The purpose of this study was to describe the language skills that can be produced by a child with severe intellectual disability at SLB N 1 Padang . The method and technique used in this study were the referral method for the data collection stage with tapping techniques as basic techniques and advanced techniques of proficient involvement (SLC), proficient non-active listening (SBLC), notes, and records. Articulatory equivalent method for data analysis stage, and formal and informal presentation methods for the presentation phase of data analysis results. This study found that children's productive abilities are still very minimal and require rigorous training and long time so that they can make a change in language for children. Teachers and parents should also continue to train children with discipline. The ability to write to a new child at the stage of connecting the dots forms a phoneme. Cici hasn't been able to make one fonem well without being helped by dots. Cici hasn't been able to read, count, and doesn't like drawing. Then, there may be a nerve problem in the child's brain that causes his hands and fingers to always vibrate. His emotional state at any time can peak and uncontrollable.

Family is the smallest, most important and very basic in society and state. One problem in the family that can lead to divorce is a financial problem that cannot be managed properly. This paper is based on theoretical studies and previous studies. Financial management in the family is a way of managing family finances systematically and carefully through the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. Housewives in managing family finances must be smart, careful and precise in their use of finance so that a good family is always created and experiences continuous growth. With the ability of housewives to manage family finances appropriately, on time, right place, right price, and right quality will be realized family welfare.

The plunge of women in the world of work creates new problems, where working-women escpecially housewives will be time-consuming for the family, this creates problems with family harmony. On the basis of the above problems, this study wants to know how to empower women, why women want to work, is not a problem for the harmony of their family. This research was carried out in the Padangmatinggi Lestari village with a qualitative approach. The instruments used were observation sheets and interviews, where the subjects used as informants were mothers who worked as teachers, midwives and employees. Then analyze it using longwe analysis. Based on the data obtained it can be concluded that the empowerment of career women seen from welfare has been able to improve family welfare, but its awareness of gender roles and access is still limited as well as its power in making decisions still dominated by men (husbands). This is in line with the motivating factors for women to work, generally to improve the family economy, not because of awareness of their rights as women. Based on the criteria included in the theoretical study and the results of interviews with informants, it can be said that the families of career women in the Padangmatinggi Lestari village are categorized as prosperous families

The recapitulation of the feminine responsibilities of the congregation of Harokah al Iman shows that the existence of self-values can be obtained by following the assembly of knowledge of Harokah al Iman. This type of research is qualitative which produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observed behavior. The primary data source is women's congregation Harokah al Iman, as many as 75 worshipers. The results showed that the responsibility of following Harokah al Iman was recapitulated by the intention of women in Wek IV in Padangsidimpuan Utara sub-district to: 1). Practicing Shari'a in the Book and Sunnah. 2). Syirik and Bid'ah, 3). Try to be able to maintain five daily prayers perfectly. 4). Trying to always do good to your neighbors, both parents. 5). Intend to pay attention to children's education. 6). Istiqomah to increase dhikr and almsgiving. The values obtained by women in following the assembly of the science of Harokah al Iman in Wek IV of Padangsidimpuan Utara District. 1). demands knowledge. 2) Hope forgiven sin, 3). Want to be happy like in a paradise garden. 4). Hoping to be shaded by angels, 5). Forgiveness, 6). Obtain a heritage of science, 7). Get peace and grace

Single parent families have an obligation to guide their children, in carrying out their role alone in guiding children to face many obstacles. This paper starts from the results of research that aims to describe the parenting style of single parents towards adolescent religious behavior and the impact of parenting on adolescent religious behavior. Teenagers have identity. Teenagers can be independent. Teenagers in North Padangsidimpuan have a population of 25% of the population of North Padangsidimpuan. Padangsidimpuan Utara is the center of the city. The population of North Padangisidmpuan consists of heterogeneous communities. Herogeneity is the cause of change and development. Change and development in adolescents. Teenagers are expected to be future counselors. Teenagers must be role models. Teenagers must avoid moral decline. Moral decline is indicated where adolescents are not able to control themselves. Adolescents who experience moral setbacks such as disobedience to parents, reduced enthusiasm for learning, arrogance and arrogance can be alleviated through the spirit of humanization of women. A woman who is subtle in language. A soft-spoken woman. Women who have a myriad of rahman and rahim. Women who are humanists, women who are rich in the treasures of empathy and egalitarianism. Humanist women can guide adolescents. Guiding youth to noble morals. A true and dedicated teenager. Teenagers who are involved and given the opportunity to participate. Guiding youth is part and responsibility of women. Women can lead and escort teenagers towards a future full of meaningfulness and excitement.

Learn from home has various impacts on early childhood development. Significant changes to daily habits have led to many reports of a decline in children's development, especially in the enthusiasm for learning and the social and emotional development of early childhood. The purpose of this study is an attempt to describe an alternative model of early childhood counseling counseling service at Al Fatih Kindergarten, Pagarantonga Village during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used qualitative with a case study approach. Collecting data through the stages of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data management is carried out using Milles and Huberman's theory, namely data reduction, data display, and verification. To obtain accurate data, researchers used triangulation techniques as a test of data validity. The results of the study found that the guidance of a client-centered counseling model by providing information services, individual counseling, communication, and attention is a solution elaboration of the practitioner counselor or mentor to take preventive and curative steps to overcome problems that can hinder children's development while learning from home.Keywords: Counseling Guidance Model, Early Childhood, Pandemic Covid-19AbstrakLearn from home membawa dampak yang beragam terhadap perkembangan anak usia dini. Perubahan yang signifikan terhadap habitual keseharian menghadirkan banyak laporan atas penurunan perkembangan anak terutama pada semangat belajar, dan perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah upaya untuk mendeskripsikan alternatif model layanan bimbigan konseling anak usia dini di TK Al Fatih Desa Pagarantonga pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui tahap observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengelolaan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori Milles dan Huberman, yaitu data reduction, data display, dan verivication. Untuk memperoleh data yang akurat, peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi sebagai uji keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa bimbingan model konseling client-centered dengan melakukan layanan informasi, konseling individu, komunikasi, dan perhatian merupakan sebuah elaborasi yang solutif dari praktisi konselor atau pembimbing untuk mengambil langkah yang preventif dan kuratif mengatasi masalah yang dapat menghambat perkembangan anak selama pembelajaran learn from home.

AbstrakKeluarga merupakan kelompok terkecil, terpenting dan sangat mendasar dalam masyarakat dan bernegara. Salah satu permasalahan dalam keluarga yang dapat berujung kepada perceraian adalah masalah keuangan yang tidak dapat dikelola dengan baik. Tulisan ini didasarkan pada kajian-kajian teoritis dan kajian-kajian penelitian terdahulu.Pengelolaan keuangan dalam keluarga adalah cara mengatur keuangan keluarga dengan sistematis dan cermat melalui tahap perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Ibu rumah tangga dalam pengelolaan keuangan keluarga haruslah berpikir cerdas, cermat dan tepat dalam penggunaan keuangan agar senantiasa tercipta keluarga yang baik dan mengalami pertumbuhan secara kontiniu. Dengan kemampuan ibu rumah tangga dalam pengelolaan keuangan keluarga secara tepat guna, tepat waktu, tepat tempat, tepat harga, dan tepat kualitas akan terwujudlah kesejahteraan keluarga.
