Abstract

Communication is the process of interaction carried out by someone both directly and indirectly in everyday life. Interpersonal communication is the process of delivering messages between two people or small groups directly, both verbal and nonverbal messages, with the aim of achieving similar meaning. Interpersonal communication for teachers is important for student achievement. Therefore the research was carried out with the title: Application of Interpersonal Communication of Educators in Achieving Student Learning Achievement at Nahdliyatul Islamiyah Blumbungan MTs. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. Data sources were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. His informants were the principal, the teachers. While checking the validity of the data is done through source tringulation. The results showed that: first, in the application of educator interpersonal communication is (1) cooperation between school members is very important, (2) feedback that occurs in interpersonal communication there is a positive response, (3) while the obstacles that occur in interpersonal communication are the presence of teachers to the madrasa so that teachers feel less time in communicating. Second, effective interpersonal communication for educators is (1) a teacher must have openness in interpersonal communication, (2) empathy in effective interpersonal communication also influences the process of interaction in madrasas because with empathy we can feel what people feel other.

Abstract

Coaching efforts to improve the quality of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) based Islamic boarding school teachers are interesting to discuss. As with all educational institutions, it has a distinctive problem style. However, for institutions that are under the auspices of the pesantren the problem is certainly typical of pesantren, as well as the way to solve it. The Chairperson of the Foundation and the ranks of boarding schools together work together to solve the problem-based problem of culture in the pesantren environment, especially the issues related to the development of the teacher's profession. This article, which is the result of a qualitative approach, found an interaction pattern used in teacher training, which is typical of Islamic boarding schools, for example, using routine recitation media once a month, imitation festivals, congregational prayers, silaturrahmi, and others. Whereas in terms of guidance, there are at least four approaches, including; individual, communal, seniority, and utilization of pesantren bureaucracy. From the stakeholder side, Klebun involvement (Village Head), school committees, school principals, and school supervisors provided maximum input oriented to internal and external improvement of institutions, which later had an influence on improving the teaching profession at local educational institutions.

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School Genealogy in Bangkalan, Study of Genealogy of Syaikhona Kholil Bangkalan Madura. This article is the result of field research using a qualitative methodology, to answer questions: 1) How the development of pesantren in Bangkalan, 2) What is the understanding of social and intellectual genealogy of Syaikhona Kholil Bangkalan. The approach in this study, namely the sociological and historical approach, because in the translation using sociological and historical aspects. The sociological aspect is used to trace the symptoms and social causality that accompany the role of Shaykhona Kholil, while the historical approach is used to trace sources in the past, in the form of archives or documents. While the theory used in this study, is a combination of three theories, including: educational theory, leadership theory and genealogy theory Michel Foucault. Combined with these three theories, it can be simplified that education is an effort to explain the teaching and learning process, which combines the leadership and genealogical practices (creating scientific rigging), one of them by way of matchmaking.

Abstract

The marriage advisory and preservation advisory body is a semi-official organization that supports the duties of the ministry of religion in the field of marriage and aims to enhance the quality of marriage and create a happy, prosperous and eternal family or household according to Islamic teachings while marriage disputes are a household relationship between husband and disputed wives in marriages and the purpose of this case study is to discuss 1) the marriage counseling and preservation advisory body 2) the role of marital advisory and preservation advisory bodies 3) marital disputes and the role of BP4 in marital dispute resolution. The role of BP4 in resolving marital disputes over marital disputes is: BP4 acts as a marriage consultant, by providing explanations, guidance to the disputing parties, namely guardians, with the bride and groom through the Marriage Advisory Board, Marriage Counseling and Preservation Agency (BP4). Of the five cases handled by BP4 that could be reconciled and all parties received reunification of the family that was fostered (no divorce occurred, there were 4 cases (80%) and for which the divorce process continued there was 1 case (20%). BP4 in carrying out its duties certainly experienced obstacles. These obstacles are internal to BP4 itself, which tends not to be pro-active in finding families whose marriages are experiencing problems.

Abstract

The government has set up distance education based on Law No. 20 Year 2003 About Educational system (SISDIKNAS), which were referred to the distance education is education that the students are apart from educators and learning to use various sources of learning through technology, general problems education in Indonesia, the learning system is not good, seen from the learning methods, instructional media, and materials that are still not appropriate in their use. It is causing the low results of learning of students, which is influenced by the various methods of learning are less precise. The method used in this study is an experimental method. The form of this research is in the form of pre-test and post-test of the experimental group and the control group to determine student learning outcomes. From the average value of the pre-test of the control class and experiment, with the post-test value of the control class and experiment. Rated Average grade control in the pre-test is worth 75.16 and the post-test worth 70.28. there is a decrease in the average value of the conversation class by 4.88. While the value of the average class experiment in pre-test is worth 77.13 and the post-test worth 88.00. thus, an increase in the value of the average grade of experiments at 10.87. it means that there is an increase in the value of the average after the learning using Google Classroom, although not too significant.
