Abstract

Peningkatan kebutuhan energi di Indonesia semakin meningkat seiring dengan pertumbuhan populasi dan ekonomi, sementara sumber energi utama masih didominasi oleh bahan bakar fosil yang tidak terbarukan. Tempurung kelapa sebagai limbah pertanian memiliki potensi untuk diolah menjadi sumber energi alternatif yang terbarukan. Desa Pancur Keritang, Kabupaten Inhil, memiliki kelapa yang melimpah namun limbah tempurung kelapanya belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Pengolahan tempurung kelapa menjadi briket merupakan salah satu solusi untuk memanfaatkan limbah ini dan menghasilkan energi yang ramah lingkungan. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan oleh mahasiswa KKN UNRI 2024 di Pondok Pesantren Khairul Ummah 4 Desa Pancur Keritang, diberikan pengetahuan tentang proses pembuatan briket dari arang tempurung kelapa. Proses ini meliputi karbonisasi tempurung kelapa, penghancuran arang, pencampuran dengan perekat kanji, pencetakan, dan pengeringan briket. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran tentang pentingnya potensi pemanfaatan limbah sebagai energi terbarukan serta mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT menggunakan Spinning Wheel terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP tentang getaran, gelombang, dan bunyi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Quasi Experiment Design, dan desain penelitiannya adalah Non-equivalent Posttest only Group Design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPN 7 Tambang, siswa kelas VIII E (total 32) dan siswa kelas VIII F (total 30) dijadikan sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil ulangan harian yang diberikan kepada siswa pada materi getaran, gelombang, dan bunyi yang terdiri dari 16 soal pilihan ganda digunakan sebagai data penelitian. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan signifikansi (sig, 2-tailed) sebesar 0.011, maka H0 ditolak yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelas. Dengan selisih rata-rata sebesar 9,43, diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT jauh lebih besar dibandingkan dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran konvesional, dengan selisih rata-rata 9,43. Kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai rata-rata 63,33, sedangkan kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai rata-rata 53,90.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the mediation effect of investment efficiency (ROA) and the moderation effect of Syariah in the relationship of free cash flow on firm value (Tobin q). Research population involved all manufacturing companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange on period 2012-2018. Purposive sampling was used as sampling technique and the obtained sample was 36 companies with total observation of 252. Hypothesis test was conducted with PLS-SEM analysis technique supported by software WarpPLS 5.0. Type of data was data panel with observation period from 2012 to 2018. Several empirical results were obtained. First, free cash flow has positive and significant effect on firm value. Second, free cash flow has positive and significant effect on investment efficiency. Third, investment efficiency has positive and significant effect on firm value. Fourth, Syariah does not have moderation effect in the relationship of free cash flow on firm value. Last, investment efficiency mediates partially the effect of free cash flow on firm value. From these results, several conclusions were made. Firm value can be indirectly affected through intervening variable. Mediation role played by investment efficiency informs that investment efficiency proxied by ROA can alleviate the contradictive results of empirical studies (research gap) concerning the effect of free cash flow on firm value.

Abstract

Rice is one of the important commodities in indonesia. Analysis of rice genetic diversity is necesarry for the succes of the local rice variety program. This study aims to identify the genetic variability and kinship patterns of 30 rice genotypes (Oryza sativa L.) using six zinc-linked SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat) markers. The research was conducted in September - December 2021 at the DNA Laboratory of the Sukamandi Rice Plant Research Center. A total of 30 local rice genotypes with diverse Zinc content have been analyzed using laboratory experiments. The results showed that there were different allele variations (2 – 8) among the genotypes tested with an average number of alleles of 4.5, while the average value of Polymorphism Information Content (PIC) amounted to 0.48 (0.20 - 0.70). 4 SSR markers have PIC values of > 0.5 (RM162, RM38, RM30, and RM80) which show that the markers are informative for the study of rice genetic diversity with Zinc content variety with an average gene diversity value of 0.53. The results of the phylogenetic analysis showed that the 30 genotypes clustered into five clusters with a similar coefficient of 0.68.

Abstract

The demand for onions in Indonesia is always increasing, but shallot production has not been able to meet the needs of the community. The purpose of this study was to obtain the best accessions that can be used in the selection of plant breeding that has the best potential in the Karawang area. So that it can increase the productivity and resistance of shallot plants in the lowlands of Karawang. The onion research was carried out for 3 months, starting from December 2021 to March 2022. Located in UNSIKA New Land, Pasir Jengkol Village, Majalaya District, Karawang Regency, West Java Province. The location of the coordinates is 6ᵒ18'5"LS and 107ᵒ20'24"E, with an altitude of 15 meters above sea level (Google Earth). This study was arranged using a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 8 treatments (shallot accessions) and 4 replications, in each replication there were 4 samples with a total of 128 experimental units. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and further test with DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) at 5% level. The results of this experiment showed that there was a significant effect on the appearance of the agronomic characterization of shallot accession on the growth and yield components (number of tillers, wet bulb weight per plant, dry bulb weight per plant). Accession BLR7 (Blue Lancor) gave the highest average yield on the number of tillers of 12.4. Accession BLR7 (Blue Lancor) also gave the highest yield of wet tuber weight per plant, which was 23.84 grams. Accession LKG1 (Lokal Karawang) gave the highest yield on tuber dry weight per plant of 18.58 grams

Abstract

The obstacles in the cultivation of large chili include factors of less fertile soils so that production is not optimal, it is necessary to improve the soil by fertilizing. The fertilizesr used are required to be easy to obtain and efficient. The purpose of this research is to get the obtain a combination of goat manure fertilizer and NPK fertilizer doses that gives the highest result of large chili Tanjung-2 varieties in Bogor City. This research was conducted in Kiara Residence, Curug Village, West Bogor, Bogor City with from August, 2021 to January, 2022. The research used an experimental method using a single factor Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 10 treatments in 3 replications: A(without fertilizer), B (5tons/ha manure fertilizer+250kg/ha NPK), C (10tons/ha manure fertilizer+250kg/ha NPK), D (15tons/ha manure fertilizer+250kg/ha NPK), E (5tons/ha manure fertilizer+500kg/ha NPK), F (10tons/ha manure fertilizer+500kg/ha NPK), G (15tons/ha manure fertilizer+500kg/ha NPK), H (5tons/ha manure fertilizer+750kg/ha NPK), I (10tons/ha manure fertilizer+750kg/ha NPK) and J (15tons/ha manure fertilizer+750 kg/ha NPK). The results of this study were significantly different effects on the average plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, number of fruits, fresh weight of fruit per plant, fresh weight of fruit per plot and fruit diameter. Goat manure fertilizer 15 tons/ha and NPK fertilizer 750 kg/ha was able to provide the highest fresh weight of fruit of 5,30 tons per hektar (in three harvestings).

Abstract

High-quality seeds are available for planting, and proper storage is necessary. High-quality seeds can experience deterioration during storage, and one alternative to address this issue is by applying seed coating treatments. The research aims to investigate the effect of local lemon peel pectin coating on the viability of apple cucumber seeds (Cucumis sp) and determine the optimal concentration of lemon peel pectin for seed coating. The experiment was conducted at the Agronomy Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang, from November 2023 to March 2024. The method used was an experimental approach with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 15 treatments with 3 replications: A (0 g + 4 weeks), B (0 g + 8 weeks), C (0 g + 12 weeks), D (0.5 g + 4 weeks), E (0.5 g + 8 weeks), F (0.5 g + 12 weeks), G (1 g + 4 weeks), H (1 g + 8 weeks), I (1 g + 12 weeks), J (1.5 g + 4 weeks), K (1.5 g + 8 weeks), L (1.5 g + 12 weeks), M (2 g + 4 weeks), N (2 g + 8 weeks), O (2 g + 12 weeks). The treatment effects were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), and if the F-test at the 5% significance level was significant, further Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) was conducted to determine the best treatment. The results showed significant effects on germination capacity, vigor index, and growth rate. The best treatment was found in treatment C (0 g + 12 weeks), which achieved the highest germination capacity of 90.30%, and treatment B (0 g + 8 weeks) had the highest vigor index for seed storage at 76.97%. Keywords: apple cucumber, lemon zest, pectin, seed coating

Abstract

The deterioration of seed quality cannot be repaired or prevented, but it can be minimised by proper processing and storage. An alternative to overcome this problem is to provide seed coating treatment. The study aimed to determine the effect of antioxidant coating of red dragon fruit peel on the viability of apple cucumber seeds (Cucumis. Sp) and to obtain the best dose of dragon fruit peel antioxidant to coat apple cucumber seeds (Cucumis sp). The experiment was conducted at Lab.Agronomy, Faculty of Agriculture, Singaperbangsa University of Karawang, starting from Nov. 2023 - Mar. 2024. The experimental method used was experimental method and the experimental design used was a completely randomised design (CRD) consisting of 15 treatments in 3 replications, so there were 45 experimental units. The effect of treatment was analysed with variance analysis and if the F test at the 5% level was significant, then to find out the best treatment continued with the DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) further test at the real level of 5%. The results showed a significant effect of treatment on germination, vigour index, and growth speed. The best treatment was obtained in treatment B (0 g + 8 weeks) which was able to produce the highest value in the parameters of germination power of 75.76%, vigour index of 9.09%, and growth speed of 10.30%/day. Keywords: apple cucumber, seed coating, antioxidant, dragon fruit peel, seed storage

Abstract

This study investigates the roles and contributions of female scholars (ulama) in South Kalimantan, specifically in the cities of Banjarmasin, Banjarbaru, and the Tapin district, through the lens of prophetic feminism. The research employs a qualitative field study approach, gathering data through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results highlight the profound impact these female scholars have had in religious education, social initiatives, and organizational involvement. By integrating the three main principles of prophetic feminism—structural-transcendental epistemology, the concept of worship within feminist movements, and the interconnection of divine and human consciousness—the study reveals how these scholars bridge theoretical and practical aspects of feminism within their communities. The findings underscore the importance of recognizing and documenting the contributions of female scholars as part of Islamic heritage, advocating for gender equality through education, and fostering a more just and harmonious society through actions rooted in compassion and wisdom..
