Abstract

In the current era of globalization of the world economy, company management competes with each other. Quality is one of the main factors that must be considered by companies so that they can survive in the midst of competitive competition. The author conducted this research in a cigarette company, CV. Ulung Baureno Bojonegoro. The variables in this study are quality costs as independent variables (X) and production cost efficiency as the dependent variable (Y). The research approach used is an explanatory research approach and the method used by the author is a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the research on total quality costs in 2018 recognized by the company amounted to Rp. 408.367.000 with a percentage of 3.96%. From the results of estimates obtained by lowering costs in the category of prevention costs, quality costs decreased by Rp 233.117.000 or equal to 2.26% of the actual sales total. So that it can be concluded that by applying quality costs can increase the efficiency of production costs.

Abstract

Tax is the source used to finance a development. One of which is the land and building tax. This study goals to determine (1) the effectiveness of land and building tax revenues in lamongan districts in 2014 until 2018, (2) barriers that impact the effectiveness of land and building tax revenues in the district of 2014 until 2018, (3) Government to overcome barriers that affect the level of tax effectiveness of the earth and buildings in the district lamongan 2014 until 2018. The method that used in this research is by documentation technique. Data analysis method used in this research is Quantitative Descriptive method. The results shows that: (1) the effectiveness of land and buildings tax revenues in the district of 2014 until 2018 has been very effective, (2) the barriers that impact the effectiveness of tax revenues of land and buildings is difficult to meet taxpayers, And knowledge of taxpayers in paying taxes, (3) efforts to overcome obstacles in the tax revenue of the land and buildings is in cooperation with village rayon coordinator, and held more socialization. The authors provide recommendations to the district revenue department of Lamongan district should more often hold socialization for tax revenue of land and buildings increasing in the years to come.

Abstract

Based on the phenomena that happen in society, there are many e-wallet services in Indonesia but still have not adopted their effectiveness. This study aims to measure people's acceptance of GoPay e-wallet as a tool of payment in the cashless generation. To find out whether consumers are interested in using GoPay as a payment tool frequently, we using multiple linear regression analyses. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and experience on the intention to reuse GoPay with millennial generation samples in Yogyakarta. The results show that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and experience partially and simultaneously affect the intention reusing GoPay e-wallet.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influenced students choosing schools at the National Vocational School in Mojosari. With the limitation of the problem in this study, the students who attend the Mojosari National Vocational Schools in grades 2 and 3. Vocational High Schools (Vocational High Schools) are a formal educational institution that organizes vocational education from secondary/junior high school. The method in this research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was all students in grade 2 and 3 who attended the National Vocational School in Mojosari. To determine the sample using an opinion (Maholtra, 2006:291) that is 4 or 5 times the number of variables known in this study the variables are 42 x 4 = 168, so the number of samples from this study amounted to 168 respondents. The technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling, this technique is used for populations that have proportional and non-homogeneous stratified members/elements (Sugiyono, 2016:82). Sources of data in this study are primary, secondary and documentation data. For the results of factor analysis, the KMO (Kaisser-Meyer-Olkin) measure of sampling adequacy of 0.706 is greater than 0.5 and there are 42 variables whose values are above 0.5. For the factors formed there are 15 factors out of 42 variables. Of the 15 factors formed, the most influential were school product factors with a variance value of 15,885.

Abstract

This study discusses liquidity, profitability and leverage on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method to determine the sample based on the consideration of researchers. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS), which is a SEM-based variant, with SmartPLS software. The results showed that: 1) liquidity did not have a significant positive effect on firm value, 2) Profitability did not have a significant positive effect on company value, 3) leverage had no significant positive effect on firm value, 4) dividend policy was unable to significantly moderate the effect of liquidity on company company value, 5) dividend policy is not able to moderate the effect of profitability on significant corporate value, 6) dividend policy is not able to moderate the effect of leverage on company value significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Physical Aspects, Personality Interaction, Problem Solving, mediated by Customer Satisfaction against Customer Loyalty. The data used in this study used data obtained from questionnaires distributed to customers at Mirota Campus, DI Yogyakarta. The number of questionnaires distributed in this study to 220 respondents. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate (X1) Physical Aspects have a positive effect on (Z) Customer Satisfaction. (X2) Personality Interaction has a positive effect on (Z) Customer Satisfaction. (X3) Problem Solving has a positive effect on (Z) Customer Satisfaction. (Z) Customer Satisfaction directly has a positive effect on (Y) Customer Loyalty. (X1) Physical Aspects through (Z) Customer Satisfaction has a significant influence on (Y) Customer Loyalty. (X2) Personality Interaction through (Z) Customer Satisfaction has a significant influence on (Y) Customer Loyalty. (X3) Problem Solving through (Z) Customer Satisfaction has no significant effect on (Y) Customer Loyalty and service quality mediated by costumer satisfaction (Z) on costumer loyalty (Y) has a positive effect.

Abstract

The research was conducted in Magelang Regency, Central Java. Focusing on Carikan Hamlet, Kadiluwih Village, Salam District, Magelang Regency, in the 2020/2021 school year. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facilities and advertising on visitor satisfaction at Pasar Minggu Kliwon Watu Lumbung. This research is a research that focuses on the quality of services, facilities, and advertising on visitor satisfaction at Pasar Minggu Kliwon Watu Lumbung. The data collection method in this study used observation and questionnaires through purposive sampling techniques. The samples used were 80 people. Data analysis used t test, F test, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the quality of service and advertisements had a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, while facilities had no effect on visitor satisfaction at Kliwon Watu Lumbung Sunday Market because in reality not all visitors used the facilities provided by the Kliwon Watu Lumbung Sunday Market management, such as toilets. In general, the management committee of the Kliwon Watu Lumbung Sunday Market has provided comfortable public toilet facilities, but visitors are more interested in trying simple toilets owned by local residents who are on the river because they are considered more unique. Simultaneously shows that the quality of service, facilities, and advertising have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Adjusted R Square in this study is 0.617.

Abstract

Almost all industrial establishments have thought that increasing quality requires high production costs. But there is another opinion stating that the quality can lower costs if the company applies the correct management, including by implementing Total Quality Management (TQM). TQM is a way to improve performance on an ongoing basis at every level of operation or process using all human resources and capital available. Efficiency is the appropriateness ways to run something by not wasting time, effort and cost. The concept of TQM can bring a positive effect on improving the quality and cost savings. The production process is attention to quality will produce a product that is free from damage or failure, so the company will avoid waste or loss. This research was conducted at PT. Indo Pacific Packing Lamongan is located in the district of Lamongan Kembangbahu. The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of TQM in PT. Indo Pacific Packing and determine the cost effectiveness of production before and after implementation of TQM, by comparing the efficiency before and after the application of TQM. In conducting this research method used is a method of study on PT. Indo Pacific Packing Lamongan. From the results of this study showed that an increase in efficiency by 2.08% after the implementation of TQM and some activities are in accordance with the main elements of TQM. Thus the application of TQM in the company has been run well and have an influence on the efficiency of the production costs. Suggestions author of the company's successful implementation of TQM in the company should not make the management of PT. Indo Pacific Packing feel satisfied, and so maintained even increased further.

Abstract

This study is a bankruptcy analysis study that aims to prove and analyze the differences between the Atman Z-Score and Springate models in bankruptcy analysis in food and beverage industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  This study uses secondary data in the form of company's annual financial report data sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.com.  There are 26 food and beverage industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020.  Sampling using purposive sampling technique.  There are 16 samples of companies that meet the criteria and have complete data in the last 5 years, thus getting as many as 80 observations.  The data analysis technique was testing the hypothesis using the Paired Sample t-Test and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test.  The results showed that there was a significant difference between the analysis of bankruptcy of the Altman Z-Score model and the Springate model of the food and beverage industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  That the Altman Z-Score model is more stringent in assessing the bankruptcy rate than the Springate model.
