Abstract

This Research aims to utilize waste rice husk ash and PET plastic, in the manufacture of Paving block, Because PET plastic waste has the advantages of not easy to decompose and durable while rice husk ash has the advantage of good binding power, where PET plastic waste does not have the binding power to bind other mixtures, then to cover this deficiency, rice husk ash in combined with PET plastic. The method use in this research is ecxperimental method on paving block by replacing some of the fine aggregate with artificial aggregate with variations 0%, 5%, 10% dan 15% of the weight of the fine aggregate. The test object size is 210 mm x 105 mm x 60 mm. Thpes of the test carried out are visible and sizing test, compressive strength test, wear resistance test dan water absorption test. Testing the compressive strength values ​​for variations of 5%, 10% and 15% respectively are 20 MPa, 17.597 MPa, and 15.927 MPa. Paving blocks with a variation of 5% are included in the B quality, while the paving blocks with a variation of 10% & 15% are not included in the B quality but into the C quality.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja merupakan suatu permasalahan yang banyak menyita perhatian berbagai organisasi saat ini karena mencakup permasalahan segi perikemanusiaan, biaya dan manfaat ekonomi, aspek hukum, pertanggung jawaban serta citra organisasi itu sendiri. Proyek lanjutan pembangunan Rumah Sakit Regional Langsa merupakan proyek yang direncanakan akan memiliki 4 lantai dimana proyek tersebut dikatakan bangunan bertingkat yang memiliki risiko cukup tinggi. Analisis risiko dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu metode HIRADC dan metode JSA. Tujuan penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah mengetahui identifikasi risiko K3, menganalisis penilaian risiko K3 dan merencanakan upaya pengendalian risiko K3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 54 identifikasi risiko pada pekerjaan pondasi, pekerjaan sloof dan pekerjaan kolom. Hasil penilaian risiko yang dilakukan terdapat 38,9% identifikasi risiko dengan tingkat risiko sedang (medium low risk), 59,2% identifikasi risiko dengan tingkat risiko tinggi (high risk) dan 1,9% untuk risiko ekstrim (ekstreme risk). Perencanaan pengendalian risiko dilakukan dengan memperhatikan dua aspek yaitu pengendalian terhadap pekerjaan dan pengendalian terhadap alat dan lokasi. Pengendalian tehadap pekerja yaitu memakai APD (helm, rompi, sarung tangan, kacamata, sepatu safety dan body harness), penyediaan prosedur pelaksanaan dan pengawasan pekerjaan sedangkan untuk pengendalian terhadap alat dan lokasi kerja dilakukan dengan memperhatikan pengamanan letak material, pemantauan kebersihan lokasi dan pemeliharaan alat kerja.

Abstract

Pondasi tiang pancang merupakan salah satu jenis pondasi dalam yang digunakan untuk meneruskan beban struktur ke lapisan tanah keras yang mempunyai daya dukung tinggi yang letaknya cukup dalam di dalam tanah. Kajian analisis daya dukung tanah pondasi tiang pancang dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan gedung rumah sakit pendidikan Universitas Jambi dengan menggunakan data uji sondir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung daya dukung pondasi dan daya dukung izin masing-masing kelompok pondasi tiang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Aoki dan De Alencar, metode Schertmann dan Nottingham dan metode Direct. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan bahwa daya dukung pondasi tiang menggunakan metode Schertmann dan Nottingham adalah Qu = 301,5 ton dan Qa = 100. 5 ton, dan metode langsung adalah Qu = 251,09 ton dan Qa = 63,024 dan metode Aoki de Alencar yaitu Qu = 142,848 ton dan Qa = 71.394 ton. Daya dukung izin pondasi tiang tunggal sebesar 63.024 ton, tiang kelompok 2 sebesar 142.848 ton dan tiang kelompok 3 sebesar 171.418 ton sedangkan tiang kelompok 4 sebesar 199.987 ton.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the risks that occur in the Construction Project of the Integrated Laboratory Building and Man 1 Library, Central Maluku. The method used is a qualitative analysis method. The subjects in this study were workers in the Integrated Laboratory Building Development Project and the Man 1 Library in Central Maluku totaling 30 samples. The primary data collection techniques are through questionnaires and secondary data collection is through work items while the data analysis methods used are Validity Test, Reality Test, and data analysis with a risk matrix.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur, khususnya pada pekerjaan struktur beton bertulang di proyek konstruksi gedung bertingkat tinggi, tentu memiliki potensi terhadap kecelakaan kerja yang dapat melukai pekerja hingga menyebabkan kematian, hilangnya jam kerja, dan menganggu kinerja kerja. Untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja tersebut, maka diperlukan penerapan program keselamatan kerja di proyek konstruksi khususnya pada pekerjaan struktur beton bertulang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengidentifikasi indikator penentu penerapan program keselamatan kerja di proyek konstruksi khususnya pada pekerjaan struktur beton bertulang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan berbagai data dari hasil penelitian relevan terkait program keselamatan kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat indikator sebagai penentu penerapan program keselamatan kerja pada pekerjaan struktur beton bertulang, yaitu alat pelindung diri, teknologi, rambu-rambu keselamatan kerja, dan perilaku pekerja selama berada di area kerja.

Abstract

Paving blocks are product building cement, aggregate and water used as ground pavement. This study aims to determine the characteristics of paving blocks by utilizing Fly Ash and LDPE as partial sand substitution so that it can be seen their effect on quality requirements referring to SNI 03-0691-1996. This study uses experiment method with paving block specimens measuring 210 mm x 105 mm x 60 mm in form of beam. Utilization Fly Ash and LDPE as partial substitution of fine aggregate with various percentages of 0%, 5%, 7.5%, 10%, 12.5% and 15%. Tests on the specimens were carried out at of 28 days in accordance SNI 03-0691-1996 regarding paving blocks, in the form of compressive strength tests, wear resistance tests and water absorption tests. The results of this study indicate that the effect of using Fly Ash and LDPE on paving blocks can improve its quality with the right proportions. The optimum compressive strength is found in variations of 0% and 7.5%, respectively, of 17.2 MPa and 20 MPa.. Variations of 5%, 7.5%, 10%, and 12.5% fall into grade A for wear resistance testing. In the water absorption test, the variation of 7.5% and 12.5% is classified as B quality.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide an overview of the relationship pattern of the number of drivers who died due to road accidents related to the number of pedestrians, injured people, people died from road accidents, population, total population density and length of road vehicles in European countries with different income levels. The method used is descriptive statistics and statistical analysis was described through a boxplot. The relationship between the number of drivers and the number of pedestrians who die from road accidents, shows an inverse relationship in upper-middle-income European countries. Meanwhile, high-income and lower-middle-income European countries show a unidirectional relationship. Relationship between the number of drivers, the number of people killed and the number of people injured in road accidents, shows a unidirectional relationship. This occurs in high-income, upper-middle and lower-income countries. The relationship between the number of drivers who died due to road accidents and the population, showed an inverse relationship occurred in upper and lower middle-income European countries. Meanwhile, high-income European countries show a unidirectional relationship. The relationship between the number of drivers who died as a result of road accidents, the number of population density and the length of the road vehicles, showed an inverse relationship occurred.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Motivation on Work Productivity in the Gudmura Paldam Flats Revitalization Project in Ambon City. The method used in this study is quantitative analysis method. Subjects in this study were 20 samples. Primary data collection techniques through questionnaires and secondary data collection through literature research. While the data analysis methods used are quantitative descriptive data analysis, validity test, reliability test, f test (anova), t test. The results show, based on the t test as follows: 1. The need obtained t-count -1.937 > t-table 2.101 and the probality value sig 0.071 > 0.05 then the decision taken HO accepted and HI rejected. 2) Environment obtained t-count 2,296 > t-table 2,101 and the probality value was sig 0.036 > 0.05 then the decision taken by HO rejected and HI accepted. 3) Workers' wages obtained t-1,559 < 2,101 and the probality value was sig 0.139 > 0.05 then the decision taken was HO accepted and HI rejected. The motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the environment because the t-count value is obtained 2,296 > t-table 2,101 and the probality value is sig 0.036 > 0.05 it has an influence on work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the method and its effect on the application of the use of ready-mixed concrete, processed concrete and precast concrete in the Cimanggis-Cibitung toll road construction project. Concrete is a structurally strong building material and is widely used in the construction of buildings, roads and dams. Precast concrete is a concrete product for construction that is specially produced with a predetermined size. This material is made from various mixtures of aggregates and cement binders. The method used is the AHP method. The resulting concrete consists of cement, sand, split which is processed with a special formulation carried out by the Batching Plant, to become cast concrete that is ready to use. Quality concrete is ready to be served in the Cimanggis-Cibitung toll road project area Section 1 A or as a material for making precast concrete. The expert opinion of the SKA Muda owner regarding the calculation of suitable concrete for the Cimanggis-Cibitung toll road work is as follows: Precast Concrete (C01), first place with a total value of 0.691, Ready-to-use Concrete (C02), second place with a total value of 0.249 and Processed Concrete (C03), ranked third with a total score of 0.060.

Abstract

No construction work has the same progress—various factors as the cause of inequality. A positive progress deviation indicates good construction work. Otherwise, it is said to be bad if it has a negative value. The uncertain nature of the construction work causes 3 (three) possible scenarios of the value of the deviation of progress so that the three values ​​form one value of the deviation of the expected progress. Deviations of value greater than 10% for a duration from 0 to 70% are categorized as binding contracts. This study aims to determine the deviation of the progress of 25 construction works. The research method was quantitative. Data collection was carried out on 25 construction works that had been carried out. Data was taken from contractors directly. The results of the data analysis show that when 25%D is obtained, 10 poor-performing construction jobs, Next for 30%D construction work. 50%D and 70%D underperformed 9, respectively; 9; and 8. The largest positive progress deviation value is 15,362 at S70%D. The expected value of the largest progress deviation is positive 1.763. By knowing the value of negative progress expectations, contractors should control delays before the contract is completed.
