Abstract

Coaching efforts to improve the quality of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) based Islamic boarding school teachers are interesting to discuss. As with all educational institutions, it has a distinctive problem style. However, for institutions that are under the auspices of the pesantren the problem is certainly typical of pesantren, as well as the way to solve it. The Chairperson of the Foundation and the ranks of boarding schools together work together to solve the problem-based problem of culture in the pesantren environment, especially the issues related to the development of the teacher's profession. This article, which is the result of a qualitative approach, found an interaction pattern used in teacher training, which is typical of Islamic boarding schools, for example, using routine recitation media once a month, imitation festivals, congregational prayers, silaturrahmi, and others. Whereas in terms of guidance, there are at least four approaches, including; individual, communal, seniority, and utilization of pesantren bureaucracy. From the stakeholder side, Klebun involvement (Village Head), school committees, school principals, and school supervisors provided maximum input oriented to internal and external improvement of institutions, which later had an influence on improving the teaching profession at local educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the integration of traditional principles in the curriculum of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Pamekasan. In order to achieve this goal, this research utilizes a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques involve a series of procedures that include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study make a significant contribution in designing a future hybrid education model. This model is rooted in traditional values, yet remains relevant to the demands of modern times. Thus, this research proves that modern education and traditional values can go hand in hand. This allows the younger generation to understand and appreciate their cultural heritage, while remaining prepared for the challenges of the future. This research is expected to provide new and valuable insights for educational practitioners and researchers in the same field. As such, this study has the potential to enrich academic literature and educational practice.

Abstract

Active learning method is an approach to teaching and learning that emphasises students' direct and active participation in learning activities. Instead of being passive recipients of information, students engage in discussions, simulations, hands-on practice, group projects, and various other forms of interaction designed to stimulate engagement and critical thinking skills. The aim is to increase understanding of the material, motivate students, and ultimately improve learning achievement through a more dynamic and engaging learning experience. The study in this research uses the literature research method. The results of the analysis from various literatures show that active learning methods significantly contribute to increasing students' learning motivation. Students who are directly involved in the learning process tend to have higher interest and enthusiasm, which leads to increased academic commitment. In addition, active learning methods also have a positive impact on students' learning achievement. A deeper understanding of the material, better critical thinking skills, and the ability to apply knowledge in different contexts are some of the resulting benefits. Thus, the implementation of active learning methods in primary schools is proven to be effective in improving students' motivation and learning achievement, making it an important strategy in efforts to improve the quality of primary education.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the "Merdeka Belajar" program launched by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture in improving students' literacy and numeracy. A quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design was used to compare literacy and numeracy scores before and after program implementation in 10 senior high schools in East Java Province, with a total of 100 students as samples. The results showed significant improvements in literacy scores from 62.5 to 75.3 and numeracy scores from 58.7 to 72.1, with a p-value <0.01. Success factors included teachers' freedom in choosing teaching methods, principals' support and parents' involvement. However, challenges such as resource inequality between urban and rural schools and resistance to change remain. Recommendations for education policy include improving access and quality of education resources as well as continuous training for teachers and principals to ensure the sustainability and success of this program

Abstract

Zina online adalah hubungan laki-laki dan perempuan bukan muhrim, dilakukan di dunia maya dengan memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi. Hubungan yang dimaksud adalah hubungan yang memicu pada timbulnya syahwat keduanya, sehingga mengarah pada perzinaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep zina dalam perspektif hukum Islam, dan hukum zina yang dilakukan melalui informasi transaksi elektronik (ITE). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan kualitatif. Dalam menjawab permasalahan yang ada, penulis mengumpulkan data melalui dokumentasi dan memanfaatkan beberapa buku yang berkaitan dengan masalah, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pola berpikir deduktif yaitu menyajikan data secara umum kemudian menarik kesimpulan secara khusus. Hasil penelitian memberikan jawaban bahwa zina dalam hukum Islam adalah perbuatan keji dan dilarang oleh semua agama karena dapat merusak tatanan kehidupan. Sedangkan zina dengan menggunakan media elektronik sebagian Ulama berbeda pandangan: ada yang berpendapat haram dan sebagian lainnya memperbolehkan dengan batasan tidak menimbulkan syahwat atau fitnah.

Abstract

 Instilling the values of Moderation needs to start as early as possible, then gradually people will automatically realize that there is a better and wiser attitude, rather than having to take shortcut decisions, namely one-on-one duels. This research aims to develop moderation values in the educational environment in order to overcome the culture of carok thuggery and then design and implement an educational program that focuses on establishing moderation values. This research is included in the qualitative research category and uses description techniques to explain the deeper significance of reality. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. In conclusion, cultivating the values of moderation has an important role in creating a harmonious, tolerant, just and peaceful society. By practicing the middle stance, individuals can achieve balance in various aspects of life and avoid destructive extremism. It is hoped that instilling the values of Moderation can become an integral part of individual and community life. This will bring positive changes in building a harmonious, tolerant, just and peaceful society.

Abstract

Berawal dari pada rentang usia dini anak mengalami masa keemasan, yang merupakan masa dimana anak mulai peka untuk menerima berbagai rangsangan. Pada masa ini anak-anak sangat terpengaruh pada perkembangan kepribadian masa dewasa seseorang. Karena pada masa ini, anak mengalami proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Untuk itu perlu diberi rangsangan agar potensi anak berkembang secara optimal. Salah satunya pendidikan anak usia dini. selain pembentukan sikap dan perilaku terbaik anak memerlukan pula kemampuan intelektual agar anak siap menghadapi tuntutan masa kini dan masa datang. Maka dari itu anak memerlukan penguasaan berbagai kemampuan dasar agar anak siap dan dapat menyesuaikan diri dalam setiap segi kehidupanya. Sehubungan dengan itu maka progam pendidikan anak usia dini dapat mencakup bidang pembentukan sikap dan pengembangan kemampuan dasar yang keseluruhanya berguna untuk mewujudkan manusia indonesia yang mampu berdiri sendiri bertanggung jawab dan mempunyai bekal untuk memasuki pendidikan selanjutnya.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACT Total quality management is a management system that prioritizes quality as a strategy to attract customers, where customers here refer to the community and students. Mukolwe et al. emphasized that the implementation of total quality management in schools aims to produce better organizational performance. The reason for the need for TQM is very simple: the best way to remain competitive in global competition is to deliver the best quality through excellent service in a company. The performance of employees needs to be evaluated with the aim of providing a good opportunity for staff to plan their career paths based on their strengths and weaknesses, allowing the company to determine salaries, give promotions, and assess employee behavior. Performance is often interpreted as work output or achievement, although in reality, performance has a broader meaning because it not only refers to the outcome of work but also includes the process involved. Employee performance is defined as the ability of staff to carry out a specific skill. Employee performance is essential because it reveals how far the staff's ability goes in carrying out the tasks assigned to them.
