Abstract

Nut grass is Cyperaceae group and underestimated its existence. Nut grass has many benefits so  potential to be developed. This study aims to determine the effect of planting media and the addition of NPK fertilizer to the growth of the nut grass and find out the nutrient content of chips made from nut grass tuber. The design of this study was factorial complete randomized design (RAL) which consisted of two factors. First factor is Planting Media, consist of M1 = soil, M2 = Soil: Sand (2: 1), M3 = Soil: Compost Fertilizer (2: 1) and M4 = Soil: Cage Fertilizer (2: 1) and second factor is fertilizer dosage NPK 15: 15: 15 with the level P1 = Without NPK fertilizer, P2 = 5 g NPK fertilizer, P3 = 10 g NPK fertilizer. Research result showed that the media significantly affected the number of clumps, root weight, clump weight, overall weight and number of flowers but did not significantly affect the height, number of tubers and tuber weight. Fertilizer significantly affected the number of clumps, root weight, clump weight, overall weight, number of flowers, number of tubers and tuber weight but did not significantly affect the height at P≤0.05 level. Interaction between planting media and NPK fertilizer did not significantly affect all parameters. Keywords: Chips, NPK Fertilizer, Nut Grass, Planting Media

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui terdapat tidaknya hubungan antara: (1) kemampuan awal transformasi geometri (X1) dengan kemampuan menggambar konstruksi geometris (Y), (2) kecerdasan visual spasial (X2) dengan kemampuan menggambar konstruksi geometris (Y), dan (3) kemampuan awal transformasi geometri (X1) dan kecerdasan visual spasial (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan kemampuan menggambar konstruksi geometris (Y).Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan teknik korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di tiga SMKN dengan akreditasi A di DKI Jakarta dengan keahlian teknik elektronika. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan positif antara variabel X1 dengan variabel Y. Koefisien korelasi (rx1y) = 0,7515 adalah signifikan karena thitung > ttabel= (9,0413 > 1,669) pada signifikansi 0,05 serta koefisien determinasi r2x1y = 56,48%, (2) terdapat hubungan positif antara variabel X2 dengan variabel Y. Koefisien korelasi (rx2y) = 0,7598 adalah signifikan karena thitung > ttabel (9,2758 > 1,669) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 serta koefisien determinasi r2x2y = 57,74%, (3) terdapat hubungan positif antara variabel X1 dan variabel X2 secara bersama-sama dengan variabel Y. Koefisien korelasi ganda (Rx1x2y) bernilai 0,8013 adalah signifikan karena Fhitung > Ftabel (55,614 > 3,15) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 yaitu 3,15 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 64,21%.

Abstract

State Polytechnic of Subang (POLSUB) with the core business in education has the main activity in the form of academic management. The main activities and supporters are inseparable from the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment, that can help and facilitate work. Current use of ICT, according to Greenpeace, also plays a role in environmental damage. POLSUB as a new state university, wisely applying ICTs requires an IT strategic plan. Strengths-Weakness-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) and IT-Balance Scorecard (IT-BSC) methods are used to get a strategic plan for the creation of Green Computing in the daily activities of the campus environment. The results of the SWOT analysis obtained a total weight score of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) 2.72 representing average internal position and a total score of weight 2.68 External Factor Evaluation (EFE) representing a medium external position. Based on the results of the Threats-Opportunities-Weakness-Strengths (TOWS) matrix analysis obtained ten strategic proposals, which were then grouped into four IT-BSC perspectives. Keywords: Green Computing, Information and Communication Technology, IT-Balanced Scorecard, SWOT.

Abstract

Key Performance Indicator is one of the performance assessment systems commonly used by companies. PT. SIL is one company that uses the KPI system for its employees. The use of a system that is still problematic in adjusting employee data with performance values and the selection of the wrong type of category results in the use of the system not running optimally. Knowing this is the management of data indicators and calling employee data automatically becomes a solution. In addition, restrictions on access rights based on each user become easier to understand.Keywords: KPI, Indicator, Performance Assessment.

Abstract

Mechanical Basic Maintenance and Repair Practices is one of the practical courses in the Machinery Maintenance study program, which is studying the backlash measurement of gears, especially the spur gear on a lathe where the backlash is a gap between two interrelated gears. Based on the student’s practice when doing backlash measurements, there were obstacles that the feeler gauge used as a tool to measure the backlash was too large,  it was unable to reach the backlash of the gears on a small lathe. The research method used is by measuring the backlash on the spur gear using a thickness gauge of 0.01 mm accuracy and 0.01 mm accuracy of dial  indicator. Both methods are compared in order to obtain data on measurement methods with more accurate results and to get data that with the advantages and disadvantages of each measurement method which is used as a guide as well as recommendations for students in measuring backlash gears especially on spur gear. The results showed that the backlash measurement method using a thickness gauge had higher measurement accuracy and a more practical measurement method than using a dial indicator. Keywords: Backlash, Measurement, Spur Gear

Abstract

Software testing (testing) is a crucial stage in software development. The success of the testing process will ensure the quality of the software. In the regression testing process, one issue is that not all test cases (retest all) in the test suite need to be executed. Retest all will consume massive resources, as well as a long time. Regression testing techniques seek to find ways to reduce test execution time. One of the regression testing techniques is test case selection, also known as regression test selection (RTS). This paper describes a study on babelRTS, an RTS algorithm, to see its effectiveness. Effectiveness is measured by comparing the execution time of the execution retest all and babelRTS. Experiments were carried out on five software under tests (SUT) that had some faults. Test cases are prepared by designing for each SUT. The results showed a reduction in time so that the effectiveness reached a maximum of 32%, and average of 23% .

Abstract

Human Resource Information System (HRIS) modul Time Management merupakan suatu sistem aplikasi perangkat lunak berbasis website yang dapat membantu dalam proses administrasi perusahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem aplikasi ini berdasarkan sistem yang sedang berjalan saat ini dan dengan menggunakan pendekatan terstruktur yaitu database, dan data Unified Modelling Language (UML). Sistem HRIS modul Time Management ini diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman framework CodeIgniter. Framework CodeIgniter merupakan suatu framework berbasis PHP dengan Model, View, dan Controller. Hasil dari analisis sistem ini untuk digunakan di UPTD. Puskesmas Gunung Sembung yang masih belum memiliki sistem informasi pengajuan cuti, ijin dan lembur karena saat ini semua hal tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual belum adanya sistem yang dapat mengelola data tersebut. Dengan adanya sistem  HRIS modul Time Management ini diharapkan dapat membantu UPTD. Puskesmas Gunung Sembung dalam mengelola data pengajuan cuti, ijin, dan lembur.Kata Kunci. Abstract

Politeknik Negeri Subang is one of the universities with a registration system for new student candidates through an independent examination path which is still offline and a decision support system that is taken based on the results of the decision of the meeting from the committee of the admission of new students, department and deputy. From the existing problems, the author tries to build a new student admission selection information system using a decision support system at the Subang State Polytechnic using the PHP programming language, and XAMPP as a web server, MySql as the database so that the process of input and data processing is faster, as well as profile matching method as a method used in decision support systems. With this system, it is hoped that it can help the Subang State Polytechnic in the new student admission selection process using a decision support system.Keywords: New Student Admission, Profile Matching Method, SPK.

Abstract

Abstrak. Industri makanan olahan merupakan salah satu sektor penyumbang devisa terbesar dari ekspor industri pengolahan, namun akumulasi volume ekspornya sepanjang tahun 2018 mengalami penurunan dibanding tahun sebelumnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis potensi ekspor makanan olahan Indonesia serta faktor determinan permintaannya di pasar non-tradisional Afrika. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, yaitu data cross section 10 negara tujuan ekspor (Afrika Selatan, Ghana, Kenya, Libya, Madagaskar, Mauritius, Mesir, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, dan Uganda) dan data time series selama 9 tahun (2010 – 2018). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah gravity model. Analisis gravity model menunjukkan bahwa faktor determinan yang mempengaruhi ekspor makanan olahan Indonesia ke pasar non-tradisional Afrika adalah nilai tukar negara tujuan terhadap US$ dan harga ekspor di negara tujuan.  Kata Kunci: gravity model, perdagangan bilateral, industri pengolahan Abstract. The processed food industry is one of the most significant sources of foreign exchange in processing industry exports, however, the accumulation of the export volume has decreased throughout 2018 over the preceding year. This study aims to determine the potency of Indonesia's processed food exports and its determinant factors in Africa's non-traditional market demand. This research used secondary data, which are cross-section data of 10 export target countries (South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, Libya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Egypt, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Uganda) and time-series data within the time from 2010-2018. The data analyzed by the gravity model. The gravity model indicated the factors determining Indonesia's processed food exports to non-traditional markets in Africa were the exchange rate of the target countries to US$ and the target countries' costs on exports.  Keywords: gravity model, bilateral trade, processing industry

Abstract

Yogurt merupakan produk olahan susu yang difermentasi oleh bakteri asam laktat (BAL) yaitu bakteri Streptococcus thermophilus dan bakteri Lactobacillus bulgaricus. Pembuatan yogurt susu kambing dengan penambahan jeruk bali merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan diversifikasi pangan. Tujuan lain dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui proses pembuatan yogurt susu kambing dengan penambahan jeruk bali dan mengetauhui hasil pengujian proksimat terhadap produk yang dibuat. Parameter yang diamati yaitu kadar air, kadar abu, kadar protein, kadar lemak, dan kadar karbohidrat.  Penilitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dan studi pustaka. Hasil uji proksimat menunjukkan yoghurt mengandung kadar air 67%, kadar abu 0,77%, kadar protein 5,65%, kadar lemak 5,40 %, kadar karbohidrat 20,33%.
