Ijarah is the act of selling benefits that is done by one person to another according to Islamic law. The pillars and conditions of ijarah include the contract (sighat al-aqad) that involves the offer and acceptance (ijab and kabul), the presence of two parties (aqid) involved in the transaction, the agreed fee (ujrah), and the benefit that is rented. The contract (akad) in ijarah is the meeting point of the offer and acceptance to reach an agreement. This research focuses on the practice of renting snakes in Kalikajar Village, Purbalingga, and analyzes it using the concept of fiqh muamalah. In this practice, there are some deviations from the principle of ijarah contract in Islam. Some conditions, such as wages and liability of the object of ijarah, are not met. This results in a lack of clarity regarding payment, rental time, and responsibility if the snake injures the renter. The research method used is field research with a qualitative method based on inductive analysis. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed with the concept of ijarah contract in fiqh muamalah. The results of the study show that the practice of renting snakes in Kalikajar Village Purbalingga is not valid because some conditions in the rental contract are not met. Thus, this study identifies deviations in this practice that are contrary to the principles of Islamic law. Keyword: Ekonomi, Muamalah dan Syari’ah

Marketing is an activity that must be carried out by every economic activity, especially in every financial institution. because with these marketing activities, the goals of a company organization or institution can be achieved. And it is undeniable that the unavoidable changes in technological globalization require every company, institution and organization to be more sensitive to encourage one's creativity and innovation in the marketing process so as not to be left behind by the times. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing implemented by BPRS Bhakti Sumekar as a marketing strategy in attracting customers. The problem which arises in this research is about the strategy of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar marketing from digital marketing in attracting the interest of the customer and the impact of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar marketing from digital marketing to customer amount.This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data sources used through interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis in this study was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. According to the data analysis proposed by the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy carried out by BPRS Bhakti Semuker is through digital marketing by promoting shared social media such as Instagram, Facebook, websites, Videotron, and also Tiktok. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar's digital marketing has an impact on increasing the number of customers and the use of BBS Mobile facilities every year.

This research has observations regarding the application of green economy in managing the location of tourism objects in the Sumber Agung area, namely the Lengkung Langit 2 tourist attraction. Where its application will affect environmental conditions, the level of tourist visits, tourist comfort, and the economy of the affected communities. Assessing the ability to implement a green economy in producing shipping industrial areas with the ultimate goal of supporting environmentally friendly changes, Uncovering the elements that can occur when implementing a green economy in the development of shipping industrial areas with the ultimate goal of promoting environmentally friendly changes. Explain the relationship between the idea of implementing a green economy and the idea of sharia financial issues based on the Koran and Hadith. The research method used in conducting this research is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research results show that the Lengkung Langit 2 tourism location has implemented several green economy principles in managing tourist attractions which influence the success in realizing environmentally conscious development with supporting and inhibiting factors therein. Since the implementation of the CPO export ban, there have been significant changes in the Indonesian economy and the environment surrounding oil palm plantation areas. Despite the argument that the export ban aims to increase domestic value-added and protect the environment, some preliminary studies have indicated significant negative impacts of this policy. Furthermore, the impact of the CPO export ban on Indonesia's economic growth and global market stability is also not fully understood. Therefore, a thorough analysis of the economic losses and environmental impacts of the implemented CPO export ban is required. Considering the complexity of the issue and its potential implications, an in-depth analysis of the economic losses and negative environmental impacts of the CPO export ban in Indonesia is crucial in order to develop sustainable and effective policy strategies for the palm oil sector and the economy as a whole. The research method used quantitative methods and the results and discussion concluded that when the export volume fell, it caused an increase in imports in 5 countries. The decline in CPO exports will be accompanied by a decrease in the export volume of 5 countries, it will make the country spend more money on spending, so that output sales increase which makes imports interested in importing in the country because they will get high profits or returns. The development of sharia financial institutions will be largely determined by the trust of their customers. This is because all financial institutions are required to respond to the reality that fund providers (shareholders and depositors) and other stakeholders have desires. If institutions do not meet their expectations, they will not be willing to provide funds or cooperate well. So Islamic financial institutions must work harder to build trust in their customers. This type of research is a normative approach through library research. The results of this research show that, first, Islamic financial institutions must build a good reputation in order to gain the trust of the wider community based on the identity and image of the institution. The two Islamicity performance index (IPI) can build a good reputation for sharia financial institutions with several indexes used, namely profit sharing ratio (PSR), Zakat Performance Ratio (ZPR), Equitable Distribution Ratio (EDR), Directors-Employee Welfare Ratio (DEWR ), Islamic Income Ratio (IIcR) and Islamic Investment Ratio (IIvR). Community economic growth can be seen from the level of community economic mobility. Economic mobility will move supported by adequate means of transportation. The latest data states that the number of motorized vehicles in Indonesia is 141,992,573 units, both two-wheeled and more. The development of the number of motorized vehicles is influenced by increasing purchasing power and support from financial institutions in procuring motorized vehicles. One of the financial institutions that provides financing products for motor vehicle ownership is PT. Mandiri Utama Finance (MUF), which has a branch office in the city of Jember. One of the products is the Murabahah contract. Purchase of motorized vehicles in installments according to Sharia principles. The aim of the research is to describe the application of Murabahah products at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance (MUF) Jember branch in accordance with and based on DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. Research method, type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection method uses interview, observation and documentation methods, then the results of data collection are analyzed using data reduction methods, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validity method uses the method of persistence and consistency of researchers in the field. The results of this research explain that the murabahah contract product at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance (MUF) Jember branch is running in accordance with DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, but weak in Sharia marketing methods and energy. The development of tourism destinations has good prospects and can be relied upon to support and contribute to regional income through levies, one of which is the Guci tourist destination located in Tegal Regency, Central Java Province. Guci has various natural potentials and is supported by an agrarian society. The condition of Guci tourism this year has experienced a decline due to the accident of a tourist bus from the city of Tanggerang on May 7 2023. The cause is limited management capacity due to lack of government and private cooperation, lack of involvement of the community in developing Guci tourism, damage to nature and the impression of being dirty, limited facilities and supporting infrastructure such as damaged or narrow roads and unstrategic parking, inadequate modes of transportation and several irresponsible individuals. This research aims to analyze what quality tourism development strategies will be applied to Guci tourism so that it provides competitive value for Tegal Regency. The research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis with classification and development trends to determine the condition of tourism products and markets. The results of the research show that there are at least three supporting aspects that can be important in quality tourism, especially to fulfill aspects of quality tourism, namely quality of experiences, quality of profile, and quality of life. Historical traces at the time of Rasulallah are more colored about religion and politics but very rarely we encounter in the economic side especially in microeconomic issues related to marketing even though if further examined Rasullah was also a great trader this could be a role model for the world of marketing today, it is very necessary to search for traces of Rasulallah's marketing history with the aim that later it can be used as a guide, reference and also an example for the practice of marketing today. The research method used in this writing is to use the library method by looking for various literature related to Rasullah's marketing. The result of this writing is that the current marketing has been practiced directly by Rasulallah about 1400 years ago and what Rasulallah practiced continues to adapt to any circumstances and anywhere and Rasulallah's activities in marketing can still be used as an example by market players today. The Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS) states that many poor people live in villages. So that village community empowerment can be carried out optimally, several approaches have been taken by experts, including the implementation of strategic management-based community empowerment. The implementation of strategic management in the context of village community empowerment has been carried out well by Bangsalsari SDGs Village and Sumber Jambe Integrated Zakat Village, Kab. Jember. This research uses qualitative research methods with a multicase research type. The results of the research show, namely: 1) strategic planning for innovative zakat villages consisting of formulating a vision and mission, analyzing environmental conditions and SWOT analysis. These three things result in the formulation of strategies, namely: implementing and increasing cooperation; carrying out initial surveys in local communities; implementation of training for creativity, entrepreneurship and so on; providing counseling and teaching; and providing assistance; 2) strategic implementation of innovative zakat villages focused on poor people, orphans, old widows, the elderly and the unemployed. The implementation of the program includes the program that has been formulated. The implementation went well and effectively; and 3) Strategic evaluation of innovative zakat villages is carried out using evaluation of the process and results of implementing empowerment activities. Evaluation is carried out to measure the level of success in each empowerment activity that has been implemented as well as to serve as evaluation material for considerations for future empowerment activities. A competitive and fair market is one of the important principles in Islamic economics. Perfect market competition, which includes transparency of information, absence of monopoly, and freedom to enter or leave the market, is highly regarded in the Islamic economic framework. From an Islamic economic perspective, perfect market competition promotes economic efficiency and social welfare. Information transparency and fairness in economic exchanges are important cornerstones in achieving this goal. Islam emphasises the importance of fairness and honesty in every aspect of life, including in economic activities. Healthy and fair market competition provides equal opportunities for all economic actors to participate and contribute to achieving the common good. The freedom to enter or leave the market also provides the possibility for innovation and sustainable economic growth.
