This paper seeks to elaborate the implementation of Da'wa so that the objectives of Da'wa can be achieved to the maximum. There needs to be an innovative and creative missionary revitalization effort carried out by a preacher as an implementer of Da'wa, including utilizing local wisdom products to support the success of Da'wa . Among the local wisdom products that can be adopted by a preacher is the behavior of penance which is usually done by the Javanese community. The practice of penance was initially carried out by asceticism, fasting at certain times was finally baptized with Islamic values to do certain activities such as fasting, reducing food to purify the form, reducing sleep to reduce feelings and feelings and preventing sahwat to purify power. penance in life is an effort to get closer to God, both in attitude, behavior, soul, and mind. Tirakat can be seen as a spiritual effort from an individual, in the form of body and soul concern in achieving something by drawing closer to God. One form of getting closer to God is by fasting. The preacher as the messenger must meet some minimum criteria as a preacher among the kretria of the preacher is noble. In order to realize the noble character of a preacher must be diligent in doing penance, because it contains an increase in self control and spirituality. Thus a preacher besides delivering his preaching verbally, a preacher will also give uswah hasanah and of course the preaching delivered gets optimal results.

This research focuses on; (1) behavior cognitive therapy process with self-management techniques in dealing with the discipline of learning of an Islamic middle school student at Tanwirul Afkar Sidoarjo. (2) the final results of the behavior cognitive therapy process with self-management techniques in managing discipline learning of a Tanwirul Afkar Sidoarjo Islamic middle school student.In answering these problems, researchers used qualitative research methods with descriptive case study analysis in which data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation presented in the data presentation and descriptive analysis chapters by comparing before and after the therapy process. In analyzing the process of self-management techniques to improve student learning discipline used is the form of observations and interviews that are presented in the chapter on data presentation and data analysis. In this study was found that the process of self-management techniques to improve student learning discipline through several stages, namely: 1. Making self-monitoring with counselees; 2. Giving rewards if the counselee has reached the target; 3. Making a contract or agreement by looking at the consequences or goals that the counselee wants; 4. Mastering of stimuli. The final results in this study are quite successful because they can full fill four indicators of success. These results can be seen through changes in the counselee towards the better and can improve the discipline of learning.

Guidance and counseling are applied science. Guidance words and counseling words combined with simsiosis mutualism. The two words are inseparable from one another. Counselors are influential figures on the success of counseling services. One successful factor in counseling is communication skills. The Koran has explained how to communicate well, there are three stages in communicating; First, Introduction begins with greetings, shaking hands, eye contact, facial expressions, accompanied by body language. Second, Building Relationships. Realtion must be balance between conselor and conseli, so that conseli has same position with conselor. Third, closing, In this stage contain three steps, namely: conclusion, prayer, and say hello. Professional conselors are able to internalize words and actions into one integrated force. Internalization and integration of words and actions are the key for the success of counselors in implementing counseling services.

Mosque has a pivotal role for da’wa and muslim community development. Unfortunately many of them have lost such functions nowadays and the caretaker is among the main reasons: an active board of caretaker results an active mosque and vice versa. Thus, a model of effective and sustainable people recruitment is needed for mosque to be optimally functional. This research analyzes two longlasting mosques in Surabaya, Al-Falah and Al-Abror, to develop the model. Al-Falah is a downtown mosque while Al-Abror is located in a suburban area. Both are regarded as sustainable mosques due to their ability and consistency in performing community development through their programs and people management in more than 40 years of their existence. The objective of this grounded research is to understand the people recruitment planned and implemented by both mosques’ board of caretaker. Using in-depth interview and inductive analysis, this research reveals three important points of findings. Firstly, strategic value proposition in mosque people recruitment consists of mosque organizational vision, work-related spiritualism, personal track record allignment and material incentive. Secondly, although recruitment source primarily is from internal (within recent or previous board of caretaker), external source (people from any background and residential area) is proven to be effective. Last, personal and word of mouth through social media platform such as WhatsApp are the preferred method for recruitment.

Sultan Suriansyah Mosque is a mosque that has a great historical role for the initial milestone of the entry of Islam in the land of South Kalimantan, and historically has historical links with other mosques scattered in the South Kalimantan region. In addition to its function as a place of worship and Islamic symbols, this mosque and its region are embryos of the city of Banjarmasin. In its development the Sultan Suriansyah Mosque is now more focused and improving the development of religious tourism which later became part of an important institution capable of influencing social life both in terms of social, economic and cultural aspects. The process of transformation or life change in a more positive and better direction is very well done with mosque media as a basis for the development of the people.

Palembang Grand Mosque is one of the pillars of the strength of the people of South Sumatra, especially Palembang. This mosque is a representation of Muslims in South Sumatra, both in quantity and quality. Palembang Great Mosque has a role as the center of civilization as in the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The role of the mosque is seen in: first, the process of social change, building the morality of the Ummah in the midst of moral degradation, actively carrying out activities that are spiritual building the Ummah, carrying out educational activities or intellectual activities, conducting religious activities, internalizing the values of worship, values of jihad, values trustworthy, disciplined, exemplary, and sincere, responding to the always dynamic and complex problems of the ummah, implementing the mosque's social functions, resolving conflicts that occur in the community, exercising social control, fostering and developing society, moving the economy of the ummah, optimizing all potentials and resources of the ummah, fostering construction and prosperity of the mosque.

Da'wa is one form of spreading religion in Islam. At present, the da’wa movement is not only dominated by the 30-50 years age group but also mostly carried out by the younger generation. In practice, da’wa activities are often dominated by male preachers. On the other hand, the phenomenon of da’wa shows that the target of da'wa (mad'u) is dominated by female. Therefore, recently many female preachers began to emerge in the community. This paper aims at looking at gender mainstreaming in da'wa by answering the following questions (1) how is Da’wa movement among young people in Samarinda (2) how is the role of female preachers in spreading Islamic teachings in the community in Samarinda. This paper uses three data collection methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Qualitative descriptive data analysis is used to see the phenomenon of women in a comprehensive manner in the city of Samarinda.

This article discusses the communication process of women and also their role in the Salaf Islamic boarding school environment. Women are part of the phenomenon of the boarding school community. In their daily lives, they are inseparable with various kinds of processes and the role of communication that goes through. In their daily life, women in the Salaf Islamic boarding school are classified as creatures whose scope of work is only in the domestic sector. Through an ethnographic approach, researchers conducted involved observations and also in-depth interviews with 6 informants chosen purposively. This study explains that the process of communication of women in Islamic boarding schools occurs persuasively, face-to-face and their role as housewives, teachers, and as children in the environment of the Salaf boarding school with a very limited scope.

Da’wa has a very important role in the community, by using various methods of da’wa, it will have a significant impact in changing the society condition, thesuitability of dakwah’s methode in changing the blater’s life is very important to note, because for them it is not easy to raise awareness of they mistakes he has made during they life, so with certain methods, they will have awaraness and no longer, do not repeat they mistake that have become they habit before, the Blater have the power either physically or magical science contained in their soul, and they have inner power and they can easily gather many followers, which tends to lead to the negative actions because of that his awareness needs to be built through certain methods of da’wa. The preachers or the missionary have a very important role to change the state of a society, and a considerable become they responsibility. They can choose the method that suits according to the the object (mad'u) of the da’wa itself, because the right methods will determine the outcome or changing in the target.

Dakwah Kiai Prostitusi Versus Kiai Petruk di Eks Lokalisasi Prostitusi Dolly Kota Surabaya AS, Sunarto

This article is the result of a study entitled Da’wa Kiai Prostitution versus Kiai Petruk in the Ex localization of Dolly in Surabaya. The research is focused on, first, how is the method of da’wa used by Kiai Khoiron Syu'aib (Kiai Prostitution) and Kiai Ngadimen Wahab (Kiai Petruk) in the Ex Localization of Dolly in Surabaya? second, what are the similarities and differences of the da’wa method used by both of them? Third, what is the role of both of them in merecavery of the ex-Dolalization community. Dolly is one of the biggest localizations in Southeast Asia, her fame succumbed to Surabaya as the icon of the City of Heroes. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the lust business by the pimps and his cronies, there are some preachers who care about the fate of young women who sell love, namely the prostitutes who are localized with Dolly in Surabaya, they are Kiai Ngadimen Wahab (kiai petruk) and Kiai Khoiron Syu'aib (kiai of prostitution). Behind the menor's grooming and the beautiful appearance of the prostitutes, their hearts actually cry and scream, because most of them plunge as prostitutes because they are deceived and forced by pimps pimps and localization thugs and circumstances that force them to plunge into the valley of prostitution. In fact in the recesses of the hearts of CSWs there is a glimmer of hope to work as normal workers and become good women, positive empty space in the recesses of the hearts of CSWs is utilized and filled by the preachers of localization with a touch of humanist preaching with the principle of Rahmatan li al-alamin.
