Abstract

This research is done to analyze the influence of Work Motivation and Compensation toward Employees’ Ethical Behavior within Payroll System by Utilizing Leadership Style as Moderating Variable. This research used 34 people as sample, who were the employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Yogyakarta Local Area, with Work Motivation Payroll, and Leadership Style serving as variables. The hypothesis in this researched was tested by using double regression analysis system. The result of this research is that Work Motivation and compensation given brought significant impact in employees’ ethical behavior within the payroll system, that moderation in leadership style brought significant impact within the influence of work motivation and compensation toward employees’ ethical behavior within payroll system, while moderation in leadership style did not brought significant impact within the influence of compensation toward employees’ ethical behavior within payroll system

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the relationship between job characteristics, competencies and organizational commitment to employee performance Pekalongan District Health Office. The population for this study is Pekalongan District Health Bureau staff totaling 104 people. Samples were taken by using census method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The collected data was then processed using the technique of multiple regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The analysis showed 1) the characteristics of the job does not affect the organizational commitment, 2) competence and significant positive effect on organizational commitment, 3) job characteristics and significant positive effect on performance, 4) the competence of positive and significant impact on performance, 5) organizational commitment is not berpengaruhi the performance

Abstract

Recently coffee of Indonesia become major attention of world coffee importers as Indonesia has variety of specialty coffee. Drinking coffee is believed as one of trending activities of young people in urban area. This study examined factors affecting intention to consume organic coffee.  The sample was 200 undergraduate students of Universitas Tarumanagara who are coffee drinkers. The dependent of this research is intention to consume. Independent variables consist of four variables, they are spirituality, environmental concern, helath concern, and lifestyle. By using regression analysis, this study revealed that spirituality and lifestyle affect intention to consume organic coffee significantly. On the other hand, contrary to previous research, the effect of environmental concern and health concern on intention to consume organic coffee was not significant. This research finding may help marketers of organic coffee in designing their marketing program. They may pay more attention to spirituality and lifestyle aspects in order to suceed in gaining more market share.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine (1) the direct effect of goal-setting participation on goal commitment, (2) indirect effect of goal-setting participation on goal commitment with procedural fairness and interpersonal trust as intervening variables. The data for this study was collected by sending a questionnaire via email using the Google Forms. 411 questionnaire are send to middle manager who work of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange, and 74 responses are returned and due to incomplete data nine questionnaire were dropped. The hypothesis were tested by using Partial Least Square (PLS)2.0 M3. Seven out of eight hypotheses were accepted. Result of this study proved that (1) goal-setting participation has no significant effect on goal commitment; (2) no direct effect of goal-setting participation on goal commitment; (3) goal-setting participation has indirect effect toward goal commitment through procedural fairness and interpersonal trust as intervening variables.

Abstract

This research is conducted on Koperasi Persatuan Pedagang Kaki Lima Jogjakarta (PPKLJ). The objective of this research is to recognize and analyzeL1) work motivation, (2) assesment tothe variable that influence to the work motivation, (3) both the significance and insignificance of the nine variable to the workmotivation, (4) variables which are the most significant  to the workmotivation. Quistioner and interview are used to collect data on this research.there are independent variable (X) Consisting of wage (X1),work place (X2), work equipment (X3),work attitute to the job (X4), the attitute to co-workers (X5) trust and responcibility (X6), the needs to develop the ability (X7), the needs to get the best performance (X8); and the dependent variable (Y), which is work motivation. SPS is used to analyze the data on this research. By calculating the data analysis, it is abtained that there are (1) high work motivation on the worker, (2) good worker assesment to variables that influent work motivation, (3) eight variables significantly influence work motivation, (4) the needs variables to get the best performance have the most significant influence to work motivation. The conclusion of the analysis result is that the eight variables exceedingly influence to the work it would be able to develop the worker work motivation, the manager is expected to concern of those eight variables. Particulary the variable of need to get best performance (X8), since it has the most significant influence, there fore the purpose of worker effort continiusly guaranteed.

Abstract

Today the economic growth in many parts of the world has increased, especially in developing country, such Indonesia country. With increased economic growth, income and purchasing power of consumers also increased especially in big city like Jakarta. Increased incomes allow consumers to meet their secondary and tertiary needs such air conditioning (AC), washing machine, refrigerator with advanced technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, perceived price and brand image of the brand purchase decision on Japan's electronics are mediated by consumer trust. Population of this research is visitors of electronic city outlet in South Jakarta and questionnaires were distributed to 376 visitors Electronics City in SCBD and in Pondok Indah Mall using multistage cluster random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM ). The results showed that there are product quality and perceived price have significant and positive effect of the purchase decision; product quality, brand image and perceived price have significant and positive effect of the customer trust; customer trust has significant and positive effect of the purchase decision; no effect of brand image of purchase decision;  product quality, perceived price and brand image of the purchase decision mediated by consumer trust in electronic products of Japanese brand

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of exchange rate (USD/IDR), inflation and BI Rate to real estate and property stock that listed in BEI from January 2010 ? December 2015 with 34 samples. Statistical analysis tool used was Eviews6 with the panel regression analysis and purposive sampling method. This study shows that together the USD / IDR exchange rate, inflation rate and SBI interest rate significantly influence the stock price. While partially only exchange rate USD / IDR and SBI interest rate which have significant effect to stock price.

Abstract

The goal of writing this research is to Maximize Marketing Through E-Commerce Small Mediun Enterprise (SME) XYZ. The structure of composing this research is refers of methodology IT Strategic Planning which created by John Ward and Peppard in the book The Strategic Management of Information Systems (2016). The analysis start with company’s condition using internal analysis tools such as SWOT and external analysis tools such as PEST and Porter Analysis, Internal Environment IS/IT, External Environment IS/IT. The result of the analysis are then processed and later generate initiatives in form of IS Business Strategies, IS/IT Management Strategies, and IT Strategies. From that analysis result can take a summary and recommend for IS Business Strategy are create Website E-Commerce with Cloud Computing Cozy and integrated with BI (Business Intelligence) Google Analytics, Install SMS Gateway Gammu, and optimalize online marketing with social media. For IS/IT management strategy are analysis cost and benefit from this project. IT Strategy analysis are recommend software and IT Roadmap.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the use of e-learning system Master of Management Program. Population in this research is student of system e-learning system of Management Master Degree Program of 2014. The method in this research is quantitative research, done by using statistical procedure to draw conclusion or hypothesis testing. Analytical methods used GSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis). Stages of activities undertaken are: (1) designing structural models; (2) designing the measurement model; (3) construct path diagrams; (4) the conversion of path diagrams to the system of equations; (5) estimates; (6) evaluation of goodness of FIT; And (7) hypothesis testing. The result of the research shows that the quality of the system influences and signifies the usage, (2) the quality of the information influences and significant to the usage, and (3) the quality of service influences and significant to the usage.

Abstract

In addition to running the rules set by the government, the activity of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is also carried out by the company in increasing customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the influence of CSR activities at the local aircraft company and local banking company to customer loyalty mediated by customer trust,C-C(Consumer-Company) identification, and customer satisfaction. Selection of these two industries because ofgrowththat hasoccurredeveryyear. The sample was consumers who have used the services of local aircraft in the last six months and consumers were registered as clients of local banks in the six months before the study began. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and found that for consumers from local aircraft, the company's CSR activities significantly affect customer loyalty through mediation of customer trust, while consumers from  local bank, CSR activities significantly affect the customer loyalty through mediation of c-cidentification.
