Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and public ownership on income control. There were 23 samples that were decided according to the applicable criteria. The record evaluation technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The test uses conventional speculation trials and more than one regression evaluation. The results show that managerial ownership and institutional ownership have an impact on earnings management, and public ownership has no impact on earnings management.

Abstract

Online sales have increased for several years, so retail companies need to change their sales strategy from offline to online sales, PT. Indomarco Prismatama, was launching the Klik Indomaret application. This study aims to see how much influence the Klik Indomaret application proxied with E-Commerce Application Variables has on the Purchase Decision Variable. The Personal Selling variable is used as a control variable in this study. Analysis using Regression with JAMOVI application. This study also uses a descriptive analysis approach. The samples that were collected were 270 visitors by systematic random sampling. The findings show that the Klik Indomaret Application affects the Purchase Decision Variable with a significance number below 5%, namely 0.001 and has the ability to predict 97.5%. As for the Personal Selling Control Variable, the effect is 90.9%. The results of the descriptive analysis, it was found that the skills and "good character" of the Salesman need to be improved. Further research is to expand the sample to several districts in Indonesia and add regional control variables so that the results can be generalized to all populations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku menabung, (2) pengaruh inklusi keuangan terhadap perilaku menabung, (3) pengaruh perencanaan keuangan terhadap perilaku menabung, (4) pengaruh literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, dan perencanaan keuangan secara simultan terhadap perilaku menabung. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM di Desa Sukamanah, Kec. Cugenang, Kab. Cianjur. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regregsi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung,(2) inklusi keuangan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung, (3) perencanaan keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung, (4) literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, dan perencanaan keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan terhadap perilaku menabung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effect of brand image,product quality, word of mouth variables on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were consumers of Kebab Turki Baba Rafi Soekarno Hatta Malang. Sampling in this study used the Lemeshow formula with purposive sampling method, the result were 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and path analysis. It can be concluded that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between brand image and product quality on word of mouth, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions, (3) there is a positive and significant influence There is a significant relationship between word of mouth on purchasing decisions, (4) there is a positive and significant influence between brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions through the variable intervening word of mouth.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of organizational culture, work motivation, and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of PT. Bedjoe Oetomo Kulon Progo. The type of this study is quantitative research that employs 65 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture partially has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizentional behavior (OCB) with a regression coefficient of 0,404 and significance value of 0,006. Work motivation partially has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with a regression coefficient of 0,363 and significance value of 0,009. Organizational commitment partially has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with a regression coefficient of 0,518 and significance value of 0,013. Organizational culture, work motivation, and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with a significance value of 0,000. Therefore, all the hypotheses in this research are accepted.

Abstract

Covid-19 has had an impact on various sectors, especially in the economic sector, one of which is MSMEs. Many MSMEs are not ready for this condition so that they experience a decline or even bankruptcy so that the economy becomes unstable. After this pandemic, both the government and MSMEs are trying to restore the economy that has been affected by this pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the social media marketing based on digital content and how effective the strategy was in restoring the MSME economy. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are a social media marketing -based digital content implemented by MSMEs covering 5 aspects, namely concept, creative, communicative, value and value. This strategy is effective in restoring the MSME economy as evidenced by an increase in sales and capital.

Abstract

Students have numerous demands in education sectors, both for academic and non-academic activities to increase their soft skills including in participating for national and international competitions. Consequently, the students felt frustated with the burdens and demands leading to academic burnout. Therefore, it is needed to encouragethe students with external and internal motivationto ovaid the academic burnout. This research aims to investigate the effect of learning motivation on academic burnout (Student Study of Management Study Program at Bumigora University). Questionnaires were collected from 204 respondents of management study programs for semesters 2, 4, and 6. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results showed that there is negative efffect on the motivation of students of the Management Study Program at Bumigora University on Academic Burnout of 46.48% but the effect is not significant.

Abstract

The population used in this study were all consumers who shopped at the Purnama supermarket. The sample in this study was 80 respondents and used a non-probability sampling technique. Data analysis using SPSS 20. The results showed that partially the completeness of the product had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Store layout has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Simultaneously product completeness, store layout, and facilities have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The effect of product completeness, store layout, and facilities on the purchase intention of Purnama supermarket consumers in Bantul Regency is indicated by the Adjusted R2 value of 96.6%.

Abstract

The skills and abilities of individual employees which are employee competencies are also an important component of human resources. Company goals and targets can be efficient if it has adequate human resources. This can be seen by the presence of high employee competencies in the company. To encourage this, companies must also strive to improve good training and development. Data related to a sample of 152 university students in Jakarta, Indonesia who are already working. The data was obtained using a questionnaire which was then tested for validity and reliability as well as a structural equation model (SEM) using SPSS software version 25 and AMOS version 24. The results showed that the positive influence of training and development, employee empowerment and perceived performance appraisal on employee competencies is supported.

Abstract

The development of consumer shopping patterns has shown a phenomenon where activities went through online. This study focuses on examining the behavior of consumers' interest in making purchases by looking at the influence of socio-physiological value aspects, namely social value ??, and emotional values. The process of collecting data by distributing questionnaires to the consumer in the Generation Z category is based on purposive sampling. Multiple Linear Regression was used to analyze the data. The result that online purchase intention has explained from the variables included in the emotional and social value has the contribution of 44.1%.
