Abstract

Madrasah diniyah merupakan salah satu jenis pendidikan non formal menjadi pendamping untuk menambah wawasan anak-anak tentang ilmu agama. Dasar yuridisnya dasar-dasar pelaksanaan pendidikan agama yang berasal dari peraturan perundang-undangan secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung. Program pengajaran madrasah diniyah ada beberapa bidang yang diajarkan seperti: Al-Qur’an hadits, aqidah akhlak, fiqih, sejarah kebudayaan Islam, bahasa Arab, praktek ibadah. Kegiatan madrasah diniyah terdiri dari kegiatan kurikuler, ekstrakurikuler. Metode pembelajaran madrasah diniyah adalah metode sorogan, wetonan atau bandongan, musyawarah, dan ceramah.AbstractMadrasah Diniyah is one type of non-formal education that serves as a companion to broaden children's knowledge about religious knowledge. The juridical basis is the basics of the implementation of religious education that comes directly or indirectly from statutory regulations. The teaching program at Madrasah Diniyah teaches several areas, such as: Al-Qur'an hadith, aqidah morals, fiqh, Islamic cultural history, Arabic, religious practices. The learning methods at Madrasah Diniyah are the sorogan, wetonan or bandongan methods, deliberation, and lectures.

Abstract

Karakter dikembangkan melalui tahapan: pengetahuan (knowing), pelaksanaan (acting), dan kebiasaan (habit). Terdapat beberapa tantangan yang menjadi problem utama dalam pengembangan karakter di era global. Penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK) sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Perpres No. 87 Tahun 2017 adalah gerakan pendidikan di sekolah untuk memperkuat karakter peserta didik melalui harmonisasi olah hati (etik), olah rasa (estetik), olah pikir (literasi), dan olah raga (kinestetik) dengan dukungan pelibatan publik dan kerja sama antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat yang merupakan bagian dari gerakan nasional revolusi mental (GNRM). Desain atau metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Jenis penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana data-data yang dipakai adalah data kepustakaan yang informasinya diperoleh dari literatur-literatur yang ada seperti buku, skripsi, jurnal, dan artikel yang berkaitan dengan fokus pembahasan penelitian ini. Nilai utama pendidikan karakter merujuk pada Permendikbut Nomor 146 tahun 2014 tentang kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, serta penerapan dalam Pedoman Penanaman Sikap Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini 2018 sebagai berikut : Regiositas, Nasionalisme, Kemandirian, Gotong Royong, Integritas.AbstractCharacater is developed through stages : knowledge (knowing), Implementation (acting), and habist( habit). There are several challenges that become the main problem in character development in the global era. Strengthening character education (PPK) as refered t in Presidential Regulation No. 87 of 2017 is an educational movement in schools to strengthen student’s character through harmonizing the  (ethics), taste (aesthetics), with the involvement of public, collaboration between schools, families and people who are part of the national movement of mental revolution (GNRM). The design or method used in this study uses library research methods. This type or research uses a qualitative approad where the data used are library data whose information is obtained from existing literatur such as books, skripsi, journals, and articles related to the focus of this research to the fokus of this research discuccion. To fill then global challenges, there are 5 main values of character education referring to the Regulation of Minister of Education and Culture No. 146 of 2014 concerning the 2013 curiculum for Early Childhood Education, as well as the implementation in the Guidelines for Instilling Attitudes in Early Childhood Education 2018 as follows : Regiosity, Nationalism, Independence, Mutual Cooperation, Integrity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kepemimpinan berbasis nilai dan spiritual terhadap peran perempuan (korban KDRT) dalam memperjuangkan pendidikan anak. Pemahaman tentang arti dan tujuan pekerjaan harus dipahami oleh karyawan dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Bekerja tidak hanya sebatas mendapatkan uang atau hemat. Namun didalamnya banyak hal yang membuat seseorang mampu bertahan dan terus menjalankan tugasnya sebagai karyawan dimana tanggung jawab utamanya adalah memperjuangkan pendidikan anak melalui kepemimpinan. Artinya ada nilai dan spiritual yang berlaku yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal seseorang. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah peran perempuan (korban KDRT) dalam memperjuangkan pendidikan anak. Metodenya adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan fenomena yang muncul di lapangan. Dengan berbagai cara yang harus ditempuh penulis seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data yang valid dan akurat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peran perempuan (korban KDRT) melalui kepemimpinan berbasis nilai dan spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Spiritualitas dapat menjadikan karyawan lebih aktif dan efektif dalam bekerja, karena dipandang pekerjaannya sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan spiritualitas sehingga upaya memperjuangkan pendidikan anak-anak yang mereka tunjukkan lebih besar dari pada karyawan yang hanya melihat pekerjaannya sebagai sarana untuk memperoleh kesenangan. Meski sibuk bekerja di luar rumah, namun informan tetap memberikan atau memperjuangkan pendidikan bagi anak.Kata Kunci: Gender, Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga, Nilai dan Kepemimpinan SpritualAbstractThis study aims to look at the effect of values-based and spiritual leadership in the role of women (victims of domestic violence) in fighting for children's education. An understanding of the meaning and purpose of work must be understood by employees in carrying out their duties. Work is not just limited to getting money or economical. But in it there are many things that make a person able to survive and continue to carry out their duties as an employee where the main responsibility is to fight for children's education through leadership. This means that there is a value and spiritual that is applicable which is influenced by internal and external factors of a person. The problem in this research is the role of women (victims of domestic violence) in fighting for children's education. The method used in this study is to use qualitative methods that describe the phenomena that appear in the field. With various ways that must be taken by the author such as observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain valid and accurate data. The results of this study indicate that the role of women (victims of domestic violence) through value-based and spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance improvement. Spirituality can make employees more active and effective at work, because they see their work as a tool to improve spirituality so that efforts to fight for the education of the children they show are greater than employees who only see their work as a means of gaining pleasure. Even though they are busy working outside the home, the informant continues to provide or fight for education for children.Key Words : Gender, Domestic Violence, Value and Spritual Leadership

Abstract

People often compare men and women based on physiology and biology, causing differences gender. Gender differences mostly impact discrimination, violence and harassment on the assumption that women are weak. This thinking occurs a lot in the community as a result of socio-customary construction. The difference between the two groups is not profitable in one individual or group. The Islamic creed protects the rights of women so that it provides care and respect. The practice becomes unnatural to women because Islamic teachings and guidance are not implemented, the cause of the developing tradition is very far from Islam. Gender differences do not become a problem for free to do anything while not deviating from religious teachings such as female leadership, polygamy, and inheritance.Keywords: Gender, Islam, ImplementationAbstrakMasyarakat sering bandingkan kaum adam dan hawa berdasarkan fisiologis dan biologis sehingga menyebabkan bias gender. Bias gender kebanyakan berdampak diskriminasi, kekerasan dan pelecehan dengan anggapan perempuan itu lemah. Pemikiran ini banyak terjadi ditengah masyarakat hasil dari kontruksi sosial-adat. Perbedaan kedua kaum tidak mencorakkan untung disatu individu maupun kelompok. Akidah Islam menjaga hak kaum hawa sehingga memberi kepedulian dan posisi tehormat. Praktek menjadi tidak wajar terhadap perempuan karena ajaran serta bimbingan Islam tidak di implementasikan, disebabkan tradisi yang berkembang sangat jauh dari Islam. Perbedaan gender tidak menjadi masalah untuk bebas melakukan hal apapun selagi tidak melenceng dari ajaran agama seperti kepemimpinan perempuan, poligami, dan kewarisan.

Abstract

Abstract Single parent families have an obligation to guide their children, in carrying out their role alone in guiding children to face many obstacles. This paper starts from the results of research that aims to describe the parenting style of single parents towards adolescent religious behavior and the impact of parenting on adolescent religious behavior. The results showed that parenting of single parent parents using democratic parenting and permissive parenting had a positive impact on the behavior of the diversity of children as evidenced by diligently practicing worship, diligently reading the Qur'an and doing good for parents.  AbstrakKeluarga single parent memiliki kewajiban membimbing anak, dalam menjalankan perannya secara sendirian membimbing anak menghadapi banyak kendala. Tulisan ini berawal dari hasil penilitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pola asuh orang tua single parent terhadap tingkah laku beragama remaja dan dampak pola asuh terhadap tingkah laku beragama remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh orang tua single parent menggunakan pola asuh demokratis dan pola asuh permissive berdampak positif pada perilaku keagaman anak terbukti dengan rajin melaksanakan ibadah, rajin membaca Alqurdan dan berbuat baik pada orang tua.

Abstract

Sosok perempuan sangat kompleks untuk menjalankan semua fungsi sekaligus, yakni sebagai anak dari orangtuanya, istri dari suaminya serta sebagai ibu dari anak-anaknya. Saat perempuan telah menikah kewajibannya terhadap orang tua sebagai anak adalah berbakti terhadap orang tua, membantu kehidupan orang tua, dan melayani orang tua di masa renta.  Saat perempuan menjadi istri, ia berperan sebagai pendamping, sebagai sahabat, sebagai motivator, sebagai inspirator bagi suaminya. Selain itu kewajiban istri taat pada suami dan menjaga harta, rumah, dan kehormatan suami. Di saat perempuan menjadi ibu, mampu menjalankan peran secara professional, sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Senantiasa memberikan yang terbaik untuk anaknya. Memberikan pendidikan pada anak-anaknya sehingga mereka mengenal baik dan buruk serta memahami etika dalam kehidupan. Memberikan dan mengenalkan nilai-nilai islam kepada anaknya. Di balik semua tugas mulia diemban perempuan sebagai ibu, istri dan anak, terdapat pintu dan peluang untuk mendapatkan pahala berlimpah dari Tuhan Yang Maha Esa sebagai hamba Allah. Peran perempuan dapat tersinergi dengan baik dan teraktualisasi maksimal jika dasar aturannya sesuai pedoman islam.AbstractThe female figure is very complex to carry out all functions at once, namely as the child of her parents, the wife of her husband and the mother of her children. When a woman is married, her obligation to the parents as a child is to serve the parents, help the parents' life, and serve the parents in their old age. When a woman becomes a wife, she acts as a companion, as a friend, as a motivator, as an inspiration for her husband. Apart from that, the wife's obligation to obey her husband and protect her husband's property, house and honor. When a woman becomes a mother, she must be able to carry out her role professionally, as a housewife. Always give the best for their children. Providing education to their children so that they know the good and the bad and understand ethics in life. Give and introduce Islamic values to their children. Behind all the noble duties that women carry as mothers, wives and children, there are doors and opportunities to get abundant rewards from God Almighty as servants of Allah. The role of women can be well synergized and maximally actualized if the basic rules are in accordance with Islamic guidelines.

Abstract

Humans are living things whose growth and development are studied by many researchers in the world, one of whom is Erik H. Erikson who produced psychosocial theory. Erikson believes that every stage of human development is a specific psychosocial struggle contributing to personality growth.  It means that the stages of one's life from birth to death are formed by social influences that interact with an organism,thus making it mature physically and psychologically. This type of research  uses a type of library research that is used in the collection of information and data in depth through various literature, books, notes, magazines, other references, as well as relevant previous research results, to get answers and theoretical foundations on problems in Erikson's theory, there are 8 stages of development that develop throughout life where each stage consists of Trustt versus disbelief, Autonomiy versus shame’s and doubt, Initiative versus guilt, Hard work versus inferiority, Identity versus identity confusion, Intimacy versus isolation, Generativity versus stagnation, and Integrity versus despair.

Abstract

Terdapat fakta sosial berupa tindakan kekerasan orangtua terhadap anaknya ketika memberikan pendidikan. Demikian halnya fakta yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini bahwa terdapat tindakan kekerasan yang dilakukan orangtua terhadap anak dalam proses mendidiknya yang dilakukan secara berulang- ulang baik secara fisik, memukul, menendang, mencubit, mendorong, menjewer, dan menampar. Demikian juga tindakan kekerasan secara emosional diperlakukan terhadap anak, di Desa Silayang Kecamatan Ranah Batahan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Tindakan kekerasan fisik maupun emosional ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan mental sehingga anak memiliki gangguan mental atau tidak sehat mentalnya.              Kata Kunci : tindakan kekerasan, kesehatan mental, orangtua, anakAbstract There are social facts in the form of acts of violence against parents to their children when they provide education. Likewise the facts was found in this risearch that there are acts of violence committed by parents against children in the process of educating, that are carried out repeatedly both physically, hitting, kicking, pinching, pushing, twisting, and slapping. Likewise, acts of violence are emotionally treated against children, in Silayang Village, Ranah Batahan District, West Pasaman Regency. Abstract

As entrusted by Allah, children are the responsibility of parents who must be educated in Islam in order to be the savior of parents in life in this world and in the hereafter. However, in practice, not all parents understand how to educate their children properly. Parents' mistakes in choosing the method of educating children can have a negative impact on the psychological development and personality of the child. Islam provides guidance to educate children through several methods, namely the Al-quran dialogue method, the Al-quran narrative method, exemplary methods, practice and deed methods, ibrah and mau'izzah methods, as well as targhib and tarhib methods. Finally, the choice of method used is left up to the ability of parents to apply it and pay attention to the child's condition. The choice of one method or the use of a combination of methods is a parent's discretion which does not need to be doubted on its effectiveness because the source of this method is the Al-Quran and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad.Keywords: Method, Educate Children, IslamAbstrakSebagai titipan Allah, anak merupakan tanggung jawab orang tua yang harus didik secara Islam agar dapat menjadi penyelamat orang tua dalam kehidupan di dunia maupun di akhirat. Namun dalam praktiknya tidak semua orang tua memahami bagaimana cara mendidik anak yang baik. Kesalahan orang tua memilih metode mendidik anak dapat berdampak buruk terhadap tumbuh kembang kejiwaan dan kepribadian anak. Islam memberi tuntunan mendidik anak melalui beberapa metode, yaitu metode dialog Al-qur’an, metode kisah Al-qur’an, metode keteladanan, metode praktik dan perbuatan, metode ibrah dan mau’izzah, serta metode targhib dan tarhib.Akhirnya, pemilihan metode yang digunakan diserahkan kepada kemampuan orang tua menerapkannya serta memperhatikan kondisi anak.Pemilihan satu metode ataupun penggunaan kombinasi metode merupakan diskresi orang tua yang tidak perlu diragukan lagi efektivitasnya karena metode tersebut sumbernya adalah Al-quran dan hadist Rasulullah SAW.

AbstractParents are the first people who will be role models for their children. Parents will be authoritative if there is a match between words and deeds. One of the roles of parents is to educate children according to their nature. This will affect their sexual orientation in the future. Both of parents, father and mother have an equal role in forming sexual orientation in children so that balance occurs and children are not biased about gender.Keywords: parents, sexual orientation, children AbstrakOrang tua adalah orang pertama yang akan menjadi panutan bagi anak-anak mereka. Orang tua akan berwibawa jika ada kecocokan antara kata-kata dan perbuatan. Salah satu peran orang tua adalah mendidik anak sesuai dengan sifatnya. Ini akan mempengaruhi orientasi seksual mereka di masa depan. Baik kedua orang tua, ayah dan ibu memiliki peran yang sama dalam membentuk orientasi seksual pada anak-anak sehingga keseimbangan terjadi dan anak-anak tidak bias tentang gender.Kata kunci: orang tua, orientasi seksual, anak-anak
