<![CDATA[The importance of environmental accounting basically requires complete knowledge of companies and other organizations that have benefited from the environment. Seeing this phenomenon is homework for all of us to take responsibility for providing solutions for MSME actors in the Cibuntu tofu industry center in Bandung Kulon District about the importance of environmental accounting for sustainability in waste management. The method used in this study is a mixed methods method. This research is a research step by combining two forms of research that have existed before, namely qualitative research and quantitative research. The result show that green accounting has a positive and significant effect on waste management. Waste management has a positive and significant effect on environmental sustainability. This shows that waste management can affect environmental sustainability in the Cibuntu Tofu Industry Center in Bandung Kulon District.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesian Food And Drug Authority (BPOM) has the task of carrying out the preparation and implementation of policies, the preparation of norms, standards, procedures, criteria, the implementation of technical guidance and supervision. This study analyzes the Performance and Level of Service Importance (Importance Performance Analysis-IPA) in BPOM, in Quadrant I shows the highest service performance. In this quadrant there are indicators of Officer Cost and Behavior. On the cost indicator, it does not involve too many officers. Payment of services can be made by customers online with a virtual account. Customers assessing cost indicators are important aspects of the service and the assessment of its satisfactory performance "Good". This means that BPOM service products are in accordance with customer needs.]]>

<![CDATA[Supervisor behaviors have implications on employee emotion. Ideally, a supervisor can create a conducive working environment that supports the positive psychological states of employees. Emotional exhaustion is one phenomenon that becomes a focus of this study. In this research employee emotion exhaustion can be related to abusive supervision. This study proposes to investigate the relationship among abusive supervision, emotional exhaustion, turnover intention, work performance, and organizational commitment. Emotional exhaustion is treated as a mediator. A total of 161 employees were involved as participants. Results showed that (1) abusive supervision was positively related to emotional exhaustion, (2) emotional exhaustion was positively related to turnover intention, and (3) emotional exhaustion was negatively related to work performance and organizational commitment. In addition, emotional exhaustion could mediate the relationships between the independent variable and the three dependent variables. Contributions of this work are addressed. The limitations of the study were also described.]]>

<![CDATA[The increase of coffee consumption encourage a small scale enterprise, Cijambe Coffee to identify the current business performance to face the challenge. The research purposes are 1) to evaluate the feasibility of Cijambe Coffee business, 2) To interpreted the evaluation result in recommendation that help enterprise to decide the strategy. The research method is quantities and qualitative approach. The evaluation results: 1) the product has distinctive quality, 2) Technical factor is feasible in terms of producing good quality, 3) financially feasible that is proven by the parameters: NPV (IDR 2,350,000), PP (2.9 years), IRR (27.88%), and unit BEP (169.23 units), and the value of BEP ( Rp. 5,076,923.07), 4) Recommended strategy are : expanding market and production capacity with accurate forcast and strategy; the shifting of B to C into B to B market strategy or mix of both; acquiring business partners with good bargain and productive resources.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted based on data on the increasing contribution of the creative industry sub-sector of Bandung City to PDRB in 2018 to 2020. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation and coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between celebrity endorser and price on the purchasing decision process. The magnitude of the influence of celebrity endorser and price on the purchasing decision process simultaneously is 53.4% and the remaining 46.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. Partially the magnitude of the influence of celebrity endorsers on the purchasing decision process is 9.4% and the influence of price on the purchasing decision process is 44%, so it can be concluded that the price has the greatest influence on the purchasing decision process.]]>

<![CDATA[This Study aims to determine how much influence the quality of accounting information systems, human resource competencies and government internal control systems have on the performance of local government agencies. Data collection techniques were carried out through primary data with questionnaires. The population in this study were employees at the Dinas-Dinas di Pemerintah Kabupaten Belitung. The results show that partially the quality of the accounting information system affects the performance of the agency with an influence contribution of 25,1%, the competence of human resources affects the performance of the agency with a contribution of 17,3% influence, and the government’s internal control system affects the performance of the agency by influence contribution of 29%. The results of this study also show that simultaneously the quality of accounting information systems, human resource competencies and government intenral control systems have an effect on agency performance with a contribution of 71,4% influence.]]>

<![CDATA[The increasingly rapid development of the economy and technology can affect people's daily lives. Purpose of this research is to test and analyze how much customer loyalty using Netflix is influenced by service quality and reputation mediated by customer trust and customer satisfaction in the Indonesian people. This study uses quantitative methods using descriptive statistics, then survey in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the Indonesian people who were the object of research and the total sample that could be tested was 401 data. The research data was processed using the SmartPLS 3 application. Result data showed that all independent variables significantly affected customer loyalty of the Indonesian people, except quality of service on customer loyalty was not significant.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to measure the factors that can affect customer loyalty in using the mobile taxi service application using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The research model used involves several variables, namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction as additional variables. The analysis used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and respondents numbered 105 people from the city of Bandung. This research proves that in addition to the variables contained in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), in achieving loyalty the users of the mobile taxi service application must achieve customer satisfaction first. The results of this study indicate that the presence of customer satisfaction as an additional variable can increase understanding in technology acceptance by completing variables that are part of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze how the influence of labor welfare on employee performance is mediated by morale at PT. Area PGE Kamojang, either directly or indirectly. The research method used was a descriptive and verification method with a total sample of 74 employees. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and observation. Data analysis methods used in this study include path analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the welfare of the workforce has a direct effect on morale. Labor welfare has a direct effect on employee performance, just as work enthusiasm has a direct effect on employee performance. Then, the results of the analysis also show that morale can mediate the influence of labor welfare on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and locus of control on student interest in entrepreneurship. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection using a questionnaire on a sample of 291 students. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and multiple correction. To test the hypothesis and the coefficient of determination using the SPSS 26 program. The results showed that the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge had an effect of 23% while the locus of control was 55.5% on student interest in entrepreneurship. The total influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and locus of control on entrepreneurial interest is 78.5%. The results of this study reinforce the importance of the higher education curriculum in paying attention to entrepreneurial knowledge and increasing student locus of control to increase student interest in entrepreneurship]]>
