Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh tidak langsung dari Earning per Share (EPS) terhadap Harga Saham (SP) melalui Return on Asset (ROA) pada perusahaan minyak mentah dan gas alam PT Elnusa Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan bulanan periode Januari 2012 hingga Desember 2014. Total data yang digunakan sebanyak 36 sampel. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Earning per Share berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Return on Asset dan variabel Return on Asset berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Hasil tersebut mebuktikan bahwa variabel Return on Asset adalah variabel intervening dari variabel Earning per Share dengan variabel Harga Saham. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada PT. Elnusa Tbk, Earning per Share (EPS) berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham (SP) melalui Return on Asset (ROA).Kata kunci : Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Asset (ROA), Harga Saham (SP)

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan Pelatihan Manajemen Keuangan Rumah Tangga ini merupakan bagian dari program pengabdian masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di lingkungan Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) Asthabrata. Adapun tujuan kegiatan ini adalah: Memberikan pengetahuan mengelola keuangan yang baik bagi rumah tangga; Membantu mitra menyusun prioritas kebutuhan rumah tangga; Membantu mitra mengalokasikan kebutuhan rumah tangga; Membantu mitra menyusun dan menerapkan perancanaan keuangan rumah tangga. Metode pelaksanaan program terdiri dari: Sosialisasi program dan FGD; Pelatihan; Bimbingan dan Pendampingan; Evaluasi program melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 35 peserta yang terdiri dari ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan pengelola RPTRA Asthabrata. Berdasarkan hasil obseravasi dan data kuesioner diketahui bahwa setelah mengikuti program pelatihan pengetahuan peserta mengenai manajemen keuangan rumah tangga meningkat; peserta mampu menyusun dan menerapkan rencana keuangan rumah tangga menggunakan formulir dan amplop perencanaan keuangan rumah tangga; peserta dapat membedakan kebutuhan rumah tangga berdasarkan prioritas kebutuhan dengan keinginan konsumsi rumah tangga; terjadi perubahan pola konsumsi rumah tangga dimana peserta dapat mengalokasikan pengeluaran rumah tangga sesuai dengan konsep keuangan rumah tangga ideal; 29% peserta mampu memiliki dan tabungan; 15% peserta memiliki arus kas negatif. Secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan bahwa program pelatihan berjalan efektif dan mampu merubah perilaku dan pola keuangan rumah tangga.Kata Kunci: ibu rumah tangga; manajemen keuangan rumah tangga; RPTRA. Household Financial Management Training in the Asthabrata RPTRAAbstractThe family financial management training is part of the community service program. This training is carried out in Asthabrata's Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA). The objectives of this training are to provide family financial management knowledge, to identify household needs prioritize, to suggest the ideal allocation of household needs, to implement family financial planning. The program implementation method consists of socialization and FGD; training; consultation and coaching; evaluation through observation and questionnaires. The training attended by 35 housewives and RPTRA Asthabrata staffs. Based on observations and questionnaire data, the result showed that after participating in the training program the level of family financial management knowledge increased; participants were able to compile and implement a family financial plan using forms and family financial planning envelopes; participants can distinguish household needs based on priority needs with the desire for household consumption; there is a change in household consumption pattern where participants can allocate an ideal household expenditure; 29% of participants own saving fund; 15% of participants have a negative cash flow. Overall, it can be concluded that the training program runs effectively.Keywords: family financial management; houswives; RPTRA

Abstract

PD SHANKAR PM is an import-export trade of the textile material company. During the pandemic, PD SHANKAR PM was one of the companies affected by Covid-19 due to a significant decrease in demand for fashion material. The pandemic also caused PD SHANKAR PM to impose a Work From Home (WFH) policy. This policy is new to all employees. With the challenge of surviving the Covid-19 crisis, companies need factors that drive employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine work engagement, organizational commitment, and employee performance of PD SHANKAR PM during the work from home policy. Next, this study also aims to investigate the influence of work engagement and organizational commitment on employee performance of PD SHANKAR PM both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this research is a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees as respondents. The questionnaire data was then processed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results showed that work engagement, organizational commitment, and employee performance of PD SHANKAR PM were in a good category. Work engagement and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work engagement has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance. Although organizational commitment has no significant effect, organizational commitment and work engagement have a positive impact on employee performance

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of intellectual capital on Return on Asset of the National Commercial Bank 2010-2015 period. The intellectual capital variable as independent variable consists of Human Capital / Human Capital (HCE), Structured Capital (SCE), Capital Employed Capital (CEE).,and the dependent variable is Return on Assets (ROA). This study used secondary data sourced from the financial statements. The samples of this study are banks with assets of more than Rp. 50 trillion, include state-owned enterprise bank and private bank. Data analysis technique used in this research is pooled regression analysis. The results showed that both Human Capital (HCE) and Capital Employed (CEE) have significant influence and positive impact on Return on Asset (ROA) at α = 5%. Although Structured Capital (SCE) has no significant influence on Return on Asset (ROA), but SCE has positive impact on Return on Assets (ROA). Keywords: Intellectual Capital; HCE; SCE; CEE; ROA.  Abstrak. Variabel modal intelektual sebagai variabel bebas terdiri dari: Modal Manusia / Human Capital (HCE), Modal Struktural / Structured Capital (SCE), Modal Kerja Capital Employed (CEE). Sedangkan variabel kinerja perusahaan sebagai variabel terikat adalah Return on Asset (ROA). Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan bank-bank yang diteliti. Adapun bank yang diteliti adalah bank umum milik pemerintah dan bank devisa swasta dengan aset lebih dari Rp. 50 triliun. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis pooled regression analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Human Capital (HCE) dan Capital Employed (CEE) berdampak positif dan berpengaruh terhadap Return on Asset secara signifikan pada α = 5%. Variabel Structured Capital (SCE) berdampak positif namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return on Asset (ROA) secara signifikan. Katakunci: Modal Intelektual; HCE; SC; CEE; ROA.

Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology enable consumers to increasingly conduct online purchase transactions. From the perspective of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this study aims to examine the effect of perceived ease to use and perceived usefulness on consumers' intention to buy online in South Tangerang. The study used 130 data obtained through questionnaires distributed online to users of multiple consumer-to-consumer (C2C) e-commerce platforms. Determination of the sample is done by applying a non-probability sampling technique. Using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS software, the study found that perceived ease to use and perceived usefulness had a positive effect on the intention to buy online. Regression analysis shows that both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have significant effects on online purchase intention. However, the effect of perceived usefulness on intention to buy online is greater (β =.199, ρ-value <.000) than that of perceived ease to use (β =.277, ρ-value <.00). The findings of the study help to understand everything about online buying behavior and make strategic implications for digital-based companies to increase consumers' willingness to buy online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa dampak kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap minta beli GO-JEK. GO-JEK adalah jasa transportasi berbasis aplikasi online. Pada penelitian ini layanan GO-JEK dikhususkan pada layanan GO-ride di kalangan mahasiswa/i yang berdomisili di Tangerang Selatan. Responden penelitian ini adalah 100 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara acak (random sampling). instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data dari kuesioner yang sudah diisi kemudian diolah dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli jasa GO-JEK GO-ride. Sedangkan variabel harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli jasa GO-JEK GO-ride.Kata Kunci : kualitas layanan, harga, minat beli, GO-JEK

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh diskriminasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi baik secara langsung maupun melalui stress kerja pada karyawan di restoran Soerabi Bandung HNH. Responden penelitian ini adalah 30 karyawan di restoran. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Data kuesioner yang telah diisi kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel diskriminasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi secara langsung. Diskriminasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui stres kerja.Kata Kunci : diskriminasi kerja, stres kerja, komitmen organisasi, restoran

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Return on Equity, Earning per Share, dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Price Earning Ratio pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk periode 2012-2014. Price Earning Ratio sebagai variabel terikat dan Return on Equity, Earning per Share, dan Debt to Equity Ratio sebagai variabel bebas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial variabel Return on Equity dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) mempengaruhi Price Earning Ratio secara signifikan, sedangkan variabel Earning per Share tidak berpengaruh terhadap Price Earning Ratio. Namun hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap Price Earning Ratio.Kata kunci : Return on Equity (ROE), Earning per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER)

Abstract

Indonesian Food And Drug Authority (BPOM) has the task of carrying out the preparation and implementation of policies, the preparation of norms, standards, procedures, criteria, the implementation of technical guidance and supervision. This study analyzes the Performance and Level of Service Importance (Importance Performance Analysis-IPA) in BPOM, in Quadrant I shows the highest service performance. In this quadrant there are indicators of Officer Cost and Behavior. On the cost indicator, it does not involve too many officers. Payment of services can be made by customers online with a virtual account. Customers assessing cost indicators are important aspects of the service and the assessment of its satisfactory performance "Good". This means that BPOM service products are in accordance with customer needs.

Abstract

Law enforcement agencies face a widespread problem of corruption, which jeopardizes their credibility and institutional integrity. Thus, the primary goal of this study is to develop a machine learning prediction model for petty corruption intentions as an early warning system for law enforcement officials who fail to perform their duties and obligations with integrity. Using a questionnaire survey of two hundred twenty-five participants, from senior officers to rank and file police officers, this study presents the fundamental knowledge on the design and implementation of machine learning model based on six selected algorithms; generalized linear model, fast last margin, decision tree, random forest, gradient boosted trees, and support vector machine. In addition to demographic factors, the efficacy of each machine learning algorithm on petty corruption was evaluated using general strain theory (GST) attributes: financial stress, work stress, leadership pressure, and peer pressure. The findings indicated that peer pressure has given the highest weight of contributions to most of the machine learning algorithms. The most outperformed machine learning in terms of the classification accuracy is gradient boosted trees with accuracy above 90%. This paper presents useful knowledge to enhance the realization of implementing intelligent corruption detection tools.
