Abstract

This study discusses the effect of four independent variables, namely the Covid-19 disaster, social restrictions, physical restrictions and online marketing strategies on the dependent variable, namely consumer behavior in purchasing retail products. The population in this study is retail product consumers in Rembang Regency, using purposive sampling method and taking a sample of 200 respondents. This study uses multiple regression analysis technique with SPSS 22 analysis tool, by calculating the relationship of the independent variables partially and simultaneously to the dependent variable and calculating the weight of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with a determination test. The results of this study are, the COVID-19 disaster variable has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer behavior in purchasing retail products. While the social restriction variables, physical restrictions variables and online marketing strategy variables each partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior in purchasing retail products. The variables of the COVID-19 disaster, social restrictions, physical restrictions and online marketing strategies simultaneously have positive and significant impacts. In the test of determination, the magnitude of the R2 coefficient of the three independent variables is 35.6%.

Abstract

Pandemi covid 19 yang telah melanda Indonesia selama 2 (dua) tahun terakhir menyebabkan banyak usaha mengalami kebangkrutan, khususnya usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa survival competitive behaviour UMKM. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi literatur terhadap 12 penelitian dalam rentang waktu 2020-2021 dengan subjek UMKM yang berbeda. Peneliti mengkaji berbagai hasil studi empiris khususnya jurnal imiah yang berkaitan dengan strategi UMKM. Peneliti kemudian membandingkan hasil penelitian dari berbagai jurnal tersebeut dan mengambil intisari dari hasil penelitain tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur, terdapat empat strategi bertahan untuk UMKM yaitu, 1) melakukan pemasaran dengan digital marketing, 2) memperkuat SDM, 3) melakuan inovasi kreatif dan 4) peningkatan pelayanan kepada konsumen. Dengan strategi-staregi tersebut diharapakan UMKM di Indonesia dapat bertahan dan selamat dari kondisi krisis akibat pandemik COVID-19.

Abstract

Businesses that produce food raw materials or processed foods are one of the promising MSME opportunities, one of the prospects and long-term opportunities which can absorb labor. MSMEs Arien seasoning flour is believed to be able to influence economic growth quickly to develop one of the potential products of food raw materials and is expected to be the economic backbone of the community in the surrounding area. MSMEs Flour Bumbu Arien is one of the ones that produces raw food in the category of traditional food. However, the great potential of MSMEs with Arien Seasoning flour can provide considerable profits, because doing this business does not require large capital but has high economic value and profits. The great potential of the Arien Flour MSMEs has not been able to be utilized properly by entrepreneurs who run businesses in the industry because there are still many of them who have not yet received a significant economic impact from the business they are running. This study aims to (1) examine the marketing strategies that have been implemented by MSMEs in marketing their products. (2) Analyzing the internal and external environmental factors of Arien Flour Bumbu MSME that affect the marketing strategy. (3) Formulate and determine alternative marketing strategies. Research data and information consist of primary data and secondary data. The analytical tools used are the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix, the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix, the SWOT matrix (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Theats), and STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning). Results Based on the SWOT and STP analysis related to Arien Seasoned Flour MSMEs, the marketing strategy used today to market their products is to use direct and indirect marketing to attract all consumers. The results of the analysis of the company's internal factors using the IFE matrix, the company's main strength is a quality product, while the main weakness of the Arien Flour Bumbu MSME is the lack of capital. The total IFE matrix score is 1.730 below the total weight score of 2.0, indicating that the company's internal position is weak in overcoming existing weaknesses with its strengths. The result of the EFE matrix analysis is that the company's main opportunity is the high level of consumer loyalty to the Arien Seasoning Flour product. The main threat from the company is the large number of similar products. The total score of the EFE matrix is ??1.953 above the total weight score of 2.0 indicating that the company is able to respond well to external factors by taking advantage of existing opportunities to overcome threats.

Abstract

Almost all industrial establishments have thought that increasing quality requires high production costs. But there is another opinion stating that the quality can lower costs if the company applies the correct management, including by implementing Total Quality Management (TQM). TQM is a way to improve performance on an ongoing basis at every level of operation or process using all human resources and capital available. Efficiency is the appropriateness ways to run something by not wasting time, effort and cost. The concept of TQM can bring a positive effect on improving the quality and cost savings. The production process is attention to quality will produce a product that is free from damage or failure, so the company will avoid waste or loss. This research was conducted at PT. Indo Pacific Packing Lamongan is located in the district of Lamongan Kembangbahu. The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of TQM in PT. Indo Pacific Packing and determine the cost effectiveness of production before and after implementation of TQM, by comparing the efficiency before and after the application of TQM. In conducting this research method used is a method of study on PT. Indo Pacific Packing Lamongan. From the results of this study showed that an increase in efficiency by 2.08% after the implementation of TQM and some activities are in accordance with the main elements of TQM. Thus the application of TQM in the company has been run well and have an influence on the efficiency of the production costs. Suggestions author of the company's successful implementation of TQM in the company should not make the management of PT. Indo Pacific Packing feel satisfied, and so maintained even increased further.

Abstract

The rapidly growing demand for business actors to always make improvements in all fields, especially the improvement in the service sector and menu innovations that are varied and acceptable to customers. All of these are natural things considering the excellent service implemented by the restaurant, tends to be a comfortable place, good views and cheap menus can attract many customers. A careful planning needs to be done to anticipate the development of existing competitors. Conduct an analysis of the existing market including determining who the competitors are, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses, as well as analyzing the restaurant itself. This research method uses quantitative descriptive, namely collecting, compiling, processing and analyzing data in the form of numbers which in practice are given certain treatment which is studied in it, it is known that the sample size in this study is 96 customers at Eden Daily International Food Semarang. The level of customer satisfaction can be seen from the value of excellent service and product quality, if excellent service can be provided properly and can meet customer expectations and is supported by good product quality and can provide satisfactory customer satisfaction, visiting customers will feel satisfied.

Abstract

Food will certainly please its customers. Retaining customers is generally more profitable than changing customers, because the cost of acquiring a new customer can be many times the cost of retaining an existing customer. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at the Spoon Bebek Restaurant in Semarang. The population is all consumers at the Spoon Duck Restaurant with a total sample of 100 respondents. The research analysis tool uses multiple linear regression where the validity and reliability tests were previously carried out. The test results are proven. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on service quality on customer satisfaction at the spoon duck restaurant in Semarang (t count = 4,520 and p < 0.05). Meanwhile, the results of other studies indicate that there is a positive and significant effect on the quality of food products on consumer satisfaction at the spoon duck restaurant in Semarang (t count = 6.123 and p <0.05).

Abstract

In an effort to increase the integrity value of an agency, adequate and qualified human resources are needed to be able to advance various institutions, including libraries. Libraries must always be developed and improved so that they can always provide satisfaction to their users and human resources in the library are required to provide  service excellence to librarians in order to meet the needs of these users. However, there are still some users who do not understand the implementation of excellent service in the library, as a result, it is necessary to develop library human resources carried out by an agency. One of the libraries that implements HR development is the STKIP PGRI JOMBANG library. STKIP PGRI JOMBANG library always strives to share capabilities based on librarians or library staff in order to be able to advance the STKIP PGRI JOMBANG library into a superior university library. The purpose of this research is to determine the strategy of developing library human resources in implementing excellent service in the STKIP PGRI JOMBANG library. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach using data collection techniques using interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the HR strategy applied in the STKIP PGRI JOMBANG library includes further studies of formal and non-formal education, training, rotation,and participation in librarianship activities such as scientific meetings, seminars, workshops, librarianship competitions, and call for papers.

Abstract

This research aims to 10 knowing the effect of ease of use on the purchasing decisions for Dana e-wallet users in Sidoarjo, 2) knowing the effect of e-trust on purchasing decisions for Dana e-wallet users in Sidoarjo. The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS analysis tool to measure the result of the effect of ease of use and e-trust on purchasing decisions for Dana e-wallet users in Sidoarjo. The sample of this study amounted to 68 respondents. The place of this research was carried out in Sidoarjo Regency, especially in the Balongbendo area using the cluster sampling method. The data analys technique used is path analysis with the help of SPSS 24. Based on the result of research from the ease of use variable partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the result variable partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, internal communication, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at Toserba Mulia Godean Yogyakarta and analyze the factors that have a dominant influence on job satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at the Toserba Mulia Godean Yogyakarta. The type of research used is quantitative research and this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population used in this study were all employees of Toserba Mulia Godean Yogyakarta with a total sample of 80 respondents. Sampling using saturated sampling method and data collection using methods such as observation and questionnaires. The variables in this study are leadership (X1), internal communication (X2), work motivation (X3) and job satisfaction (Y).             From the results of data processing carried out using the multiple linear analysis formula, the following regression equation was obtained: Y= 5,104 + 0,261 X1 + 0,274 X2 + 0,260 X3. It can be concluded from the results of this study that hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the three independent variables studied all have a significant effect from the results which show that the Sig values ??are respectively 0.000 (X1), 0.004 (X2), 0.006 (X3). The F-test of the variables of leadership, internal communication, and work motivation have a simultaneous influence on job satisfaction of the employees of Toserba Mulia Godean Yogyakarta. This can be proven from the results of the F value of 35.137 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the Adjusted R2 test have a value of 56.5%, which means that 56.5% of the job satisfaction variables can be explained by the variables of leadership, internal communication, and work motivation, while 43.5% can be explained that other variables are not examined in this study. this research.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorser, consumer trust and consumer satisfaction on repurchase interest in Scarlett Whitening products. This research was conducted in Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java from October to November 2021. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 154 respondents. The sampling technique used non-probably sampling using snowball sampling and purposive sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study conclude that partially celebrity endorser has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, and consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Simultaneously celebrity endorser, consumer trust and consumer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention with a sig value of 0.000 indicated. The effect of celebrity endorser, consumer trust and consumer satisfaction on repurchase interest can be seen with the Adjusted R Square value of 58.3% while the remaining 41.7% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
