Abstract

This research is an event study that aims to prove the reaction of the Indonesian capital market to stock split in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This study uses secondary data sources obtained from websites the Indonesian Stock Exchange and Yahoo Finance. The event observation period is 20 days which is divided into 10 days (h-10) before, event day (h-0), and 10 days (h+10) after the stock split. Data analysis technique used paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results showed that 1) there was no significant difference in trading volume activity before and after the stock split 2) there was a significant difference in abnormal returns before and after the stock split and 3) there was no significant difference in the bid-ask spread before and after the stock split. Thus the stock split has information content that causes the capital market to react.

Abstract

This Research is motivated to conduct development research in order to find out the effectiveness of land and building tax collection before the pandemic and during a pandemic. This research uses a qualitative research paradigm. The qualitative research paradigm is usually associated with qualitative research that is descriptive analytical, comparative in nature, focuses on meaning, and data where the data can be obtained by observing and/or document analysis. The research approach used is phenomenology by collecting data using interviews and Documents related to land and building tax. The results of this study indicate that land and building tax payments in Mojokerto Regency can be made online or offline. Land and building tax collection in Mojokerto Regency is collected directly by officials from the Mojokerto Regency regional revenue agency and to this day still involves village government officials. During the period before the pandemic, the effectiveness of land and building tax collection in Mojokerto Regency was in the criteria of being quite effective (2018 and 2019) while during the pandemic it was less effective (2020-2022). This was due to changes in the achievement targets which were also accompanied by a decrease in the realization of land and building tax revenues.

Abstract

In the implementation of good, transparent, and accountable governance, several support systems are needed, one of which is the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) as stated in probolinggo Mayor Regulation Number 30 of 2020. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of Probolinggo Mayor Regulation Number 30 of 2020 concerning SAKIP at the Probolinggo City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office in 2021. The method used is a qualitative approach by describing data and explaining data and using analytical techniques through data collection. The results of this study, that the implementation of Probolinggo Mayor Regulation Number 30 of 2020 concerning SAKIP at the Probolinggo City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office in 2021 was not optimal, the ASN response was lacking and there was no influence whatsoever on the work performance of ASN. Therefore, it requires support, commitment and willingness from the leadership to utilize SAKIP as a medium of accountability and a media for management control by providing real rewards and punishments periodically to both the Regional Apparatus (PD) and the State Civil Apparatus (ASN).

Abstract

Technostress is a stress that results from using the technology. Organizations must understand and control technostress because this stress has the potential to hinder employee innovative work behavior. Especially now that many organizations are filled with generation Y employees who are more fluent in using technology than generation X. This research was conducted on 101 employee respondents in business organizations consist of both generations. To investigate the affect of Technostress on Innovative Work Behavior, the data tested using regression, and then processed using a frequency distribution table to find differences in responses between generations. It appears that there was no impact of technostress on Innovative Work Behavior. However, there are differences in responses between generations for the techno-complexity dimension in the technostress variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, brand image, and product quality on consumer loyalty for Compass shoes in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research was conducted in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sample in this study used 90 respondents and the technique used was probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The technique used in analyzing the data is multiple linear regression analysis, T test (partial), F test (tugether), the coefficient of determination (R2). The research shows the following results: Price has no effect on consumer loyalty with a sig value of 0.183 > 0.05; brand image has a significant influence on consumer loyalty with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05; product quality has a significant effect on consumer loyalty with a sig of 0.000 <0.05; and price, brand image, and product quality have an influence on consumer loyalty with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. The magnitude of the influence or value of Adjusted R Square price, brand image, and product quality on consumer loyalty is 81.9%. This means that price, brand image, and product quality can explain consumer loyalty variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image, trusted brand, celebrity endorsers, and word of mouth on buying intention of MS Glow skin care products in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research examines MS Glow skin care products. The population of this study is the people in the Special Region of Yogyakarta who have used or purchased MS Glow products. Sampling was carried out by sampling technique using purposive sampling and using a questionnaire as a data collection method using a sample of 120 respondents. This type of research is quantitative. The results of this study indicate that product quality, brand image, brand trust, celebrity endorsers and word of mouth simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy MS Glow skin care products in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Variables of product quality, brand image, brand trust, celebrity endorsers and word of mouth are able to expl  ain the purchase intention variable by 94,6% and the remaining 5,4% is explained by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among SuperDazzle employees. This research was conducted at SuperDazzle from May to December 2022. This research is a quantitative research using SPSS software version 24.0. The population in this study were all SuperDazzle employees with a total sample of 80 people using the saturated sampling method. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on OCB, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on OCB, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on OCB. The results of the study show that transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously influence OCB. The adjusted R-squared value was 53.9 percent and the remaining 46.1 percent was explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Human resources as a resource is the company's most important asset, human resources are always expected to give maximum level of contributions and committed to the company to reach expected goals. Employees who are committed to their organization will take risks to the organization and want to remain in the organization. This research is done to explore impact of work family conflict, job stress and job satisfaction to organizational commitment. The response taken was 138 employees of a garment factory in the Semarang Regency area. With SPSS analysis technique version 23. Result of the research found work family conflict and work stress have negatively impact and insignificant to organizational commitment. And job satisfaction has a positively impact and significant to organizational commitment. Simultaneously work family conflict, job stress and job satisfaction have a significant influence to organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable at PT. Pos Indonesia (Mataram Head Office). The population in this study are employees of PT. Pos Indonesia, totaling 92 people. The sample in this study used the census method, namely the entire population was used as a sample of 92 people. This type of research is quantitative using a causality approach. The analysis used is SEM analysis and data analysis techniques using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with OCB as the intervening variable. Suggestions in this study is the number of employees with productive age, PT. Pos Indonesia can use these employees as a forum for finding new ideas to develop the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the position of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk's environmental turbulence level, and analyze PT Hero Supermarket Tbk's strategy to optimize the company's performance and sustainability. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, utilizing secondary data from various literature such as books, articles and homepages to access the latest data and information to analyze environmental turbulence and strategies implemented by PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. The Result of this study that PT Hero Supermarket Tbk's environmental turbulence level is at level 4 (Discontinuous) and 5 (Suprising). Considering that PT Hero Supermarket Tbk's turbulence level is at levels 4 and 5, to optimize performance and sustainability the company can use an "entrepreneurial" strategy in the short term, but must start trying to implement a "creative novel" strategy. In addition, management must be able to respond by developing the company to be able to control the environment and create a new environment (market).
