Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), transformational leadership, job insecurity and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. This research was carried out at SuperDazzle, the population in this study were all SuperDazzle employees totaling 110 employees with Non Probability Sampling, sampling technique with purposive sampling method, this type of research used survey method using a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the study using the t test, the results showed that the organizational commitment variable had a significant effect on job satisfaction for employees with a significance value of 0,027 < 0,05, the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable had a significant effect on job satisfaction for employees with a significance value of 0,018 < 0,05, the transformational leadership variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction for employees with a significance value of 0,032 < 0,05, the job insecurity variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction for employees with a significance value of 0,006 < 0,05 and the organizational culture variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction for employees with a significance value of 0,003 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of perceived Ihsan, Islamic egalitarianism, perception of cash waqf, and awareness of cash waqf on cash waqf giving. The method used in this research is a survey using a questionnaire; there are 183 valid respondents in this study. This study used PLS-SEM to test the hypotheses, the result showed that people with high perceived Ihsan would have higher behavioural intention to help the other Muslims. Then, the higher the Islamic egalitarianism, the higher the individual's desire to achieve equality in the economic aspect of fellow Muslims. Furthermore, individuals with more heightened awareness and positive perceptions believe that waqf can help each other donate more through cash waqf.

Abstract

The monetary crisis that occurred in Indonesia in 1998 this crisis occurred due to the fall in the exchange rate of the rupiah against the dollar and liquidity problems, as a result of the occurrence of this monetary crisis caused huge state losses. With this incident, Bank Indonesia, as the bank that oversees bank regulations in Indonesia, stipulates that companies mus be able to assess the health level of their own companies using the RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, dan Caiptal) methods. This study uses as purposive sampling method with 13 (thirteen) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ini 2018 – 2020. In this study found 2 (two) companies that were categorized as very healthy during 2018 – 2020. Companies that were ranked very healthy were the National Pension Savings Bank Company. The Bank (BTPN) and the Bank MEGA Company. The Bank MEGA both companies reflected the company who is very healthy and able to deal with problems in the future. The performance of all companies must maintain and improve the performance of their companies ini order to overcome the problems that will occur in the future

Abstract

This paper examines the implementation of Laurence Capron’s business strategies Build, Borrow, and Buy at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Identify how relevant it is to the Covid-19 pandemic condition, then analyzed through the perspective of technological and social change. The research’s using qualitative methods through literature review by collecting data from previous research. The results show that PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk has successfully implemented the Build, Borrow, and Buy strategies in its business operations and maintain company sustainability during the pandemic, technological and social changes related to the implementation of the Build, Borrow, and Buy strategy. The implications of this research are the Build, Borrow, and Buy strategy analysis can be a reference to be applied to other entities, and can be linked to different variables or perspectives with a more focused and stay relevant so that depth of analysis can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of regional financial accounting systems, accessibility of financial reports and internal control on regional financial management accountability. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all parts involved in the management of regional finances in urban villages in the city of Malang. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data collection technique used in this study is primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 26. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the regional financial accounting system, accessibility of financial statements, and internal control have a tcount > ttable (121.950> 2.69 with a significant value of 0.0000<0.05 (?=5%). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables X1, X2, X3, and X4 together have an effect on Y, a significant positive effect on the accountability of regional financial management.

Abstract

exhaust emissions, makes it a special gift for street vendors to carry out activities to fulfill the needs of the perpetrators. Street vendors choose places that are visited by many people, such as shop fronts and on the edge of roads, parks and markets, without permission from the government to sell their wares. The presence of activities in open spaces is a potential market that is always approached by economic actors, including street vendors. With the existence of CFD, it is necessary to see how far the benefits received by business actors, especially street vendors, because this is what determines the sustainability of their business which is very dependent on human crowds. This benefit is seen from two perspectives, namely from an economic and social perspective. The identification of the benefits of CFD for street vendors uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods using several techniques, namely in-depth interviews, participatory observation and documentation. Data collection in this study was carried out through three paths, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. By interviewing several street vendors in the CFD area, information was obtained that the economic impact for traders was quite good, by selling in the CFD area an increase in income of 30% - 40%, considering that during the pandemic the Surodinawan CFD area was still only allowed to be active again, new sellers and visitors allowed to come under the supervision of the Pamogpraja police of Mojokerto City. Social interactions between traders have a positive social impact, they communicate with each other, support each other that the pandemic must be passed with an unyielding spirit. After all, life must continue, it is not difficult to be alone, must remain excited for the sake of family members at home who are waiting with prayers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Social Media Marketing Elements on Brand Awareness on Instagram HMP Mathematics Education Study Program, Pgri Yogyakarta University. The research was conducted in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in 2022. The population of this study were all active students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling technique and using purposive sampling method taken from 120 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the data regression analysis showed the following regression equation: Y = 1.903 + 0.260x1 + 0.131x2 + 0.217x3 + 0.182x4 + 0.110x5. The results of this study prove that Entertainment has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness, Interaction has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness, Trendiness has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness, Customization has a positive and significant impact on Brand Awareness, and E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness. Brand Awareness. The results of the study of five independent variables have a simultaneous influence on Brand Awareness. This research is explained by adjusted R Square of 86.4%

Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine the effect of service quality, facilities, and tourist attractions of visitor satisfaction at Agrowisata Bhumi Merapi. This study is a survey research using a questionnaire to collect data. Samples were taken of 60 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. This study was analyzed by validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis test through t-test and F test as well as coefficient determination analysis (R2) by SPSS program with the level error of significance is 0.05. The results of the research showed that parttialy the service quality, facilities, and tourist attractions influence has a positive effect the level of visitor satisfaction at Agrowisata Bhumi Merapi. Simultaneously, variables of service quality, facilities, and tourist attractions have significant influence on visitor satisfaction, which is proven by the score of F as much as 41,383 at significance value 0,000 < 0,05. Adjusted R Square (R2) in this study is 0.672 or 67.2%.

Abstract

Finance is a very important part of a business, because the company will be able to run well and normally if the company's finances run normally. Regarding company finances, in this study researchers have conducted research related to the method of managing company finances in SMEs, traditional tofu food producers "Gono Tahu". The results of the study indicate that the traditional tofu food producer "Gono Tahu" has not carried out financial management properly according to the company's financial management standards. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of human resources, especially in the financial sector. It is hoped that the Mojokerto Regency Government will make efforts to foster so that people who have micro, small and medium businesses can increase their business.
