample used in this study was 40 respondents. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sample with purposive sampling method. Overall the results of this study are 1) Product quality has a significant effect on loyalty, 2) Price has a significant effect on loyalty, 3) Cashback has a significant effect on loyalty, 4) Bonus Ontime Payment has a significant effect on loyalty.
